Their pharmacy is EXTREMELY understaffed right now. They have signs up stating that due to their understaffed wait times are EXCESSIVE. And even tho this is the case, you will not find a nicer, more friendly, warmer smiling pharmacist that this one. Waiting in line today, I was absolutely blown away by him and the staff working in this location. Back yourselves on the back guys. You all are doing all you can with what you have. I applaud you guys.

Terrible store. They do not fill prescriptions and they do not answer the phone. I was in the store yesterday and no was working. I hope these pharmacy workers feel great about themselves, you join the medial field to help people not potentially kill people. 0 stars

Avoid this store. They are not filling prescriptions timely…taking 6 days for my daughter. They do not answer any phone line all day…Pharmacy, store, doctors line. I was driving so let it ring for over 25 minutes.They never answered. OWU students not getting their scripts filled & an older lady in line yesterday was almost in tears bc they hadn’t filled her script for days. I don’t know what’s going on but avoid this store.

They Keep customers on hold for over 2 hours, when they need very important meds that stop an infection, that was sent to this pharmacy, but they never gave it to me when I went to get my normal meds.

Did Not get my moms prescription when she called 6 days ahead and then left us on hold for a long time

A particular pharmacist was extremely rude to me and commented on how I look in a very prejudice way. She also provided me with wrong information. First and only time in there, won’t use them again.

I recently discovered that someone staffed at this CVS on Sandusky has been stealing my prescriptions over the years. I would call and speak to someone about filling my prescription and they’d tell me it’d be ready in “x” amount of time. I’d show up and they would tell me I had no prescription on file. I knew for a fact that I had prescriptions left. This happened to me multiple times for a controlled substance (Adderall-XR). I never had any issues with non controlled substances.I switched to Meijer Pharmacy and told them my concerns. They mentioned they have had a lot of people complaining of the same thing. I think it’s time to clear out your thieving staff at CVS!!!

They need to hire more pharmacists. They simply cannot keep up with the demand. Sick folks are left waiting for hours and days. Then they wonder why you get upset with them. I wish my insurance didnt make me use CVS. Tim out at Prospect Pharmacy always took the best care of me.

Had a prescription called in at 3 pm. It wasnt finished by three minutes they closed at 9 pm. Pure laziness. My daughter now had to wait. Im glad she didnt have a serious problem.

Called to ask if they had any Ivy Dry instock today. I had checked 3 stores prior to calling. Decided to call rather than waste more gas if they didnt have it. I was rudely hung up on as soon as I asked if they had any Ivy dry.

I really like this pharmacy. I appreciate the text messages I receive letting me know when Perscriptions are ready for pickup and when they are ready for refil. I also was greatful to this pharmacy working with me when I was on vacation in Oregon. The message got to my doctor last minuet that I was out of state in Oregon when he called in my new script to the Delaware CVS. I called the Delaware CVS and they worked with me so the CVS in Wilsonville, OR could fill my script while I was there on vacation. They are very kind and friendly to work with.
