This is my first visit to this company and Kelli was a great help in getting what I needed. I ended up purchasing the last bag of something I needed and while it was being carried out it was noticed that the contents were running out of the bag. It appeared that about 1/3 of the contents was lost, so I went back inside to let Kelli know what had happened and she ended up giving me credit for that bag. The next day I decided that I wanted to exchange one of the items I purchased so I called and talked with Kelli again and she said it would not be a problem to do. I made the exchange and I was able to get my job completed. Having someone like Kelli is a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service. She was willing to work with me on many things which made my experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend this location of HP to anyone as they are very friendly and the customer service is top notch. Thank you Kelli!!!!!

I dont write many reviews, but Lori at Hamilton Parker in Delaware deserves 10 stars. She is a pleasure to work with. Offers ideas and provides the BEST in customer service. Highly recommend!

Tried to get a simple quote for a wood burning stove insert. I stopped by the delaware office met with someone who then scheduled a day and time to have one of his team members stop by my house to get an idea of the scale of the project. I paciently waited over a month for this date. Its been 3 weeks following my home inspection and I havent heard a peep. The crew that came to my house were really nice and upfront.Still havent received any formal quote or any communucation. The teams scheduled appointment was Dec 3rd. So nearly a month and nothing! Save yourself the time and effort and go with a company who communicates to customers or potential customers. I will take my money to another location sad you just lost 4-7k. I stopped by there office in the begining of Nov.

Chase, the repairman just left. He was suppose to rebalance and oil the garage door for service and replace the keyless entry. While tightening the door he broke the spring by applying too much torque. He said he applied so much torque he broke his drill and he was very annoyed. Anyway, they refused to pay for the spring or even meet me half way. I was forced to pay to replace the spring and he never finished the maintenance call. Now the chain clicks and he said it needs to be tightened up but he doesnt know how since this garage door brand was installed but he started. REALLY BAD SERVICE!!! I would never recommend them to anyone.
