Super impressed! The gentleman who waited on us really knew his stuff and worked really hard to make our change over from at&t seamless and easy. If the coverage is as good as this we will be customers for life. Fyi: this location is SUPER busy but they have a second one in town!

They were beyond rude! I would drive further to another T-mobile to avoid coming to this one. I believe the rude employees name was “Mel” but I’m not sure. 1/10 wouldn’t recommend.

Excellent service, very sanitary

I had a wonderful experience as a new customer of T-Mobile. The employees were extremely friendly and attentive and the store is very clean and stocked with so many products and accessories for your phone. I would absolutely recommend T-Mobile.

I like T-Mobile. I believe Eddie is his name he is a great help. We need more people like Eddie lol I only wish that they would bring back the payment machine because sometimes its really busy and the machine would really help out a lot

Horrible service. They treat you like a non relevant when you switch companys and try to get your final bill paid. Customer service SUCKS!
