Everyone was out of the deck flooring that I needed, asap, due to the timeline of my contractor. 84 lumber saved the day. The staff was absolutely amazing and helped me to get the material I needed and delivered quickly. I originally went through a big box store for my lumber and the order was incorrect and took over a month to arrive. I will use 84 lumber going forward because the staff is so wonderful and seem to truly care. Amazing customer service at the Delaware location.

So staff helpful on pricing others dont care. Called about 16 foot deck boards. Only 10 in stock but have plenty of 14 foot. I asked if i could get the best pricing and was told that had to buy alot to get price break. I told them that i could just go to home depot but was trying to buy other places. He said that was ok. Mac was the guy.

I work with these guys, especially Kevin, at least once a month and have nothing but good things to say. They are wonderful with my last minute requests and delivery always runs early.10/10. Highly recommend them!

It would be a great store. However to these guys in stock means we can have it within a couple days not exact handy for a contractor who drove to the store to pick up materials after calling first to confirm.Yeah we have it in stock, but youll need to drive to another store to get it. Is that so difficult to mention?Still, the big box green, blue, and orange stores are so deplorable with pricing games, pick you flavor of evil.

Not sure how 84 Lunber stays in business! Be prepared to pay too much for common items. It’s a convienence lumber store typically located outside of a small town where it’s your only choice. When I came into this store I could tell the guy was frustrated that he even had to take my order. Then he charged $42 for something that is less than $26 every where else. I actually voiced this whole complaint to their face with not as much as a “I’m sorry sir”! I spend hundreds of thousands a year on building material and this is the reason I spend almost nothing at 84!

Unfriendly staff and my name, address AND telephone number to buy 3 overpriced boards? Let them know I would take my business elsewhere and they couldn’t care less.
