First thing I like to say is.. I am a car fanatic I love cars. I had a incident where someone rammed the bottom right end of my car in one of the worst spots you can imagine. Back right door and wheel well... I was referred to this place by a dear friend of mine who is also a car fanatic.... I first talked to Lane..she was very courteous very professional she also kept on calling me to keep me informed on whats going on... Excellent customer service skills in my opinion.. After picking my car up this morning I couldnt believe what I saw their work was flawless.. if you guys ever have your car worked on go to this place and ask for Andrew.. he did a fantastic job... The paint job was smooth as a mirror.. Thank you guys.

Great all around experience! Lane Silk was super friendly when I walked in and needed an estimate after my new car was hit. She promptly put together an estimate and sent it to the other insurance company for approval(within an hour not days!) . She went above and beyond to call and arranged for a rental to come pick me up. She kept me updated regularly as to the status of my repairs and felt directly with the insurance company for any other work that needed to be done. It was great to know my vehicle and I were in good hands! This is the level of service all shops should provide to customers. The techs working on my car sanitized the entire car before returning it and it came back cleaner than when I bought the car! And the work was PERFECT. I Will definitely return here (hopefully not too soon)

My vehicle was towed to the Collision Center of Delray after an accident on 09/27/18. I was called approximately three weeks after it was delivered to pick the vehicle up. After inspection of repairs, I was dissatisfied with many things and had to point them out. The hood was visibly tilted and not aligned properly. The right side bracket was higher than the left. The paint on the corner of the hood was chipped down to the metal. Additionally, there was a scratch on my back bumper that wasnt there before. Even worse, the repairs from the Delray Collision Center included a completely new front bumper, which also had a new scratch on it. I requested all of these items be fixed before I pick up my vehicle. I was called another week later. I picked my vehicle up and kept it over the weekend, only to have to bring it back on 10/23/18 because I discovered even more issues while driving the vehicle. The front passenger door panel was not installed even close to properly. You could fit an entire hand between the panel and the window glass. The scratch on the front bumper was touched up rather than being repainted properly. The entertainment unit was broken, the TV did not work. There was a part missing from the wheel trim. Rather than properly aligning the hood, they added a very thick large weather strip to mask the gap. The chrome strip on the passenger side of the vehicle was not aligned either. Again, I contacted them and returned my vehicle to have the repairs completed. At this point I began documenting everything in email. The repairs were underway, again, and I was without my vehicle for another two weeks. We picked the vehicle up after we inspected all repairs again. This was on a Thursday. By Sunday the chrome strip was peeling off. I contacted them yet again and asked that it be replaced. By our surprise, the response I received implied that I pulled the stripping off. Again, I returned my vehicle to the shop to have repairs completed properly. This time I watched as they completed the repair and it was found that they used a black adhesive to reattach the strip rather than replace it. Even the technician who fixed the strip the second time was shocked at the black adhesive. All in all I was extremely dissatisfied with the service and repairs received at the Collision Center of Delray and I would never bring my vehicle there again. Worse than the poor repairs was the poor customer service. We were made to feel like we were a nuisance and then after they implied we pulled the chrome strip off we were in complete shock. We were given a voucher for $250 in vehicle detailing in exchange for a 5 star review. No thanks. Ill wash my own car.

I had some work done on my truck and the first person I met was Lane. She was super helpful, great energy and knew a surprising amount about body repair and paint. She helped expedite my quote, schedule service and make sure I was completely satisfied with the work. Since then, I’ve had to stop by service at different times and she always remembered my name and my truck. I needed some touch up paint which parts couldn’t source. She jumped on it and had a small batch made for me within 10 minutes! Really appreciate her knowledge, thoughtfulness and energy. Keep up the great work!

Lane in the collision department was excellent and a pleasure to work with. They have helped us with body work on a couple of occasions and they do an outstanding job. The car looks brand new, the car was fixed perfect-in a reasonable amount of time at a fair price. AJ in the service department handles all of our service needs and has always been excellent, timely and fair. They never try to do things on the car that are not necessary. I would recommend them to anybody.

Awesome experience with this company! Lane helped my sister with my claim and repair while I was out of town. Not only was my repair completed early, it looks better than new. I was nervous that the paint wouldnt match but it is just excellent. 5 stars to whoever did that part too. Im so happy that this is where progressive referred me to. Thanks guys! I had the best experience with Lane Silk at Collision center of Delray. I brought my car in after I hit a curb really hard and I had suspension issues. She gave me her personal cell number so that I could reach her at anytime day or night as well as weekends for updates on the status of the car. My boyfriend recently got into his first car accident, with his first car; thankfully, it wasnt serious, but it did leave his Audi with substantial damage. He was referred here and I was a little nervous as to how they would handle it, but we were so impressed by not only how great the the car looked after repairs, but how caring they were about the situation. All of his communication was through Lane Silk and she actually took the time to explain to him everything that had happened to the car, how they repaired it, why parts were replaced, the exact expenses, etc. Everything was explained, everything made sense, and she did everything she could to make sure he was comfortable with his car after it was finished, with not one issue.

Most AMAZING customer service and fair prices!!!!! The quality of work is FANTASTIC!!!! I had an accident and Progressive sent me here and Im so happy they did! Lane is amazing and even though I had issues with Progressive (which were resolved), Lane understood and even helped with info and was on top of everything the entire time. Not only was everything fixed, but faster than anticipated. They offer warranties on their work and stand by it. I just had a small clip that fell out during install and had to bring it back and they fixed with no issue and in minutes. The service that Lane and the Collision Center offered was so incredible that Ive brought others and been back myself for a small dent. Lane Silk made our visit easy from the first visit on January 22nd to today when we returned to collect the car.She explained what steps were to be taken, by whom, ensured that ENTERPRISE was on hand, took time to reassure my aunt, who was still upset and concerned.Today, she called to inform us that the vehicle was ready, completed the inspection, then explained the different sections of the paperwork and guarantees before wishing us safe travel.Friendly, professional, unfazed by chaotic situations. Easily and competently navigated through several stressed customers, addressing each situation and individual patiently and respectfully.

Had an amazing experience here. They fixed my honda in less time than they stated and their two weeks was already a fast turnaround time. The collision experience manager Lane is very nice and really follows up with you on everything so you have peace of mind. The car was fixed fully and flawlessly 2 days ahead of schedule and everything looks brand new again. Fantastic service would highly recommend to anyone who needs their car patched up.

Disappointed in the shop because they declared my Jetta a total loss. Drive-able and another shop was able to fix it for cheaper. They were a recommended shop by my insurance- lesson learned don’t take your vehicle here because they’re working for the insurance company and not YOU. Wasted two weeks for them to inspect the vehicle. Would have totaled out a totally perfect vehicle. Shame. Interesting that after taking it to another shop they were able to repair it and insurance did not make the suggestion to total the vehicle. Dennis has a dull personality and doesn’t have much to say and was unhelpful. Should have never agreed to leave the vehicle for this shop to delay repairs. If you prefer to have your car totaled this shop will help your insurance company accomplish that goal by taking every small imperfection and deduct from your cars worth. I do agree the headline was sagging but this shop tore the headliner so that not it’s not sagging it’s destroyed. If you’d like to add a headache after you’ve been in accident then come here! (Sarcasm). This shop did nothing to assist in the process except charge a fee to tear apart my vehicle and find all the imperfections and create more!

Living here in South Florida has been an experience, especially with the drivers. I drive commercially for a living and see accidents all the time. Most accidents are rear end Collisions and my time finally came when a driver wasnt paying attention and rear ended my vehicle. So from the start Lane Silk has been a fabulous liaison from start to finish with all involve . Lane handled the Rental vehicle, kept me updated all through the process in a quick and timely manner. I never needed to call Lane to find out the status at anytime. Quality of the work is wonderful but Lane was the real star with the way she handles all aspects. Lane was the best part of my experience but the rest of it just okay. Lane is very understanding and shows you that she cares about what you need. She remembers all of her customers when she answers the phones by telling them what happened with their vehicle, this is with each call. I applaud her candor in the atmosphere that she is put in. The office is not a welcoming environment, like I didnt even want to sit on the couch so I waited outside, but she made my experience memorable. She goes above and beyond what she has to for customer satisfaction. She needs a raise for all she does in that dry depressing department. The stars are for her customer relations.

I worked with Lane Silk and she was beyond helpful and kind. She updated me on the progress of my car and when I got it back she gave me all the instructions on what to do if I felt something wasn’t right. Had a minor fender-bender on my Volkswagen jetta 2012(simple model with no sensors or anything complicated on the bumper). This center ended up quoting a million fixes that were not even caused by the accident like scratches from 3 years ago). Their labor quote was 41 hours to replace a bumper at a cost of $6k. What a joke! This places wasted 2 weeks of my time and caused ms to lose a perfectly functional car because it was declared a total loss due to the high cost of repairs. I would not in a million years use their services again.

I promptly got my car in within 24 hrs of the accident, and they had all my info. They went above and beyond the call of duty, even returning my vehicle to me detailed inside and out, and kept in the garage as if so happens for my return so I could pick it up and not get wet during the rain! Honest, fair, and their work is meticulous. An 18-wheeler took my husbands Corvette for a 300 meter slide on I-95 and when the insurance company decided to fix it we thought it would never be the same. Chuck, Rita and their group kept us informed and in the loop. The repairs were done quickly and if we didnt know better wed think they swapped it for a brand new car. Couldnt be happier or recommend them more highly.

First off, I’d like to begin by saying that the Collision Center of Delray operates as seamlessly as it does because of Lain. When it comes to knowing the industry, she is the one you want to speak w/. Her professionalism is spot on and she knows how to get the job done. I recently moved to Delray and was weary about coming to the center because of unfamiliarity, but Lain turned my visit into familiarity. She knew exactly what I needed. I was in an accident and a friend referred me to DCC. I went in and Lane was fantastic in getting me in and out of the office and in a rental car with no stress. Chuck is professional, and takes your schedule and time into consideration. The work done on my car was excellent and my car was detailed inside and out prior to being returned. Collision Center of Delray is the very best!!! They went above and beyond my expectations when repairing my daughter’s Buick after a fender bender. My advisor followed up with me each and every step of the way working with my insurance company, parts departments, etc, to make sure my experience was hassle free! The car required special parts that were not easy to find, but the Collision Center did everything possible to obtain the necessary parts and perform the repair as quickly as possible...and the Collision Center doesn’t only repair Buicks...they did a great job on my BMW too! I brought my car into Chuck with a hole in the front bumper which three other repair shops told me could not be fixed, Chuck site said no problem he will get me in right away and it’s like it never even happened. Collision Center Delray was awesome. My car looked absolutely amazing when i picked it up. Getting in a car accident can be such a pain in the butt and Collision Center Delray accompanied with my insurance company were able to corroborate to make my experience as painless as possible. Lane, the Collision Experience Manager, was extremely helpful, pleasant and courteous. It is so often that I am dealing with the frontline of different businesses and they are clueless as to what is actually going on in the background. Lane was ON TOP of every little detail. She runs that place! Will definitely revisit if I ever go through a situation like this again.
