I have been a customer with the Dedham, Ma: Allied Dr location for about 2 yrs and have 2 units at this location. They have always provided great service. Recently, I had a leak into one of my units & they prompt with providing me a new unit with an accommodation. They were also very responsive.Thank you for great customer service Brian & Latasha!!

I initially spoke to Natasha over the phone after having issues leasing a unit online. She was super helpful and signed me up over the phone without a problem. She was also very friendly . When I went to the unit, despite having an issue with my unit being smaller than what I signed up for, Paul was very accommodating and helpful as well. He put me at ease and assured me something will be done to resolve that issue. He was also extremely friendly. I haven’t been to a place of business where I have encountered such friendly individuals. Their customer service is definitely an example of how customer service should be provided in any business.

This Extra Space location is fantastic -- super clean, well-managed, always able to get in and out easily. But, the best thing about the place is the staff. Paul is incredibly helpful and friendly. He is always there when you need him, and never when you dont. Finding that balance between being present while respecting privacy isnt easy, but Paul manages it effortlessly.

One of the best things is that you can sign your contract without going in, they email you everything. You sign, send back and can get access when you get there by 10pm.

Latasha is a great person to do business with she is very kind and listened to all my storage issues

Ive been a customer since 2019 and I have no complaints other than the price increases 1-2 times a year (why I deducted a star). The facility is clean, no funny smells, no critters that Ive ever seen and most importantly - no break ins! The office staff prior to the pandemic were very helpful and friendly. I havent really had to deal with them since but the person I spoke with when I moved out of one of my two units was very friendly as well. I highly recommend this location of Extra Space Storage. Very easy process setting up a rental unit, all done over the phone in minutes. Melvin explained all the details and very helpful, answering all my questions. when I went to see the unit for the first time, Paul explained the access and went over the process again. Easy and helpful set-up, and a decent rate. Not sure if its under the control of management at this facility, but Im a little concerned about the flexibility of the rate. Seems it can be changed with little notice, and irregularly? But so far so good.

This storage facility is a distant travel from where I am located but I needed a storage like asap so speaking with Ms rose she was very knowledgeable polite and persistent at her work . Our first experience with self storage. Entirely positive. Easy safe access. The place is clean. Reasonable temperature, even when roasting outside. Well managed. Very happy with the rate which we found as a web deal and was honored when we got there.

Paul and his team were great at selling me a unit based on my description of items I needed to store. Everything was handled easily by phone, and then finalized online. The contract software they use is mobile friendly--no mistakes to make. I was even able to quickly email them my renters insurance policy. The unit was clean, and they were able to provide a lock for purchase. The facility has many loading docks, and elevators. They also have boxes available for purchase. Everyone had on their mask, and are practicing safe social distancing. This is a great place to secure a storage unit quickly, for great value, and right off of the interstate too.

There was a flood at the facility where my unit was. They were courteous, professional and helpful. Found me another unit and have been so helpful in fulfilling my needs. Extra Space Storage is an excellent company and I am extremely happy with them.

So far, great experience! Excellent location, rates (significantly less than Public Storage next door!), and staff. All units being on the ground level is also very nice. Couldnt be happier at this point!

I have had the best experiences in dealing with this location (#1205) in Dedham MA. First, Latasha Rose helped me over the phone deciding what unit might best serve my needs, and then set up all the paperwork necessary to save time when I went to take possession of that space. The next day was her day off, but I had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Paul Fishman, the location manager. He showed me to my space and then patiently and willingly answered all of my many questions concerning access, security, and about this location and the company. I left feeling very satisfied and secure that I will be able to leave my possessions there and return to find them there, in just the manner left them. There could be no better place to deal with your short or long term storage needs than here!

I have used Extra Space in years past for personal items but I needed to upgrade to a storage facility that was affordable and could accept deliveries for my business. This particular location fit the bill. Latasha and Paul could not have been any more helpful in getting me set up which was a breeze. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Extra Space to anyone looking for storage needs.

Paul was a big help. The storage locker I was supposed to get unfortunately had a little leak. So Paul helped me get into a bigger locker for a really good price while I wait for one in the size that I actually need. He was extremely accommodating. Thank you very much for the help.

This is the best storage around. Great stuff and perfect location right off Rt 95 at exit 14. This place is all one level and have many access doors so its very convenient to load and unload stuff. Paul and Latasha are the Best!!!

The storage facility was really great. There were a bunch of moving dollies, loading bay, and an elevator, which made it a lot easier to move items from the unit to our car. Paul was also very nice.

They have competitive prices; the facility is fairly new with an elevator and other commodities; and the customer service is absolutely wonderful. In fact, just this week, I lost my storage keys and had to have Paul braking my lock. He was super cool about it and I couldn’t be more thankful! Highly recommend the place!
