The owner is a bit of an old school chauvinist and doesnt seem to sing or play very well. This should be a small business but he somehow thinks hes corporate. A lot of nice teachers have also left over the last couple of years. Dont be fooled by the phony greeting youll receive and make ups (hell later give you a hard time about and then not give). Nick has a general lack of compassion and there is truly something wrong with this individual. Narcissism and arrogance shows past his false smile.Teachers are not paid for, but expected to support and work long hours for charity concerts held every few months... often loaning the school their own personal equipment free of charge. I guess if they wont show their support, they run the risk of not gaining more clients... even if these clients are gained via word of mouth from a teachers own merit and brought in from other sources, Nick thinks they are all his and only supports his teachers as long as they are lining his pockets and stepping in line. The teachers are called independent contractors and this is something Nick needs to figure out, more than just saving himself from paying insurance, etc... like a corporation would. Salary, paid vacations... horrible and bullying business owner.
Great place to learn how to play an instrument. Staff is great and very friendly and helpful.
