Just moved to the area and have stopped in half a dozen times. Every time the staff is just sitting around, having inappropriate conversations, and I don’t understand why. Matt isn’t that great unless you let him believe you have money to spend. I love that the owner is willing to post kudos to the staff he is responsible for and clearly doesn’t see what they do when he isn’t there. And the music? Where I come from, forcing religion on customers is a good way to kill your business.

My husband and I went in for a window a/c unit and Blake did an awesome deal! His customer service is top notch and the Kenmore a/c he sold us is absolutely perfect! I highly recommend this store before walmart or any other local stores!

Hi, this was also a great experience we went to yesterday and it was very knowledgeable about the appliances that I bought very watering I should say but the guy that we had was great very knowledgeable he was comfortable with this he took his time his name is Matt by the way young handsome but nevertheless he was wonderful we was in there for about 2 hours and I learned all about the pair that I got and it was nice experience I would recommend anyone and everyone to go to the Sears locally owned in Delaware off of 23 please go 5 stars 🙂

This store is actually one of the few stores that has helped me through a process and took the time to figure out what I needed. They might have had a few slip ups but the new crew is not as bad as when there was a different staff there.

On 6/23/18 I brought a craftsman trimmer I bought from someone else. I was well aware that there would be no warranty. The guy took my name, my number and the $42.80 I owed to get it looked at. Before I left he told me that it would be 2 weeks before I get a call. Well 2 weeks go by and no phone call. So I go in and ask the lady, which she had a brace on her leg, about the trimmer, she said they havent gotten time to look at it. I said ok thats fine, as I look around I notice my trimmer hasnt moved from when the guy I talked to when I brung in the trimmer the first time hasnt moved. So fast forward a week latter the guy from the beginning said they ordered the part and is waiting for it to arrive. I was thinking great, I will come in next week. So now from 6/23/18 its been 4 weeks. This time I brought my dad with me. The lady came out and said that they had to let the technician go. So me and my dad thought one more week. So one week latter the guy was saying that they ordered the part and was waiting for it to arrive. He was also saying that the part should have been there by now. So a little past a week on Monday July 30 2018. Me and my dad went in and asked the guy if we could have my trimmer back and the money.(all the times me and my dad go in there is a little girl with both The guy and lady with The brace on her leg) The guy went back and got The trimmer and asked for the receipt, I told him i dont have it. So he said I cant give you your money back. The guy telling me this IS THE SAME GUY I TALKED TO ON 6/23/18. Me and my dad said we are not leaving without the $40 and the trimmer. THE GUY SAYS TO US so robbery then. THIS IS THE SAME GUY FROM DAY ONE TELLING US THIS. Me and my dad said no, we just want are money back. So the guy throws our money on the counter, so my dad takes it and it is $40. It was four $5 bills and two $10 bills the guy throwed on the counter. As my dad and i are leaving he asked is this a good number to reach you on me and my dad say yes. He replies with Im going to call and file a police report. First off you never fixed the trimmer and second of all you guys owe me $2.80, i payed $42.80 And only asked for $40 back, I waited 37 days to get a trimmer fixed and it was never fixed. I will never shop at Sears again.

Purchased Ssmsung washer and dryer 5/12/18 washer has klunked from day one have called numerous times was told to call Samsung. Samsung tells me to call store. So I called back and was told since I did not purchase service contract was not their responsibility even though I called shortly after delivery I could pay $99.99 for service call. Washer is now starting to leak. I try to keep business in Delaware but this is one store I will not be doing business with. I am absolutely disappointed

Horrible experience! Purchased a freezer from Matt. Freezer was delivered a day after we were told it would be delivered. Unit was scratched and dented. Rattling noise from the back of Unit. Called to have unit replaced or repaired. They offered a repair but repair company never showed up TWICE. Called Sears 800 number and no repair was ever scheduled, instead the store had scheduled a delivery of a new refrigerator for the upcoming week. The staff of this store is incompetent, stupid or just dont care.....or all three. Please do not buy Kenmore or Sears products. Horrible horrible service!

Ordered multiple items from this store from the website and when I go to get items they say they dont have them. Even when I get a confirmation that I can pick this item up. They use the excuse that someone stole the item and thats why the inventory is wrong. Never going to shop here again.
