One of the least convenient convenience stores Ive been to. Half the time the gas pumps dont want to give the proper discount or the terminals lock up. This has happened on different days at different times and its always a crapshoot whether it will work. Less expensive gas can be found just a few miles south at stations that are consistently functioning better. If you want a car wash is best to try and buy it at the car wash rather than the pump.

Seems like the cappuccino machine is always empty. stopped on my way back to work october 2nd and both kinds i like were empty. when i told the cashier he said he would let someone know. after 5 minutes of waiting and wasting my time i chose to leave because he didn’t tell anyone and didn’t bother to fill them.

Kroger rewards has been unavailable for over a week. Still working on it as of first Thursday in November 2021

None of the machines worked for slushees, water wasn’t really stocked, and the water I bought had a sign for 2/$4. Paid 4.99, so that felt like a lie.They have a Sbarros, which is cool, but the food looked old, and I didn’t like that I made eye contact with one of the workers standing at the counter picking his nose. Thank the stars that Sheetz is opening down the street soon.

This turkey hill is always very clean and the third shift staff is always extremely nice and friendly. The day staff can be a bit more hit or miss but almost always pleasant.

Slowest pumps Ive ever seen. Had to stop at half a tank so I wouldnt be late. Was easily 10 minutes for 10 gallons.

Pump #2 takes 15 years to fill up a car.Update: a few minutes after I wrote this, Pump #2 failed to recognize my tank was full and spilled gas down the side of my car.

Looks like false advertising or price gauging Speedway has the correct price $3.49 they charge 5.39 for 3 pac of bud ice.

Been mostly OK for quick stops, but there was a balding white dude with no mask and with the plastic barricades moved to the side manning the counter. That should be addressed by management. Maybe dont breathe on your customers during covid? Idk.

Terrible customer service! The car wash missed my car and they told me I had to buy another wash, and they had a strick policy about car washes and tjey couldnt just send me thru again. Avoid this car wash, and with terrible service like this I would avoid the store entirely!

Since I work across the street its kind of convenient. I dont know if I spend a lot of money there compared to others but I get breakfast sandwiches something for lunch candy bars drinks, all my gas and here wheres the problem is. I grabbed three beers to take home after work everyday, everybody knows who I am everybody knows my name. In the past Ive gotten upset for being refused to sell me beer because I would not let them scan my license. Everybody knew I was upset but I came back to give him another shot. Once again I was refused to sell beer because the same person and its the only person working there that refused to sell me beer. I showed them my ID as Im supposed to, Im 51 years old with a gray beard and I absolutely look old enough to buy alcohol. Where is it in the rules that states you have to scan my ID or you cant sell me beer. The problem should have been addressed the first time because everybody knew how I felt that work there, and yet they let it happen again. Shame on me the first time shame on Turkey Hill the second time, I will gladly go down the street does Speedway from here on out. Oh and I have been doing this about seven years now, pathetic

I frequent this store every Thursday as I travel to the Delaware County Municipal Court weekly to conduct business. This past Thursday, I was forced to contact the Manager of this store because the transgendered clerk was trying to enforce a rule that they made up while I was waiting to make a purchase. Although the clerk was incredibly incompetent in their job performance, the Manager immediately corrected the situation with the clerk and I made my purchase and moved on with my life. Thank you Ms. Ruth. I will be back because this is my favorite store.

Sometimes I get a difference gas discounts on my points, going here rather then going directly to Kroger fuel center. At any rate, this store has very good customer service. I stop in every Sunday to get gas sometimes, i will get a drink or a cup of coffee! Havent had any problems with the employees here!!! For Delaware, Ohio this wont get any bigger or smaller for service, best place to stop for gas, imo. Next time, when it warms up, Im going to utilize the car wash!..;) They also have not bad sandwiches, that are homemade.

Place is clean, staff is curteous...the 3rd shift staff are always super friendly and helpful. Kind of expensive and can be a bother getting in and out of, but overall i like the place..

At 3:30 a.m. at a convenience store on a major u.s. through route one would expect to find coffee. The clerks nonchalant attitude also contributes to this to start rating. On the plus side they did have gas.

Much has improved, its like a subway and McDonalds rolled into one. Great food for what it is and service is great. Recommended for a quick stop.

I loved this place until I run into missy a cashier who hates her job and throws your cigarettes at you,very unprofessional i will not let her wait on me. She doesnt even appear to be happy at her job. Someone needs to have a chit chat with her and remind her that she applied for customer service job. The devil himself could walk thru that door and should be treated in a polite manner thank you.....

Bank machine here is broke or out of money 75% of the time. Always out of my cigs or have to go to the back to open a new carton. Then I have to stand there feeling awkward bc the cashier huffs and puffs bc she has to go get them. Tues they were out of my cigs so i chose a different brand with 50cent off coupon. After leaving the store i realized she didnt take off the coupon amt on the 2 packs I bought. Oh, I hope you wont need a money order. Either the staff doesnt know how to do a money order, they dont have the numbers they need or simply dont feel like doing the money order smh. Or they say the machine is down. I now get my money orders from Meijer. They cost less anyways. Lastly, I wish I would pay several dollars for a tunafish sandwich! I used to love this place when they were new. Not so much now. After Tues we decided that we will take our business elsewhere. When you leave there you cant go out and turn left on st rt 23 anymore. You have to go right which takes you back to town. Not convenient at all when your wanting to hop on the highway towards columbus.

Stopped for gas a week or two ago and had to deal with rudest person ever. Worker Missey had a bad attitude with me and was being straight up mean to her coworker. Never coming back. Shouldnt have to deal with that just to get gas.

At 4:00 on a Thursday it was packed. Only one person working the register and no help in sight. Waited a very long time to check out. Shouldn’t there be another employee who can help?
