I had a very good experience this week. The person who assisted me helped me with my passport photo issue and helped me to get my package to its destination earlier than expected.

Marcel and Chris are the best so helpful and knowledgeable. I always feel welcomed and appreciate them for helping me with all of my printing needs.

The customer service at this location is amazing. FedEx locations in general beat ups and usps in service but this location is exceptional.

First time there i was greeted by a very kind gentlemen informative and great service. was in and out. . Location is a bit hard to get right off the rotary. You can miss it and have to go around again so keep an eye out.

Requested the package to be picked up here but the tracking number never showed it was ready to be picked up and got sent back to the shipper and they blamed it on the system. You cant even do your job correctly. I have been waiting for a week to get my item and you just sent it back to the shipper. WHAT?

When Staples said it would take a day to make the blow ups I needed for 8:30 a.m. the FedEx Deadham was there to help. Even though I showed up at 7:45 on Monday, December 4th and there was only one employee serving several customers, he had the technical knowledge to do multiple prints in different sizes and the customer service skills to juggle helping everyone at the same time.I wish I had caught his name so could call him out. He saved my bacon when Staples could not be bothered to help me. Huge thanks and keep up the great work!

I usaully dont have any problems dropping off packages everyday i usually drop them off early evening i come in 3 to 4 packages everytime i come in and customer service guy just waves me back of counter to drop off when i went this morning on febuary 9th 2017 at 1020 in the am was going to do just that but when i saw it was somebody i didnt know i asked her what to do dhe immediately started with an attitude and yelling at me saying u never go behind counter when i told her i came here everyday she said know u dont i dont know you and and said again u never go back behind counter im sorry yelling it i told her yes i did i came at or after 5pm everyday she yelled so Doug lets u do that and demanding why would he i stated in a calm voice miss i do not want to argue with several times and she must of kept repeating do not ever come back behind counter again i told her fine no problem but at that point i was so pissed off because of her argumentive and poor attitude maybe because she didnt want to be there because of thesnow storm i dont really care there was no need of the whole experience i will be finding out who her boss is to let him know
