Very courteous and knowledgable staff. They not only made a fantastic birthday cake, but also spent the time with us to design it! Thanks to Art and staff for an outstanding cake!
This place has terrible customer service. I called looking for a cake and the lady told me that shes too busy to talk to me and hung up. Management should train their employees better. I was about to purchase a $35 cake, but I guess not.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. However the ice cream cake was stale. Regional or manager said the matter would be taken care of. They so far have not honored their word. The purchase was made May 27, 2019.
