Would absolutely reccomend them to anyone. Brought my car in in the morning, they diagnosed the issue within 20 minutes and got both my front wheel bearings replaced within a few hours. Car feels great now! Everyone there was super friendly and made it a really easy process. I saw a review or two that if youre a woman dont go here and those are absolutely false. Im a young woman and they were extremely fair and honest. Didnt treat me any differently then any other costumer and did great work.

My daughter had her car fixed there. AC compressor went out. They fixed it by the very next day. Pricey fix, but couldnt beat the service and timeliness!

Car broke down halfway to Cleveland from Cincinnati at 10 am. We got our car to C&O at 12:20 and were out of there by 1:20. Price was exactly in the range for the repair needed. GREAT business

WARNINGSo from the start they towed my vehicle before looking at it, then once they had my car in their clutches they told me they wanted 700 for front brakes and calipers, which would be less than 200 for parts and maybe 2 hours worth of workAnd then charged me 110$ For just a tow, and is trying to refuse me a receipt for just towing back to my houseThey are going to scam you for anything they can get from you, disregard the fake reviews left by these other peopleThis business don’t care about the consumerIn short a horrible place to go

I always thought C&O Auto repair was fair people Carlos always seems to be fair last few times Ive been there not so much I believe hes turned into a cone artist I wont get into details here but I dont suggest c&o Auto repair

My vehicle broke down at 2 am while I was pulling a loaded rental trailer and about 3 hours from home. Carlos was able to come look at the vehicle and diagnosis it. He had an excellent understanding of vehicles and fixed the issues swiftly and efficiently. Could not recommend him more.

He was very expensive just to tell me the main switch was bad he changed me $25 I asked him how much would he change to fix the bad switch he said he would have to call around to see what junkyard had one depending on the cost of the part it would be between $75 to $100 well I called the junkyard 2 price one and got it for $25 out the door the main switch for my windows to go up an down it consist of unplugging the bad and plug the use switch NEEDED NO TOOLS !!! Wow just a rip off......WOULD NOT RECOMMEND NO WOMAN TO GO !!!!!!!

Our transmission went completely out and his garage had us tow our vehicle to them for $125 cash, upfront, and then it sat there for a week without even being looked at to give us an estimate. Since they own the tow truck too, the only sense of urgency we saw was in scheduling the tow...afterward would not return our calls regarding the repair. When I stopped by Carlos had an obviously dismissive attitude and was not going to talk details with a woman. I did not catch the name of the other gentleman in the office but he was very polite both in person, and on the phone.

Today was the first day we met Carlos. I called him in the morning and within hours he was at my house trying to figure out what was wrong with my truck. He told me our battery was dead and he would get another battery, then come back and switch it out. He did just that. He was very friendly and helpful the entire time. From now on, any maintenance needed, we will go there for the service. His price was much less than a dealer and I expected it to be. I trust him with all of my vehicles. He was great! I cant say enough about him and I would recommend him to anyone who asks. He is very reasonable and fair.

Paid to have car fixed it was not brought back waited a month filed complain w bbb and atourney general office cheapest place in town for a reason

Good Year in Delaware, is out of business, due to no business, hum. This guys travels all over Ohio. Customers coming from Columbus and Marion, saying he was referred to them. Each time I come to his shop, he makes the repairs promptly, efficiently and less costly than all the other shops.

Excellent customer service!! Work done on time and accurately. They received sub quality parts and had the integrity not to use them. Finally, cost were reasonable.

Always experience quick and reliable service here. Today my daughter went to take her drivers test and he brake lights werent working. They fixed them and had us back to BMV within 30 minutes so she didnt have to reschedule the test! They always go above and beyond! I highly recommend them!

While driving through town on our way home to Michigan on Friday afternoon, our truck stalled on US23. My Google search led me to C & O Auto. Our main reason for choosing them was because they were open on Saturday in case our truck couldnt get done on Friday. Delaware is a nice town, but we didnt want to spend the weekend stuck there. Carlos, with his friendly, funny personality came to our rescue immediately! He towed us to his shop & got right to work. Four hours later, our fuel pump was replaced & we were back on the road. Auto repairs are never fun & away from home, its a little scary. We feel very fortunate that our paths crossed with Carlos & highly recommend his shop to anyone in need. I tell every one I know to come see Carlos. I am a business owner myself and have a select few places I will recommend to people because its hard to find people you can trust these days and I just dont feel comfortable putting my name on most businesses. With that being saide c$o was recommended to me 3 yrs ago from my mechanic when he stopped working on car. I paid a third of what other places quoted me and my old plow truck was so rusted it took him twice as long as it normally would. Carlos stayed 3 hrs after his normal closing time and had my truck done late that night because he knew I needed it the next day to plow. I was expecting to be charged for the extra labor but he he wouldnt let me pay a penny more than his quote and apologized for my inconvenience which was unnecessary, he got got me back to work wth no down time. Since then he has taken care of all of my vehicles and family and friends. One time I had a new radiator put in and it started leaking the next day, bad from the parts store. 20 minutes after I talked to Carlos he was loading the truck onto his flatbed and two hrs after that was ready for pick up at no charge. His shop isnt as big and fancy as the dealership may be but you wont be charged extra so he can have that and you also wont have a young guy just out of school with 4 years of experience, half in a classroom half in a shop watching someone else work on cars. Carlos and his brother grew up with a wrench in their hand and do most of the mechanic work themselves and are right there for the rest. Ill end with my favorite story. I took Carlos for a ride in my oldest truck that I dont want to put money into, it makes a terrible noise on hard right turns, instead of lying to me he told me that it was a worn out bushing with a grade 8 bolt in the middle, will not cause problems or an accident and if I get tired of hearing the noise he wont charge much to fix it. It was free advice and I had as much money in my pocket when I left as I did when I got there. That was 2 yrs ago and it stil sounds terrible when I turn hard but hasnt caused one problem. Dont get ripped off by people fixing stuff that doesnt need fixed. Come see these guys

YOU WILL NOT FIND A CHEAPER TOW IN OHIO!C & O have taken care of me in times of need and worked on a couple of my fleet trucks! Carlos personally drove to the southwest side of columbus and towed my big truck all the way to morrow County almost 120 mile round trip for maybe 60 bucks more than the company charged me the night before to move it 3 blocks from where it was hit and ran on while I was working inside on a senior citizens apartment for no charge! I geuss what goes around does come around in certain ways! I was doing a favor for a 73 yr old man that is comfined to a wheelchair and I came out to my truck smashed on the side of the one way street I was parked on. I wish I would have called Carlos the night before but I thought I could fix it in that parking lot the next day. When i found out it was too much work to be done there I had no choice to have it towed to a friends in the country till I could get it fixed! Carlos definitely lessened the blow but coming to my aid on july the 5th of 2016 and towing my truck for me! Driving home through Deleware the front end of my truck started shaking, knowing this is a bad, I pulled off the highway and Googled repair shops close by. C & O Auto Repair was rated 4.4 stars so I went to see them. My experience was great! On the test drive we decided the drivers side caliper was stuck. Carlos and Ramiro replaced both roaters, pads and calipers in about an hour for a reasonable price and got me safely back on the road. They went above and beyond to take care of my family and I will not forget their efforts.

The owner sabatoged our car, tried to get us to pay $3,000 for a new engine. Couldnt afford it and had a friend look at it. $200 fix. Dont bring your car here.
