Had a horrible experience here—first they say you have to wear a mask at all times which I had no problem with but they DO NOT ENFORE IT! There were several people not wearing masks and no one said anything! Second, I tried to get programs printed and another document and waited in line and the employee waited on other people while it was my turn. I’m sure they are short staffed but they need to be more organized in the printing department!

There was a very disrespectful woman working in the copy/ship area Tuesday night. I saw another review on here from a month ago that described same person, same issue. I observed her speaking really harshly to a customer in front of me who courteously asked a simple question. The customer never got an answer, just ended up walking out. Heads up if you need to ship something or make copies, you may want to go elsewhere.

I normally love coming to this Staples but the black lady with blonde hair working over by the copy center ruined it today. She was NOT helpful to anyone that came in and she had an attitude when I asked for help.

Came here for some office supplies and the people were very friendly and helpful.

Bought a chair that had a big greasy stain on it right out of the box. When I took it in to return it, the cashier was very rude and tried to blame me for the defect. I was able to make an exchange for a new chair, but the service here left much to be desired.

I designed my own banner for a retirement party. Unfortunately, I bought it after I viewed my proof. I realized I didnt take the design your own text off. They would have printed it on there. I called first thing in the morning and they were able to take off that text and still have it printed in time for the retirement party. It was inexpensive and provided lots of fun. These guys are great.

Staples has never let me down, it had items BestBuy didnt have!

Found a chair on sale, it rang up full price. I asked then to check that it was on sale. The employee was gone for around 5 minutes. I went to go help her find the chair. I pointed out the chair and noticed that the for sale sign was no longer on it. It was in her hand. She tried to tell me it was a different type of chair. I said no it was definitely this one and Im pretty sure there was a tag on this a minute ago. She then spoke into her walkie talkie and very clearly reluctantly confirmed it was on sale.At least the manager was helpful.

I used to work at Staples and here is the deal, Staples sells good service. This store seems to have missed that memo. I emailed yesterday to have my poster printed for a conference. I got nervous when I got no response after 3 hours, called, waited on hold for eight minutes. Then I was told it was be 60 dollars. Called back later that evening and was told they were out of ink and that it would be printed tomorrow. At 1:30 today (so around 24 hours after sending it) I called again, waiting on hold for 8 mins. Then I called Office depot, and had it printed there. Come on guys you make mad margin on printing, take care of your customers!! I called to talk to the manager (Ricardo) he made no efforts to make it up to me and was just full of excuses, including, but not limited to, I was out of ink, I just got here, and I dont work in that section. Wake up, you are the manager, you are responsible for all sections of the store and none of these are excuses for an utter lack of communication. I worked in retail, at Staples in fact, and I know working retail is tough, but come on...

Amanda was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. I wish I could give her personally 10+ stars she was extremely helpful with printing. Strongly recommend this store because of her!

On our way to game 2 of the ALCS, David Price just hours from taking the mound... and we had to print our game tickets! We stopped by the print shop at this location and Zoe and her colleagues helped us get our tickets printed from my phone in MINUTES! We are truly grateful that Zoe was there with a smile and positive attitude to send us off to the game with the right energy! Thanks again Zoe for everything!

Explained what was needed to know. Very helpful know if your knowledge of what I needed and was looking for but it was other items I didnt get but I need to bring a sample so Ill make sure that I get the correct electrical cord that I need for my phone.

I placed an order online for multiple posters for a street theatre demonstration on 7/19. I was notified via email by Staples employee Angel Diaz that these posters violated Staples terms of service and I would be refunded. By 7/25 I was not refunded. As such, I took to Twitter, when I FINALLY received confirmation of my orders cancellation and was told Id receive a refund. It was processed today, 7/30.In short, if you want to wait eleven days for a refund for services you were refused: use Dedham Staples.

Print experience, really good... fast and good quality

Very busy and only two cashiers a woman and a man. The man worked double time taking two customers at a time working two different cash registers. It was impressive, however upsetting to watch. Working so hard with little to no help.

Omg Im not even out of the store yet and really need to leave a review . The people at the copy center were just so nasty and rude to me for absolutely no reason other than they are obviously having big problems with their equipment today. Honestly Im really shocked at how annoyed and defensive and harsh they were towards me over making 2 copys because I didnt have my credit card. 3 people behind that counter and they were all just super ANNOYED by my presence. Happy sunny Saturday. Uh.

Drove 45 mins to go here to get a Kindle that was on sale and being held for me. When I got there, there was 1 woman on the register and no other employees to be found. 3 other people waiting for the tech guy and the store was just way understaffed and in total discord so I left. Came back a day later to be handed an Amazon Fire and told its the same thing. No, its not the same thing. Super disappointing to drive all this way and be handed the wrong item by kids that have no idea what they are doing!

Large, clean store and its rarely busy, even in the December holidays. Staff is friendly and helpful, and know the layout well.

This review is only regarding the retail store side not print side. Employees especially Assistant manager and manager need training in customer service. No one wants to take responsibility and quick to blame someone else. Not worth the time or stress to go back there.

POS payment systems dont work correctly and manager was condescending until he attempted to use them and realized that they were indeed not working correctly. I just wanted to buy envelopes and that simple task turned into a fiasco.
