Good Afternoon! I was rejected from the original location I wanted to observe for my MBA project and thats sad for them. Reason being, I was going to refer their shop for SCUBA with my new company. Tisk, Tisk, Tisk. The SCUBA shop down the street welcomed me with open arms, allowed me to have free reign of what I wanted to do including: taking pictures, touching gear, interacting with customers, and then providing me with feedback to help make this project optimal.I chose Scuba Network in Deerfield Beach, Florida, since I am an avid fan of all activities related to water, besides drowning, of course. The first observation I noticed was that the shop is at the intersection of two extremely busy roadways. I think that it is an optimal location. Its very subliminal to those that travel these roadways because I have never been in this store, but I knew it was there.Before entering the store, there are many colorful flyers on the door with good information that persuaded me to enter with curiosity of the promotions and deals the store offered. Immediately when walking into the door, I noticed the smell of salt water and 104.3 The Shark playing on their sound system. Amazing! As I continued to walk around the store and take pictures, I noticed the extremely vibrant colors of posters, scuba gear, and also the televisions playing underwater footage of diving, snorkeling and fishing.As I looked up to the ceiling, I noticed blue upholstery the color of water; I realized that I was under the sea. They do a great job at making this very perceptive upon entering and interacting with the store.As I finished taking pictures and jotting down notes, the manager of the store, Jonathan Alves (great guy) sat down with me and described his thoughts behind the layout of the store (I was very impressed as he did a capstone in Australia on marketing) and why he thought it was the right fit for a scuba store. His answers were very descriptive and extremely helpful for this assignment.All in all, I am glad that DIXIE DIVERS rejected me (also known as DEATHLY DIVERS because 1-2 people die when diving with this company) because the SCUBA NETWORK was extremely helpful in providing me all the information that I needed to make this project a great success.Thanks,NIck

I have been a loyal customer of Scuba Networks has instructed me on how to dive since 2013. I have been instructed by all the instructors they have had. John, Bob and Colin to name a few. I have acquired my Master Diver certification a year ago from them and then some. Jon has always taken good care of me with all my scuba needs. Everyone at this shop is truly amazing. I myself met the Scuba Network family with groupon and is honestly one of the best life changing things Ive ever done. Theyve coached me through each phase of my diving growth from open water to rescue diver, walking side by side with me through each phase. All the staff & instructors are extremely knowledge of the industry and products and are true leaders of doing things the right way. I could not say enough good about them, I highly recommend!

I have been going to Scuba Network for close to 20 years. I just had the annual visual done on my tanks with a fast turnaround time. The service is always very friendly and their hours are great. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a knowledgeable local dive shop!

High quality place. Another local dive shop didnt care too much for my business. Scuba Network was welcoming at the door. They went into great detail on the equipment and recommend equipment for scuba diving. They did not try to up sell me like other local dive shops. 100% recommend dive shop in Broward County.

I cannot say enough great things about this team & the certification process! When we first booked our certification, we had an unfortunate situation and had to delay our process by quite a bit. Scuba Network could not have been more understanding or excited to welcome us back with open arms! The training is absolutely top notch. I was very nervous about scuba diving and after the second night of our pool dive I did not want to stop! Kiki, who is an incredible instructor, went above and beyond to lay out each step and answered all questions with detail and a smile on her face. I also want to shout out Jon who went above and beyond to help us pick out our equipment, answer all of our questions, and truly provided high quality service. These guys are great!!! Had a problem with another shop down the street where I purchased two tanks and the shop, “DD” refused to give me the nitrox fill I requested. Brought the tanks to scuba network where I found out “DD” also sold me a tank with O2 clean sticker that was dirty and 100% empty. Scuba network cleaned the tank for me, free of charge, and gave me the exact nitrox fill requested. Scuba network of Deerfield Beach has earned my business!!!

Absolutely incredible! My brother, sister, and I had a very bad experience scuba diving in Tanzania, but we wanted to try properly in the States. All the instructors were incredible. Cameron was excellent at the briefing, answering all our questions and explaining everything fantastically. Aaron was then our instructor, and he couldnt have ben any better. So nice, very funny, yet extremely safety conscious and very professional.In conclusion, it could not have been better. The next time I am in Florida, I plan to advance further with my diving, through Scuba Network DB!

This place gave the best birthday party for my cousin last weekend. Besides playing the best music and most up-to-date Ariana Grande, they played my personal custom playlist and let all the boys wear dresses on the skating rink. I highly recommend them for any transgender parties :-) hands down the best rates in town. They also have the option for ice skating if you want to freeze the Dance Floor

We used Scuba Network for the first time for this year’s mini season. Getting the tanks on Tuesday was easy and went smoothly, the store was clean, the employees were nice, Little John was a very helpful and personable employee, and had good prices on the equipment. BUT… They told us that they had special hours for mini season 6am-9pm. We called after getting out of the water on Wednesday to make sure they were still open so that we could return 1 tank and get fills on 2 more. There was no answer even though it was 8:40/8:45pm. We went Thursday morning at 5:55am to be there when the shop opened at 6 (as they said and posted). We sat outside the shop for an hour waiting for them to open. We weren’t able to get fills, return a tank, or do our morning dive before work. We had entered a competition that ends at 3pm on the last day, but are unable to finish participate today because we were unable to get air fills.

We really, really, REALLY recommend this dive shop for everything from scuba gear sales to the awesome certification program they offer. Their scuba instructors, Aaron, Little Jon, and Nick are super personable, and very fun to be around. They bring a large degree of humor to the table but at the same time are very serious about teaching you. Very professional. My wife is Brazilian and speaks English as a second language and they took the time throughout the whole course to engage her and make sure she learned everything she needs to know properly. The fourth day of class was so fun as we were able to dive off a boat and go 6 under checking out shipwrecks and coral reefs! One other thing, please go to this shop and compare their prices to anywhere online, their pricing will not be beat!
