I have had several poor experiences at Chesrown with their service department and will do my best to find help elsewhere in the future. Its frustrating, because it is the most convenient place for me, but I cant continue there.I have had issues with lack of response on how service was going on two separate occasions in the past two years where I was told the car would be ready in a day or two that turned into a week on both occasions.I have had to bring it back in within a month to fix issues with leaking fluids that were not fixed the first time.I had an issue with billing where I would have paid almost $200 dollars over what I should have been charged if I hadnt spoken up for myself. To his credit, the service manager was quick to fix it and apologetic, but it seemed poor that I had to bring up the issue or else I would have just had to pay it.Most recently, I brought the car in for an oil change and a minor routine maintenance repair with replacing spark plugs and they found an issue with the ignition coil. $600 later, the attendant pulled my fixed car up to return it to me, and the service warning light was on because the rear drivers side tire still needed air. I knew that when I dropped it off and just assumed the little stuff like that would be fixed as well. Just fill it up. I received a service report showing that a multi-point inspection had been performed and that all the basic things had been checked as good to go. I couldnt believe someone would literally drive my repaired car to me out of the shop with a service light still on! And for air in the tires! That should be the easiest thing to fix. The lack of attention to detail is too much for me, and I will not be back if I can help it. Dont know exactly where Im going to go, but Ill drive farther to get better service.

I brought my Cadillac in to get a transmission leak repaired. They said it wasnt covered under warranty at just 9 months and 8k miles old, and I would need to tow it to the dealer where I bought it, 150 miles away. The service advisor wouldnt return my texts or phone calls, so I went in to see what was up. They said there were no notes on the service order and didnt even know who looked at it. After a few more days they still refused to work on it, but couldnt tell me why, and I have yet to hear back from the service advisor. Im now taking it to a different local dealer over a week later. Im glad I have an extra car at the moment. This is just unacceptable.

I bought a truck from Chesrown because it had great google reviews and the lifetime powertrain warranty aslong as you service through them. After an accident I took it in to get looked at and have new tires put on. After buying the new tires they said the truck was good to go all clear. The next day the wheel is crocked, so I bring it back on my day off. Thats weird, sorry it was out of alignment but its fixed now. Not even a week later its worse than ever before so I bring it in again. Now it has a broken ball joint so I pay and get it fixed. I pick my tuck up and the wheel isnt even straight leaving the dealership lot..... I called immediately and they said they will call me tomorrow.The people are very nice and the facility looks great but the service work and attention to detail just doesnt seem to match. If you are just going to get your oil changed to keep your warranty I think they are fine but Its hard to recommend them to anyone right now.I will update if anything changes.

Went in for another Takata airbag recall repair. Tom saw I had already been in for one a year prior & made sure the repair was necessary (yes, according to recall.) Lounge area has deluxe amenities: excellent complementary snack & beverage area, giant plasma screen, wifi, & plenty of seating spread out so you can read or work on laptop. Friendly helpful staff completes the package. Thanks!
