The most ridiculous situation I have ever seen! The manager has ordered the employees to only use the self check out line. I go in and am forced to wait in line behind 5 people at selfs checkout. A few were very elderly who struggled and took time to use the machines. Where only 1 of the 2 machines was even working properly. The employee was so AFRAID TO LOOSE THEIR JOB if they went to a register and rung up waiting customers! The employee attending to the self check out helped those who struggled and was extremely nice. But the entire situation could have been avoided. If the employee would have been aloud to use the register that they were trained to use, and ring up people who do not feel comfortable with self check out.

Horrible experience with the pharmacy, they don’t answer the phone. I was told they have the med i need in stock, needed to start it that night, but she was too busy to get the prescription transferred and she has 24hrs to do it. Seriously why didnt you tell me that before you wasted my tine putting my information in and making me wait. She wasn’t willing to make a call but was willing to make me wait more than 30 minutes to see if the night pharmacist could call, and the pharmacy closes at 9pm so if he couldn’t call I would be SOL. Walked across the street to walgreens and they were beyond helpful, and had it all done in 20mins with a discount…

Staff was very nice and helpful with passport pictures.

Curb side service was fast.There are two lanes covid self test was moving right along.

Well stocked pharmacy. Lots of beach merchandise and summer clothing. Sun dresses, hats, shorts and slipper thongs. Clean and friendly, helpful staff. Quick stop in and out.

By far the best staff in all of Broward and Palm Beach County put together! Every single staff member that works in this pharmacy always goes above and beyond for every customer including myself, addressing every clients needs and know how regarding any & all medications but even above that they always treat us with the upmost respect, care and compassion! Good high volume pharmacy. Sometimes you have to wait because they are crazy busy, particularly after work on weekdays. Easy immunizations - started getting all my shots there. Staff is friendly and helpful. Fewer greeting cards here than other CVS locations.

Terrible treatment that the young man working in the store REFUSED to allow my husband to use the restroom.

After several automated prompts, I finally was connected to a Lady while at the same time trying to take my 6 month old daughters temperature (since I was waiting for several minutes figured I could multitask), I asked the lady if she could give me one second to finish taking the temp, and she said “sorry I don’t have one second” and hung up. I feel very disrespected. I waited 5 minutes On the phone through prompts with a crying sick infant and she couldn’t give me literally 3-5 seconds to take a temp?

Tonight a cashier came up to me and said I shouldnt come to look at the deals. She said nows not the time to shop. You should stay home during covid, read a book or ride a bike. Why dont you stay home? You didnt even wear a mask. Mind your business and cover your face so I dont get your germs from your mouth.

I have used this store and pharmacy for years. Drive thru pharmacy. Not a 24 hour location but always fast and friendly service. Smiles and greetings all over the store.

Unorganized. Can’t get in to the Parking lot because construction. Had to break the law to enter the lot. Rude main lady

The pharmacy is horrible. Once an entire line of people was held up because the pharmacist was flirting with someone picking up the prescription. Another time, a pharmacist would not fill a shot prescription that my doctor recommended I get while I was pregnant ( the tDap shot that’s recommended for all pregnant women. ) I went across the street to Walgreens and got it filled without incident . Another time I came to get a cream for diaper rash that was prescribed to my newborn (who was screaming ) — theyve had my insurance on file, the cream is in stock — they don’t have to custom compound it— and the pharmacist told me to come back in an hour. Such poor customer service. Literally had to pull it off it off the shelf to fill. I’ve had experience with 3 different pharmacists and each time there’s been an issue.

Never had a problem either when calling or when picking up my meds. Staff are always on point and friendly. I highly recommend this store.

Very friendly and service minded pharmacy. I have always got my prescriptions handled within 20 min and they also hold drugs that are hard to find at other locations.

Never have a problem here except when they order my medication, the past 2 times Ive gone to pick up, theyve only had one of my two medications ready for pick up...which is very inconvenient, as I have to take both at the same time...other than that, everyone seems nice

Pharmacy Technicians was very rude.

After this mornings treatment at the Pharmacy, they have lost a customer!

I have been there twice this week and both times the clerk (PAT) complained about her job to the custmers in line

Pharmacy staff is incredibly rude when calling in, if you can actually reach someone. Lines at this location are long.. Just a poorly run location...
