The worst Walgreens on the planet, never answer the phone everyone has a attitude. I will be taking my business somewhere else.

Do NOT use the drive thru pharmacy its useless and takes 20 MINUTES to get them to come to the window

ONE STAR REVIEW BECAUSE I HAVE NO CHOICE FOR LESS THAN THAT.I am writing this review because the violation against humans rights at this Walgreens store. The Manager Fabiane if I am not mistaken by the spelling Should be investigated because the way she is treating the employees (I am a witness of it) and the lack of customer service. I felt physiologically abused tonight by the way she spoke to me.

Poor service! I can’t believe the same people is working at the pharmacy have to be at the vaccine administration. How 2 people can get orders on the phone... walk in, drive through and vaccines... unbelievable

The staff is rude. Instead of acknowledging the people who walked, Rosemarie just looked at us and kept it moving. All I came for was my Covid vaccine! They need to hire someone whose sole responsibility is the Covid vaccine. Wished I went to another location or a drive-up one.

The manager was rude and lacked competence. I saw items in stock online, waited for the store to open, and when I asked the manager which aisle they would be in, she refused to tell me, then walked away.Another employee said that the problem with stock shown online was a fault of the corporate system. I recommended that they update their stock count in store and it would update online.Terrible experience at this store. Im never coming back.

The absolute disregard that the staff has for people’s concerns and positive experience is troubling. Experience talking to the pharmacist and the store manager left me feeling upset to the tears, but they could care less. They simply started raising their voice and motioning with their hands. The store managers eyes getting bigger and bigger as she raised her voice and waving her hand. When I read reviews like the one I’ve written I used to think « but surely the review is exaggerated ». Learned the hard way for myself.

If you were wondering why Walgreens is closing some of their locations, go to this one, you will have your answer....They are rude, don’t want to help you, don’t make any senses and when you end up talking to the manager it’s like talking to 7 year old who didn’t go to school!It’s funny because it’s true!

This is hands down the worst pharmacy Ive ever been to. Its crazy you think Walgreens is normally a great pharmacy, but this location is terrible. They never have any medication in stock at all, even ibuprofen there out of constantly. I wouldnt waste my time ever. The staff is extremely slow and rude as well.

Very slow rude lazy pharmacy technicians 3rd time here I never get a call my stuff was ready...waited 45 min to pick up scripts after being dropped of previously in the day. Terrible service

Id give 0 stars if I could. They suddenly not only check your licence for age to buy alcohol but want to scan your drivers license. An invasion of privacy and has nothing to do with age verification. Will never use their services again.

The pharmacy staff acts like you are bothering them when you just try to get your prescription filled. They see that you are waiting but don’t even acknowledge you. The pharmacy team seems to hate their jobs. Choose another pharmacy if you can.

Pharmacy is so slow every time. I live around the corner from this location and now I drive 5 minutes down federal hwy to the 10th street location and still home faster than going here. Terrible service.

Every time I come to this Walgreens since it’s close to where I work and convenient, it’s always busy and slow at the register. Same to old ladies at register taking forever!! Do NOT go if you’re in a rush.

Their photo department is 90% incompetent....eventually they figure it out. I typically spend 10 minutes on site picking up an order...should be 2 minutes. Horrible experience. Will not use again.

I had a wonderful visit on 9/4/16 as Vivi, Pharmacy, went out of her way to help me with a prescription I desperately needed. This was my first experience with Medicare as I reached 65. The mail order pharmacy told me they send everything via registered mail and since I work, my hours do not mesh with mine. She called them and was able to get me a 30-day RX . Kudos to Vivi and many thanks for caring enough to help me.

I would give this walgreens a higher score, except for their main pharmacist, Mark. He is a one man wrecking crew. He consistently misinterprets FL law to suit his control freak nature. He should be anywhere other than a public facing position. I have dealt with pharmacists across the country and Mark, by far, is the most obnoxious idiot Ive ever met. His passive aggressive personality is only surpassed by his misinterpretation of laws relating to the fulfillment and distribution of controlled substances. I will be contacting corporate Walgreens to complain about his behavior. I gave him several opportunities to show that there was a glimmer of hope for even an ounce of professionalism and he failed each time. Due to chronic pain issues not apparent to the naked eye, we fill several thousand dollars worth of medications every year. Again, this review is of just one person, but it has caused me to look elsewhere for my business. I would encourage others who work with him to seek employment elsewhere, as he reflects poorly on everyone around him.

No welcome when I walked in, employees were talking to each other. When checking out the cashier didnt look at me or acknowledge me, had to say how are you to get a word from her.

While the pharmacists here are efficient and helpful, the rest of this store seems to be lifeless and the employees, while nice, could be more engaging their job. But this place is a great store for buying small foods or other little needs.

Elham helped me and she was great and went the extra step. I would recommend this pharmacy to everyone.

Find another pharmacy! The pharmacy manager, Mark Youngross, takes out his hostility and aggression on customers who have patronized his pharmacy for years. A very unpleasant experience, to say the least. The pharmacy technicians are polite and helpful as are the other pharmacists. There are plenty of pharmacies to use, such as the staff at the Publix on W. Hillsboro Blvd who couldnt be nicer!UPDATE: Whenever we got flu shots at Walgreens, we invariably got the flu. Now weve been getting flu shots at Publix Pharmacy and - guess what - no flu in 2 years! Draw your own conclusions.

Everyone in the neighborhood shops here to buy liquor, we used to shop here too, before we stopped drinking.They have some good deals sometimes.

When and why has this Walgreens stopped being 24hrs?! I desperately needed to get medication for my baby son and they were closed!!?? And no 24 hr pharmacy around!
