Carlos was much more knowledgeable and helpful than ANY person I spoke to at AT&T (I tried about 8 different people). Terrible experience. I came into the store in hopes of setting up my new device that I ordered online. The representative immediately scoffed and said she couldn’t help me. After back and forth between I and the rep named Sheila she began to offer me new services for my home address. She was completely incompetent on the subject though. She had no product knowledge and even lacked the proper pricing to offer. She went back and forth to the manager however he wouldn’t leave the computer to assist her. Although interested in the new Fiber product I ended up leaving without purchasing anything. And my phone was set up by myself at home. I’d rather shop online to be honest. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I’m not quite sure why you haven’t been able to adjust yet to the issues that we all faced and facing this year and the last. But to have two employees in your store to help your customers, is crazy too us. A store your size has room for 2 more areas for staff while still keeping a safe distance. You might look Around at some of the businesses to see how they do it because they’re successful at it

I came to this location today to upgrade to the iPhone 12. I was very nervous because I have had my phone for 6 years and my iCloud was tied to an email address I no longer use. Carla helped me set up my phone and she did all the things I had no idea how to do! I am very happy with my new phone and I’m so happy Carla was able to make this painless for me!

Terrible customer service! We came in there today just to get a quote for internet and phone services. This African-American guy was courteous at the beginning, but since another lady was explaining the plans to my wife in Spanish, he seemed impatient and was constantly asking her if my wife wanted to get the plan or not. He was was displeased at the end when he heard we were not buying anything at that moment and he kept telling his colleague if he has a business why doesnt he want the highest plan?. Apparently he forgot his manners, or he just thought we dont speak English and he just left.Dont come here, dont waste your time.

I just move my service with Att, their prepaid plans are better prices from other carriers, for me was very importat for my phone to work in Mexico with out romming charges. Sheila was very profesional and very helpful and made the transfer of my number smooth.

Unfortunately the staff who assisted both me and my wife was very rude and didnt treated us professionally in any part of the process. Sadly we had to deal with the situation to avoid any conflict. Be aware you wont find a friendly environment there!

Went into store at 2PM to upgrade service plan and upgrade phone .... left at 6:30 after they were not able to get the new phone to work. After trying to then just skip the upgraded phone I had to wait another 2 hrs to get my old phone working again.... it’s either a lack of training of staff as to what they are able to do or really poor system/network. I’ve been a loyal ATT wireless customer since 1998 ...... now I hear the upgrade/change/transfer cannot be changed /cancelled for 60 days ..... store manager and employee said sorry and I agree it was very sorry service and I after trying to remain an att customer I cannot wait to change to a carrier that values customer experience

I always look for customer service when ever I frequent a store and this AT&T store in particular was nothing short of exceptional. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome by an associate by the name of Robert F. He was very attentive, super knowledgeable and explained everything down to detail. He made it very easy for me to make my choice. He exemplified what a store manager should be like not just a sales associate. Will be coming here for future purchases if need be.

Wow!! Unbelievable. Just had the most FRUSTRATING experience I’ve ever had with AT&T! We have 14 phones with our business account with AT&T. I tried calling the store here at the Deerfield location. The phone looped and never allowed me to talk with a human being. So we drove 10 minutes there only to learn that they did not have pop sockets. We just upgraded 2 weeks ago and got an iPhone 10 with cases, screen protector and pop sockets. The pop sockets however did not stick. So since they did not have any to replace I asked for my money back. It took about an hour to log into our account only to learn that there is only an invoice, not a receipt for some reason. I then called The store two hours away where I purchased the pop socket to prove that we purchased it. Another 1520 minutes went by. Eventually we were told that we were at a corporate store but needed to be at a authorized store so are now in the car driving another 15 minutes to our third store actually to try to resolve this issue.We will be leaving AT&T and switching to Verizon. too many issues like this!Their customer service just sucks. Joseph was amazing today but his boss, Ashanti, was a total witch. Don’t go here!!

Harassed and Physically Threatened! Worse experience in a retail store in my life.I will file corporate complaints and legal resolution against the employee (Carlos Montenegro) and the store management. The employee is a arrogant and incompetent person. I suggest everyone to choose another store location. This employee sneakily tried to open a new account for me when I told him multiple times that I did not want a new account. I know he gets a better commission by doing so, but that was not my wish since the beginning. And then came up to my face with all his arrogance and said that I had a language barrier and did not understand him. I’m sure my articulation and English skills are much better than his unprofessional and low labor skill values. This employee should be immediately fired. The manager at this store location has no integrity and no management skills to deal with his employees. Harassment and physical threats are serious lawsuits nowadays by the way.

I used to work relatively close to this store and went here any time I needed anything. The last time I went was as a favor to my boss to get her a charger. The staff was incredibly sales driven. I did have AT&T at the time and was waiting to upgrade my phone but it seemed like the staff wasnt having it. It was so annoying. They kept asking me if I wanted to upgrade to the new iPhone and I told them Im an android girl. I just found it to be really sad that I couldnt walk in and buy my boss a charger and a case without getting chased for an upgrade. I probably wont be back here and havent been since.

Great service at this store. Staff is very helpful. I am an existing customer that needed new screen protection for my iPhones. Since I have such trouble placing properly on the mobile they were happy to assist and do for me. Robert Friedrich did not make me feel rushed as my purchase was obviously not of big value for his sales. He patiently helped me and put 2 screens on my iPhones. He also explained the new ATT TV service as he worked on my phones.I have been in this store several times and everyone has been as helpful as Robert.

So if I was able to put no stars I would. The manager Ashanti has the worst customer service skills you can imagine she is nasty and disrespectful. I purchased a phone and I needed to return it for another phone, they had computer problems so it was a one hour ordeal not.one apology to me or any other customer. She said sir Im letting you know this is a one shot deal and you will not be able to do this again. Like they didnt charge me a $ 45.00 penalty to do the exchange. She also said I am letting you know there will be a $ 30.00 upgrade fee for this which will appear on your bill as well. When I did an upgrade one week prior they never informed me of an upgrade fee at that time. Watch what you do with this woman because she is cold, she talks to customers as if they did something wrong, she doesnt act as if your a customer she treats you as if you need her for something.

Ok so i switched my service from Verizon to AT&T .... The guy was very nice however my husband already had switched over so i was just adding a line to his plan and i already had my phone so just needed a SIM card and my number ported. Easy right... Well it was however this shady guy ported my number in and made my # primary on the account.. Which means he switched my husbands # to the second line... And just got the bill over $300 because he switched our whole plan in middle of billing cycle instead of just adding my # as secondary line on existing plan... So to all of those looking to buy phones or wanting good service.... My advice stay away they are shady here... Not helpful .....

Tried to replace my note 7 here due to the recall and the agent had a really nasty attitude. I was merely asking her to elaborate on some of the points regarding the exchange/refund and she began to talk to me in a demeaning manor. This type of service is absolutely shameful and should not be tolerated by the business.Update 10.22 - walked in and tried to find the sign in sheet. The girl at the door who i guess was supposed to be signing people in was having a conversation with some other customers about emojis instead of signing people in.Had no choice but to lower my rating from 2 stars to 1. How does this location have 3 stars? They are always understaffed. I have been here many times as it is close to my business. The standards are always sub par and worse, they seemingly dont care or have become immune as you can tell the store staff are happy to help but the upper management cut costs by under-staffing and not holding enough inventory. Always always a nightmare.

Ive done business with several AT&T stores in this city and Boca Raton. This store is absolutely one of the worst out of the bunch. I would recommend this store be shut down. Its clear the employees and manager have zero patience with upset customers. They have very little knowledge about the phones they sell and corporate level policies. Bottom line: THEY DONT CARE! Tried calling. Phone rang and rang and rang. No answer. So I went in. Employees sitting around doing nothing. No customers in there at all. Not one but me. I asked them why they didn’t answer and the response was oh sorry our phone was on silent. Wrong answer.Then I tried to turn in AT&T equipment. They don’t except equipment returns. Asked me to return at UPS store, but they’re closed on Sunday. Not a customer friendly solution. So why doesn’t an AT&T store accept equipment returns? Doesn’t make any sense.Bad decisions by AT&T.Leaving AT&T ASAP.
