Just had a new rocker/recliner delivered by two of the most awesome guys. Randy and Sean, they were polite and on time with the delivery. Careful that they didn’t hit the door frame with the chair and placed the chair exactly where I wanted it! Wonderful people who work at Showplace Delaware, Ohio.

Best rent-to-own store around. If they dont have what I want they do everything they can to get it. I have not had a bad experience there. The people are great! And I just love that they have customer appreciation days! Go to Showplace Delaware for ALL your rent-to-own needs!

Very affordable! Got a excellent washer dryer set and its running great! Quick delivery and install by Chad and Randy who were friendly and walked me through everything and tested both before they left. Highly recommend our Delaware store for your needs!

The guys that delivered my washer and dryer. They two gentleman were wonderful! They made sure all of my questions were answered. They even went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied before they left. I will always be gratwgra to the Delaware Showplace.

Im paying for a very expensive twin bed. Over a grand. I could have gotten a cheaper one some place else. I wish I had been there to check out the prices to begin with. Thats what happens when youre desperate.

Good product. Was a bit confused over the payment plan I had purchased and spoke with the manager.....Jeff I believe. Boy,did things go badly with that. I found him to be rude and difficult to talk with after I mentioned I would probably not do business with Showplace again. He got loud and angry and didnt want to listen until he hung up on me. Im sure when he reads this he will be just as angry and defensive. Certainly not.good customer relations!

I have been a customer with the Delaware store since 4/08 and the Mt. Gilead store before that. Rick will forever be my manager of choice. Kim and the account specialist team are wonderful. The delivery team is the best at Delaware, Chris and JJ go above and beyond their job titles. I would recommend this store to anyone. Keep up the great work!!!

I had been at show place for years they are so much better then rent a center I would not rent from them ever showplace prices are great and affordable and they beat out rent center I love the mannger there Carol showplace always goes out of there way to help you and work with you they beat out rent a center any day

I might be a little biased but the Delaware Showplace is a truly special place. I suggest you experience it for yourself. You guys Rock!

They are dishonest and there employees are thief’s and I wouldn’t advise anybody not even my worse enemies to deal with them.

They harass you if you are behind . They call even if there is a set date and you go through so many people before they realize youll give them their money .
