They are never fully stocked. Things are not where they should be. And cashiers can be friendlier.

Dollar tree is Dollar tree the workers are overworked they dont get paid enough the store is constantly a mess but how can you complain buying things for a dollar. Try doing this in Haiti. Only in America eat duck sauce

Was here Saturday and literally 18 people on line waiting an average of 30 min for check-out. Theres were 2 people working the register and no manager to be found. Dont know who manages this place but they have no idea what customer service is. I guess ones would expect that in a dollar store but not 30+ min wait in line.

Ive been a fan of Dollar Tree stores for the last 7 years. I usually visit the two in west Deerfield Beach. Tonight I decided to check this one out. This location had a very depressing feel to it. While it carries the same items of the other stores, this store was not nearly as well stocked.

Super cheapest prices around, nobody can beat the Dollar store !!!

The supplies currently arent as plentiful as before. The staff in both are very courteous and helpful. They are also overworked and most likely underpaid. Prices/products are both good.

The cashier Jazmine was great and has excellent customer service skills!!! The girl stocking shelves was NO help at all and didnt offer assistance!

Horrible! Open another register!Five employees working (including a manager). Theres a long line of about 15 people.Only one cashier.Open another register!Then theyre trying to enforce this rule, which is a violation of FEDERAL LAW that you cant pay in change. Its money!

Ive been shopping at Dollar Tree since elementary school. Im concerned with the standards kept by this location. In the past 3 visits, my family and shoppers have experienced a terribly unwelcoming encounter with a representative whose name I will not mention. I dont enjoy targeting single individuals, and will not name them in public reviews. The other representatives were just fine and pleasant. On one occasion, a single lane was opened serving well over a dozen patrons. While the store was around 10 minutes before close, she would angrily shout at shoppers entering the store. On another, she stood by and observed her co-worker serve a long line by herself. She would exclaim I dont have to work on my break! While eventually joining in, she would loudly complain Dollar Tree doesnt pay us to work on your break. Its sad to hear that employees are so mistreated at this location that they resort to this level. I sincerely hope that things may improve and she become more satisfied with her position.

Very poor customer service. My brother and I just an awful experience with a cashier. SUPER RUDE. Throwing/tossing our stuff in the bags. No hello, no thank you, not even a “please” when she rudely told my brother to put the basket back “where it belongs”. Also gave other customers attitude FOR NO REASON. Unbelievable.

Ran in last minute. The cashier was pretty calm considering the line and amount of items customers had. A woman was struggling with a huge bunch of balloons. A lady behind me left her cart to go out & help her in which I immediately followed after checking out to lend an extra hand. Loved seeing a random act of kindness.

Friendly and helpful staff. Affordable cards, kitchen utensils, candy, snacks and cleaning supplies. Im thankful to have a Dollar Tree in the neighborhood which I reside. It helps me to save money.

A large selection of different items for bath, kitchen supplies, glassware, candles, cards, party items, childrens toys, Christmas items, books, hair & nail supplies, cleaning supplies,books, paper products, etc, etc even BAGS and scarves. A great one stop shop for many household products. Hurry, it sells fast til next shipment. Have fun! 🤗🤗🤗

Rudest manager (if you can call her one), staff (WHEN YOU EVER SEE ANY) usually 1 or 2 look like you just ran over their puppy! The isle are constantly full of boxes waiting to be put away. Items listed in flyer are not even there! I asked for application since the advertise help wanted (obviously) only to have my head snapped off. The franchise owner should be ashamed of himself and seriously re-evaluated his staff. Ps. You never know who is taking notes..and cell phones are everywhere.

Stupefied that the Visa card which had a balance on it was declined for $2. After calling the Visa company and spending very much time on the phone, there was no reason for it to be declined. What is the story with those Dollar Tree machines!

The best Italian bakery in boca raton, I been coming for years the bread is excellent, Easter bread and pastries location is great....The owner knows how to baked Italian bread and pastries its the best around what an excellent price we were missing a good Bakery time Bakery for long time Im very am very happy, made a lot of people very happy also that youre here now....good luck to an excellent business I will always be a good customer and bring others.

By far the most understaffed and/or poorly ran store. The isles constantly have boxes everywhere, I have never seen the line not blocking the center walkway. Its horrible. I seriously will never go back. Id rather spend 5x as much anywhere else!

Most of the staff is friendly, but theres this old woman with bleached blonde hair that always has an attitude. Shes been working there for years and shes always unhelpful. Steer clear of her while youre shopping!
