I had wonderful customer service at Pearle Vision. The store manager, Julie was wonderfully pleasant. She was helpful with understanding insurance coverage, organized and quick to assist.

I brought my mother in to purchase glasses, she is in a wheelchair. As I struggled to get the door open and push her through in her chair bouncing off the doors a little we finally get inside. I say hello? and my mother says somebody is over there behind the screen (the desk is right in front of the door so she sat there and WATCHED me struggle to get her through the door without offering to hold the door for us). she peeks around the screen and says hello, so I push my mother over a little so she could actually SEE the woman since the employee never stood up or greeted us at all. My mother says she was here to get a new pair of glasses and that her eye doctor already gave her the prescription she needs. without standing up the woman says ok let me know when you pick out a pair, then goes back to doing whatever on the computer and piece of paper in front of her. I walk my mother around just a little bit and finally I asked can she get a little help please she is going to need to know prices and stuff the woman still sits there without moving and just says well once she finds a pair she likes I will tell her what it costs soooo We start looking. after we pull a few pair off the shelf and my mother tries them on but doesnt like the feel or look of those I ask the woman Where are we supposed to put the ones she has already tried on but doesnt like the employee says just put them back where you got them I asked you dont want me to put them on the desk so you can clean or sanitize them she just says nope SO I place about 8 different pair that my mother tried on back on the shelf and I was so alarmed that others probably tried them on and she never wiped them off before my 69 year old mother put them ON HER FACE!!!! so she finally picked out a pair that she liked and informed the lady she found a pair she liked. the lady never stood up just wheeled her office seat over to one of the outer desk areas so I had thought maybe she has trouble standing and walking and I was quick to judge but NOPE... after she gives my mother the price and my mother says she would think about it and come back to order them after she went and looked at meijer optical in the same parking lot the woman STANDS UP AND WALKS THAT CHAIR RIGHT BACK OVER TO THAT COMPUTER AREA... then she sits down and WATCHES ME STRUGGLE WITH THE DAMN DOOR YET AGAIN TO GET MY MOTHER OUTSIDE WHILE PUSHING HER WHEELCHAIR!! it was the absolute worst and lazy customer service I have received in an extremely long time. Pearle Vision should be ASHAMED at how their employee treated my mother!! needless to say that although she liked the glasses from Pearle Vision MORE I was not about to take her back over there and give them any of our business!!!! rude! lazy! un helpful!! unclean!! unsanitary!!

I did not have to wait to be seen. They had a huge selection of glasses to chose from. The doctor was very good. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back

I had a great experience getting my vision tested by Dr. Mesadieu. The store manager, Julie, was also great and welcoming!When my eyeglasses frame broke Julie sent a replacement frame at no extra cost, and with 2 day delivery!She really went far and beyond, and made my experience with them more meangingful.Thank you for all that you do! And thank you for the great service!

It took over 3 weeks, almost a month for my glasses to come in and they open late. They say they are open at 10 but I waited one hour for them to open and they didn’t open. They just sleep in and don’t operate on business hours.

I had the best experience at Pearle Vision with Julie today. I ripped my contact and was on my way out of town. I dropped in and she helped me right away. I will definitely return to the Delaware location because their excellent customer service.

Awful we have eyemed the insurance covers and annual exam my doctor said she was not having trouble seeing but had back spots the doctor said she couldnt do an exam because my insurance doesnt cover an annual exam if she isnt complaining of vision troubleI left and a week later went to americas best they didnan eye exam.and my daughter needs glasses and she they help so much the black spots were just eye strain because she needed glassesDo not go there
