Highly Recommend for professional eye care services! After going way too many years without an eye exam, it was time to update the old glasses. Dr. N wasnt judgmental about the amount of time since my last exam and really took the time to perform a thorough exam and explain to me what was happening with my eyes. His office was clean and they took necessary COVID precautions without being creepy. I must say everyone puts you right at ease, performs their job with professionalism, and is caring and compassionate as well. If you want excellent care from a team that sees you as a person and not just another prescription, then you need to make your appointment here.

My family has been going here for a few years and absolutely love them. They are so easy to get scheduled for exams, and have a great selection of frames to choose from. They are even great with little kids and were able to get my usually shy 3 year old to open up and he had a blast. Theyre also following all the proper safety protocals and sanitize all the frames after you try them on.

Geri let indecisive me try on like 30 frames and then made sure they were all clean afterwards! She was very interested in helping me find the perfect pair!

I like going here because the doctor and women there are all very nice and personable. They have a good selection of glasses if thats what you need. They also take care of contacts as well, my wife gets hers from Vision Professionals.You get treated great right from the time you walk in to when you leave. Cant forget this, they help you with figuring out what kind of glasses to get by giving honest feedback. I like that.The doctor does a great job with what he has to do and he will have a conversation with you not having anything to do with your eyes.I enjoy going here and will continue until the day I die.Great work guys!!!!! I have been going to this practice for almost 30 years. Always very friendly, very professional, and staff are attentive and listen to what you want or need. Doctor explains findings and recommendations clearly and takes the time to answer any questions. Technicians take all the time you need to help pick out glasses. I have never felt rushed here, and that is kind of unusual for doctor’s offices anymore.

I would NEVER recommend this place. Not only did I sit in the room for 30 minutes before anyone came in, when Dr. Rock came in she was VERY unpleasant like my appointment was an inconvenience to her on top of me having to tell her what my prescription was because what she came up with was off. I verified when making the appointment and when checking in of the two copays (general and material) that I would have to pay. I made it clear that I would be wanting to purchase glasses but still need a prescription for contacts and still told only the two copays and what my insurance doesnt cover for my glasses would be all thats owed. Went thru the exam came out to try glasses on to be told theres another $60 contact fitting copay and when I stated I was not told about that on the MULTIPLE times I asked what I would owe, it was explained as it does get forgotten and that they could waive it but wouldnt give me my contact prescription. The lady helping fit glasses was very friendly buy I will never be back.

My nine year old had trouble deciding which frames she wanted (such a great selection) and the lady that was helping us was extremely kind and patient. (She mentioned that she raised 3 daughters, so she gets it :)

I had a negative experience with my last Optometrist in Rhode Island and had avoided finding someone here in Delaware. After putting it off for a year, I finally broke down and made an appointment with Dr Niederkohr. Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional from the time I called until I chose my new frames and placed my lens order. I am very pleased with my choice of Optometrist and want to thank everyone for being so knowledgeable and helpful!

This doctor was so efficient and thorough. He explained everything and was very knowledgeable about our insurance plan and what it covered. They didn’t try to get us to do more than was needed. He was very sweet with our 1st grader. Their office was perfect for our family!
