Im quite happy with new scent I picked for myself and set ☺ I bought for my mum. I got a candle 🕯 to match scent of my items I bought for myself for a mothers day gift 🎁 for self and I got mothers day ❤ 💕 gift 🎁 for my mum a mini set because she is difficult to shop for so something miniscule will suffice and a nice lunch or dinner 🍽 will make up for it. I believe that I should have got more of a discount because I bought 3 large items and they advertised buy 3 get 2 for free they discounted but I really cant see much of a difference. The selection of products is great and friendly customer service is always A1 for me at any company.

I didnt see a wear mask sign. Once I walked in I was told to put one on. No big deal. But sign would be nice

I am always impressed by the friendliness of the staff at this Dedham location! They are very knowledgeable on their products, and never make me feel rushed when I am shopping! Was in the store today and Michael help me carry my bags to the car, such a gentleman. I highly recommend shopping at this location

Unfortunately didnt have item I wanted. Was told right now they still have too much seasonal inventory to get rid of before getting any more regular item shipments. Only one person working in store but she was very friendly and helpful.

Always a deal on soaps and body wash. Always smell great. Most of these stores are set up the same so you will know where to find your item that your looking for fairly easily. Staff is friendly and helpful but sometimes understaffed. I like the sinks in store to try different soaps and fragrances. They usually email or send coupons in mail once you sign up.

What an amazing visit! Havent been in a while and Michael ( I think hes a supervisor) went above and beyond! I have a knee injury from an accident and cant stand very long. He granted me a folding chair so I could shop comfortably! Neto was also very helpful, and welcoming. This really uplifted my spirit and they answered all of my questions about the current sale. We were a little sad about some recent life events but they really made my day. We probably bought too much, but it was worth it!! Thanks guys!!! 🤗

Dont usually go to this type of store as Im basically an Ivory Soap guy. But the person I was with needed to buy some prizes for a baby shower. The young lady on duty greeted us, asked if she could help, showed us some specials and let us shop! When we went to the counter she offered to wrap in cellophane and bow the prizes, free of charge. An exceptional employee. Great store

Clean helpful vigilant staff with knowledge of their products.I was informed about my online coupons and that they had a males line.I ended up getting three free items.The New coco shea line is to die for... Omg Im going back for more and havent used the ones I just bought... I love it so much I just wanna make sure I have ample incase they discontinue it for some reason...
