Last time I went to pay the $60 for my warranty to replace a damaged phone they told me they couldnt take the payment that I needed to contact assurant to make sure the email I got from them was legit and that they dont take the payments that I was supposed to make the payment straight through assurant, not them, and assurant telling me that I paid at metro. So i called other metro stores and they all said they could help me and that the metro in Deerfield mall either didnt know how to do it or just didnt want to do it because all metros are supposed to do it. I ended up going to one further away in margate for help and they were very helpful.Also everytime I get screen protectors they put them on wrong. Picture below of how they put on a screen protector that dont even fit.

I bought a I phone XR the week of New Year’s on Tuesday (thinking it was brand new)within a hour of buying it the phone kept freezing wouldn’t work speed up the story this store had another (not brand new phone) be delivered to the store for me to pick up which came in almost a month later and since I’ve had this “New” phone I’m having problems with it as well I went to a corporate store again just for them to tell me call customer service and to go to the apple store and that this store is not corporate so the new iPhone I thought I was buying wasn’t new at all!!, This is ridiculous what I have experienced first no phone on the holidays then the wait time now another issue with a new phone and still no one is helping me I never had a problem with Metro out of all the time I have been with them but not only is this an issue it isn’t being resolved, I will be posting this everywhere until something is done this is wrong on your end .

Great customer service. Got my new 12 pro max! They transferred all my info from my beat up android. Julian and susi did a great job; the rest of the staff is also very nice. This is my go to store.

Went to get a phone during covid19... They were open and had phone in stock. They were very knowledgeable and helped me transfer all my info to my new phone. They also made feel safe because store was very clean and all of employees had face masks on. Definitely will recommend this store my family and friends.

Ive been a long time customer, I called to see if I could come in to have a new phone activated and my old phone info transferred and the guy working 4/22/2020 11am Deerfield office pretty much said thats not a necessity and you can try to do it from home Good luck. Thankful to Ashley at the Boca office for happily helping me today.

What a great store! I stopped by to see about getting an additional line for my business. The young lady who worked with me was extremely friendly, polite and professional. She was able to answer all of my questions and assist me in getting everything I needed. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to do business with metro. As soon as my contract is up on my personal phone I will be switching it to metro for sure. Ive been all over Palm Beach and Broward counties and have had perfect call reception with broadband download speeds between 50 and 60 megabytes a second and upload speeds between 25 and 35 megabytes a second. So far I couldnt be more pleased with the service.

This location is a dealer and service center. They have phones in stock when others do not. And can service any of their models on site. Great service. Will go the extra mile for their customers. Ask for Jeff. I wont go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

No different than most cell phone stores these days. The left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. Store associates tell you something that you know isnt true. Im just going to go back to the old days and smoke signals.

Had insurance on my phone and when it got damaged, they told me to buy a new phone. This new phone is not an upgrade, but a downgrade! I asked why it wasnt covered and they asked if I was Jewish! Im going to go to the Coconut Creek shop now!

I have been with Metro PCS for nearly 3 years. I have been extremely happy since the move and will never go anywhere else for cellular service.Todays visit made me realize I had to write a review.This Deerfield Mall location is usually busy. Today was no exception. When I walked in, 4 or 5 customers were being helped and 2 of us were waiting. Less than 2 minutes of waiting, Jeff the manager, walked out to the counter and asked who was next. As the woman walked over to him, Jeff acknowledged me and said that someone would be with me shortly.As it turned out, Jeff was the one who helped me today. I told him that my phone was acting up and that I wasnt able to receive texts from one of my friends. He checked my phone to see if I had inadvertently blocked her.I began talking to Jeff about the great price they had on the LG Aristo 2 phone asking him if it was a good phone. He said that it is a very good phone. We walked over to where it was on display and he explained the many features it had.I ended up buying the LG Aristo 2. Jeff upgraded the case for the same amount as the lesser expensive ones and also threw in a glass protective cover.I had the pleasure of dealing with Jeff on at least one other occasion. Jeff has an easy going and patient nature. He always takes time to answer questions I have.... and I always have many.When I was with other carriers, I always dreaded walking into their store. I always felt rushed when I finally got to speak with a rep.The Metro PCS store in the Deerfield, Mall is a stress free and comfortable environment perfect for techno dummies like me. Every associate I have ever dealt with there has been very patient with me. I credit that to Jeff for running a great store.In less than 30 minutes, I walked out with a new phone that I love. Jeff transferred all of the info from my other phone to the new one. And whatever was the issue with not receiving texts from a friend was resolved.Metro PCS ROCKS.. and if you want to make your experience even better, head over to the Deerfield Mall location. The back of their store is across the parking lot from Publix .

Went for the 1st time ever and had a great experience. Joel took care of my family and I and he answered all our questions.. will be going back soon..

My fiance and I are both metro customers and we wanted to do the 4 lines for 100 plan. I wanted to transfer my daughters tmobile line and add my son. We were turned away from 6 different metro locations claiming you cant transfer a tmobile line. One location said they could only do it if she gets a new ph#. But full price for the phones. 4 out of the 6 locations we were treated rudely, most didnt have phones in stock...it was 6 locations being shady until we went to the Hillsboro and Powerline location. Jeff the mgr was amazing and when we asked if you can transfer the tmobile phone...he said yes we can. All of the employees worked as a team everyone pitched in to get us the best deal. Everyone treated us so professionally that every Metro PCS store in Broward and Palm Beach should take lessons from them on proper customer service. I am sending everyone I know there and they aquired a lifetime customer. Thank you for everything and we couldnt be happier with our service.

Would not even give a star. i have been going to this metro for about 7 years. before they re-did this location the store was the best the people that worked there where friendly and nice did what ever they could to just help you out. my grandmother just bought a new phone not even 3 months ago, it ended up not working so we took it back to get it replaced due to there being a warranty on it for up to a year. we got the new phone and with in a day it stopped working, we took it back and ordered a new one again this is now phone 3 we are trying to get. just got the newest one and it DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. so we took it back staff was rude, did not know what they where doing. ripping people off i ended up having to restart a complete strangers phone because they wanted to charge her 10$ for it. (ME A COSTUMER). we where told that its not there problem by the manager who was very rude walked away from us while taking care of us, telling us its not there problem. long story short we bought a broken phone. they replaced it with 2 more broken phones and now they are telling us theres nothing they can do we can just buy a new phone. my suggestion to anyone planning on going here is NOT TO. they are ripping people off .
