Great customer service. I went in to this store to add my son to my account and get a new phone. I didnt know what I wanted there were several phones available that were on a promotion the customer service rep was very informative gave me several options answered all my questions some of which I asked multiple times. He was very patient and didnt seem to be bothered in the least that I was taking a lot of his time fortunately there werent a lot of customers besides me in the store at the time. You gave me information that I didnt know I needed and I learned a lot. I was able to get a phone, add my son to my account and learn a lot. I havent witnessed or experienced this high level of customer service in many years and it was a really nice experience. I will always go back to the store hopefully to the same customer service rep or any products services or anything else that I need help with with my phone in my account it was a great experience!

Had to replace my phone because the back became unglued. Exceptional service. They even stayed late to help me. We were traveling at the time.

I walked up to the door 2 minutes after closing. Karla was amazing. She opened back up, took my phone and figured out why my SIM card wasnt registering. The time this store saved me is incalculable. I wouldnt trade anywhere else.

Went to get help getting my parents transitioned to iPhones and changing their service plan. Karla Brundige at the Del Rio AT&T was awesome! She helped us do all that stuff and helped my parents get Apple ID and the stuff required including moving contacts, pics, etc. from an Android. I highly recommend this store and Karla. She was knowledgeable about everything we needed. Was impressed.

Jorge and Erica give great customer service. They are pleasant friendly and great conversationalists.

Erica went above and beyond. Customer service could NOT getIt right and Érica waited until it was all done.Though it took 3Hours she waited patiently!She is awesome and did so while tending to other customers too!

I bought this cellphone at the AT&T store because the other company I previously used was unable to accept my payment because of a glitch of their own making.

Amazing customer service. Willie was the rep that took care of us and he was so great. He was compassionate, answered all of our questions, and didnt rush us at all.

Saw the offer for buy one iPhone get another $750 off. Went in to get it and unfortunately couldn’t get the second one until the next day. Was told this was no problem and that it would only take a couple months for the discount to be reflected on my account. Now 4 months later I call AT&T and they tell me the offer is not reflected on my account and that there’s nothing they can do. Nothing like being robbed blind and stuck in the contract! Stay away!!Update: wife went into the store and they solved the issue. Sorry it was so long ago I forgot about the review

I am not from this town but this is the worst AT&T Store I have ever been to. Poor customer service if u have a defective phone that u just purchased. I have a brand new phone only have had it for 3-4 days so its within the 14 day period and the phone has a defective camera. They gave me the run around trying to charge me restocking fees and telling me a different story every time. I ended up going to the store 3 times to solve nothing just wasting time. I called the 1-800 number for at&t and spent 2 days on the phone and made more progress on the phone than in the store which is sad to say. The store acts like they want u to keep a phone u dont like or pay all these fees to switch because they know u only have 14 days to give the new phone back. This is also a small town with no competition for at&t stores so they are rude about exchanges and defective phones. worst experience.
