Usual mix of low-cost, and sometimes questionable quality, tools. If youve been to a Harbor Freight, you know what I mean. This store in particular is very nice compared to many others. The employees are attentive and helpful without being pushy. Everything is clean and well laid out. I have an HF which is closer to me but I still drive to this one instead.

Quick tools, cheap price sometimes lesser quality but it gets the job done.

Harbor Freight in Delaware is the cleanest most organized HF store Ive ever visited. I called ahead to make sure they had the tools I needed before I made the trip and they went above and beyond to help me over the phone and again once I arrived. The guys running this store really put the effort in. I will definitely be back!

I really like the good better best options. It a great place for many things that you dont necessarily use a lot and they have some great value items the keep me coming back.

They have a better warranty than Mac Tools

Had a great experience there recently. Your staff was very energetic and did their best with social distancing. They all were very helpful.

Returned an item completely unopened. Charged me a restocking fee. Didnt tell me they were, just saw it on my credit card. Not even a chance to argue about it.

Man! There is a unique quirkiness to the items you may find at Harbor Freight. I love being able to browse so many different tools for so many different diy disciplines.Having a warehouse attached to the store really helps assure they always have what you come in for.

Lindsay Supervisor of Sales is the friendliest of any employee I ever met at any retail establishment. She even went above and beyond to help me on her personal break when I was broken down in the lot. Gave me a jump, found me a tow back to Coshocton Ohio and then found a shop I knew locally in my hometown to fix my fuel pump. Thats after this woman called her ex husband and he walked her through diagnosis of my fuel pump. Go see this girl and let her wow you with the way she runs that store. Im driving back to that location from now on and I wont

Awesome new store off of 23 in Delaware. I was bummed after we moved knowing I would need to drive 30+min to get to one and then they opened this one. Super excitedPlace is really clean and put together. Staff is super friendly and help when you need them to.Opening week was kind of crazy cause they didnt get everything in to stock the shelves but they are past that now and have plenty to offer.

The best Harbor Freight store in the central ohio area. Clean, well stocked, friendly staff, and the store is located in a decent area. This store will directly cut into the tool sales of the local big box stores and the local farm stores.

Nice clean big store. Prices are way up thanks in part to tarrifs on their primary supplier country of origin. Went specifically to get an ultrasonic cleaner but saw they branded it central machinery which means no 20% off! So I left empty handed, will order one for less $$ online. The prices fluctuate up to 30% depending on sale price, 20 off, inside track, etc. More often than not i buy something then see it for a lower price weeks later. I look up items from online retailers and just about always find a better price (like quality).So.... about done with HFT. Not what they used to be ten years ago.

Great new store location. Staff were very friendly and when I spoke to the manager he said business was doing pretty good with the new location. Ill be a regular for sure.

Prices have gone up yet again. The list of exemptions for the 20% off coupon is longer than an arm. Not the bargain it used to be. Find myself using Amazon for tools more and more.
