First time I tried the pick-up and drop-off service, IT WAS AMAZING! The team really takes care of your car and the convenience is wonderful. They earn 10 stars!!! However, making the appointment took 2 weeks, the service center would not call back after multiple calls. I finally called my service advisor, Keith Hauser, and he made it happen IMMEDIATELY. He also is a superstar. Ask for Keith, he will take care of you. And try the pick-up/ drop-off service, it makes the service experience easy and care-free.

Was unsure to go to the dealership for a staggered set of run flats (eagle f1 asymmetric 3s)But after multiple tire shops did not have the capability to replace all 4 at once, and one shop ordering the wrong size?!?!?!?BMW of Delray delivered. Love the newly renovated Showroom, offices, maintenance facility at Linton Blvd. They had the inventory that I needed to choose from and I found exactly what I wanted. Called to make an appointment for service & for them to pick up my car. They explained that another department would set that up & would call me to arrange. Initially I asked for a loaner but they said I didn’t qualify because the service was less than 2 hours. They didn’t call for more than a week so I called again. They promised to pick up my car 2 days later at 10:00 am. At 12 I called because no one showed up. They finally picked it up at 12:30 but I never heard back from them. They wound up keeping the car overnight because there were recalls & updates. I had to call them the following morning to get my car back.They apologized but unfortunately that doesn’t make up for the poor service & zero contact.

My advisor Thomaz is great. He took care of my car and even helped me with a goodwill claim for a service bulletin which applied to my vehicle engine, but not the particular year. However, my issue was with the loaner. The loaner vehicle tires had low pressure when it was given to me, all four of them were at 24-26 when it should have been 32. I didnt get a chance to return to the dealership to get it topped off, so I just did it at home since Im not inept and have a compressor exactly for this purpose. I would think these sorts of things are easy to check considering BMWs will scream at you when you have low washer fluid. Something to consider when giving a loaner to a customer. Remember that a loaner is an opportunity to sell the customer on the latest and greatest BMW offering. Take some time to treat every customer interaction as an opportunity to sell them. Don’t sell them on just the “BMW Experience” of owning one of the best performance machines around, but also sell them on the customer service of your establishment. I’m sure your counterparts in Germany wouldn’t appreciate their brand being misrepresented in this way. Today it was low tire pressure, tomorrow it may be bad breaks or something which may leave the customer stranded. It truly doesn’t take much to double check if the loaner is in tip top shape before it is given to the customer.

Service is so unprofessional! Automated system doesnt route the calls. You dial the extension specified and follow the steps only to start all over again. No one ever and the phone or calls back after leaving a message. The service manager is never around. Seems like hes on a permanent vacation. Buyer beware!
We are very lucky to have found the 430 I we wanted there. However they told us at 4pm the car was available but we had to be there before closing at 9. We had an almost 3 hour drive in rush hour traffic and arrived around 7pm. The sales people were very courteous but some important details were not taken care off.We had put down a deposit and that was not subtracted when we wrote our check.( they did credit our card for the full amount the next day).Also after we left we realized we were not given the folder we should have gotten with all the paper work. No bill of sale, registration or other documents. They were suppose to overnight them and now 4 days later nothing has arrived.I believe everyone had put in a long day as the staff was driving away at the same time we pulled off the lot.Again Hamza & Judson were very helpful and Pleasent but we hope they will help us complete the transaction after the sale.

What a great experience with David in Service! I came to the dealership to buy a quart of oil to top off my BMW. To my surprise, the oil I needed was on back order. So, I went over to Service to inquire about getting my car in for a quart of oil. It was around 530pm so I didn’t expect to make any progress. I spoke with David who got my car in right away for a top off of the oil. He said that we won’t let you leave with low oil in your car. I was back on the road in 5 minutes. Excellent customer service! I will start bringing my BMW to David when I need service. Thank You!!!

Not a fan of buying a used car, have to be honest with you ... but Joel @ BMW of Delray Beach provided such excellent customer service that I was doing the happy dance before driving off. Living in Atlanta and not being able to physically see or drive the car was a little scary. Joel sent detailed photographs, car fax reports, ... even went out the the car and sniffed about to make sure it was a non smoker car (it wasnt!). At the same time I was purchasing a car here in ATL ... and the whole process was smoother and more enjoyable going thru Delray Beach BMW then here in Atlanta. The facilities at Delray were top notch ... almost tempted to move there so my car can be serviced by them. Last two things Ill mention is A) Joel pulled in all the people he needed to make sure that my purchase went off with out a hitch. Had the service manager there giving my care the final detailed once over ... that impressed me. B) His follow up since purchasing the car has been pretty impressive also. He is a sharp guy ... I think he knows that the next car I get, Im calling him up first.

My 328i has never been touched by non-BMW mechanic. After several years of service from another dealer in West Palm Beach, I decided to switch over to BMW of Delray Beach. The experience has been VERY positive,VERY professional, and I intend to keep going back. Ive been there 2 or 3 times in the last year for routine service. Their facility is spotless and modern, plus the employees treat me with great respect and professionalism. I highly recommend these guys.

BMW Delray was professional and non-pressuring. Serge was absolutely amazing!!! He gave me space to choose, but stayed close to answer questions. He did not put words where there were none. He waited patiently and allowed me to decide. Once I decided to buy, he took me under his wing and gave me an understanding of the car I bought. His patience was awesome. Car was very dirty on the inside when I got it back from service. They vacuumed, but there were greasy fingerprints all over the seats, dash and center console. They fixed the issue with my car, but they definitely need to pay more attention to detail.
I am not sure what to make of this place. I leased a new BMW there in 2020. I have to say that I am still discovering quite a lot of features about this car that were never explained to me by anyone at the dealership. They have a so-called car guru who supposedly meets with you after your purchase to explain the cars various functionalities. My meeting with this guy lasted about 5 minutes. For example, I had no idea until about 6 months ago that I could lock/unlock or ventilate my car through the BMW app. There are several other features that I am only finding out now. My experience with BMW in another state was very different. They spent at least an hour with me and my wife after we got her BMW X3. In addition, I have been back at the Delray dealership a few times after, and I have noticed that my sales person have never said hi to me. I understand that he might not remember me specifically as I am sure he is seeing countless of customers throughout the year. However, one would think that it would be common courtesy to greet any visitors at the dealership as they might be past or potential customers. If I decide to stay with BMW after my lease ends in about 17 months, I am not sure that I will go back to this dealership for a new lease.
I have never been in the dealership. I saw a car online while I was at our Colorado Home. I filled out the More information request and got a call from Matt. He was so nice and helpful that I bought the car sight unseen. He is delivering the car to my home in Florida so it will be there when we return. Thank you Matt for making this such a fun experience.

So who knew buying a car could be this pleasurable and easy!!! Before I went north to Delray to buy the car, I tried the local dealers in Miami. I found them to be rude, slimy, and unworthy of my business. It’s always bait and switch with those folks. They advertise one price then they jack up the price later on, I can’t stand them. So I thought I’d try a dealer up north and I had vaguely remembered that AutoNation doesn’t do those kinds of things. They created a business model based on integrity, honesty and service. Wow, did they deliver the car at a fair price!!!! The process was seamless and all done over the phone and the car was delivered to me; I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!
I recently had my 540XI taken care of at BMW Delray, everyone gave me great service especially Jackie who coordinated things and went out of her way to make me satisfied, she was very pleasant to deal with and very professional, also John was an extremely nice person who transported me a loaner and brought me my car back. I had the pleasure of buying a car from Serge after months of looking and researching we decided to work with Serge he was honest, knowledgeable and did not pressure us. He sent us to the warranty department and we spent a few hours with the lovely Eva she was no nonsense and encouraged us to get the tire warranty we were a bit hesitant but driving on I-95 we decided to spend a bit more for the security. Boy we’re we glad we did within 2 months I blew a tire and was so thankful Eva encourage us to have an extended warranty!! I called roadside and they sent a driver (John) who was super friendly and took me straight to the dealership where Jackie my service rep, ensured they take care of me. She was really professional and very accommodating. I can’t say blowing a tire on the side of the road was fun but the friendly faces at BMW made it a lot more seem less.
My service advisor Tomas is an expert. He guided me through the do’s and do not’s on my new cars break-in period and also hooked me up with things I needed on my x7 that would maybe not be warrantied with bmw. He gave me the benefit of the doubt and delivered on his promise. He did the right thing and earned a happy client for life. I intend on working with him for years to come. My wife and I came all the way down from Tampa to get our new X3, BMW Delray Beach is definitely our go-to BMW dealership in Florida. The sales team and finance team are great, not pushy and they do everything they can to make the experience quick and pleasant.Israel the sales associate was awesome and showed us all the features of our new X3. Alex in finance was thorough with reviewing all the finance paperwork but also got us out as quick as possible. Eddy the sales manager was also awesome with getting us a great deal that we were comfortable with. Definitely recommend this dealer over any other BMW dealer in Florida.If you’re in the market for a new BMW, ask for Israel, you won’t regret it.
My experience with the staff, particularly Luis was very good. My complaint is the lack of loaner vehicles at the dealership. As the owner of not one but two 2020 BMW CPO vehicles I was disappointed to find out that I would have to wait 10 days to get a loaner. Considering my problem, the convertible top was stuck in the open position, left me no alternative but to provide my own transportation. As a premium brand BMW should do better.

I showed up at the dealership around 1:30 pm on Saturday with a contaminated gas tank. I had a personal family emergency that I shared with my service tech by the name of Dave. He was very empathetic and proceeded to discuss with his director of services. They both agreed to take my BMW to the service dock and started to diagnose the problem. This team went into action as if it was their family emergency. I give this dealership and especially the Technician in the back a 5 star. ***** I will never take my car for service anywhere else but the BMW service dealership in Del Ray Beach off of Linton rd. Purchasing my vehicle at BMW of Delray has been of my better car buying experiences despite living three hours away. With several cars on my radar throughout various parts of Florida and BMW of Delray being one of them, Alex Cantor was the key focus for leaning towards to this dealership. He was very quick to reply and was not pushy in anyway. Alex was able to provide a full walk around video of the vehicle by request and included any issues to ensure there were no surprises and full transparency.Once I arrived at the dealership, I couldn’t help but notice the brand new building. Alex quickly greeted me outside and welcomed me to beverage before taking me to see the car. The car was fully detailed and sitting in a showroom-like stall inside the building. After the test drive, I ran in to a few issues with my bank being on a Sunday but Alex and manager ensured me that would not be an issue. Sure enough, I was out the door and on my way home with a new car, full tank of gas, and a cold beverage.I’m not one to leave reviews but they deserved it. Great job👍🏻 and thank you Alex!
Very excellent experience starting with my service advisor who carefully and patiently listened to my issues and then reviewed them again in the car before turning my 500i over to the service garage for the remained of the initial servicing. I waited comfortably in the service area while I was kept up to date on the progress to completion.

I recently took my care to BMW of Delray Beach for cylinder head cover gasket replacement service and I had an excellent experience. David Helms was awesome! I am not knowledgeable on vehicle repairs and he was very transparent and explained the repair process in a way that I could understand. I left feeling very informed and that I was dealing with a trustworthy person. I appreciate the excellent customer service. I will definitely come back for future services/maintenance. I am very happy with my car and feel much safer now. The facility is also very nice!
Leasing a new BMW X3 from BMW of Delray was a pleasure! My salesperson (and friend) Norris Matthew took great care of the process and found with his computer system the exact options that I wanted in the X3. At delivery I had an expedited visit with a very competent finance person ( sometimes the signing process with other dealers is long and painful - this was NOT). Norris has spent at least 3 sessions with me, teaching me the great technology of the X3. This particular car was located in Naples FL and was shipped the next day, and was prepped during the afternoon - the car was ready at 4pm.The car is an absolute pleasure to drive. BMW of Delray was great and should get 5!stars. My complaint is with BMW. I had a oriblem with the engine light coming on and the car saying low oil pressure when everything was fine. They said I needed the latest update on the computer. Since the car was out of warrant they charged me $300. I understand warranties but this isn’t a part braking. It’s the computer not having a correct program and BMW should not charge for this. I’m going to sell the car and I’m done with BMW. I’ve owned in excess of 10 BMWs and I will never own one again.

He offered the return service as well .. John was so friendly . The convenience of the service in the absence of loner cars was second to none! Thank you John!
Everyone was professional and easy to work with throughout the finalization process. This was the pick up of the new auto that was ordered. No financing, etc.I do think theyd concur, that two hours was much too long when in fact all the preliminaries were already wrapped up. Long waits just sitting is a stretch for any buyer. Id think this is easily resolved.Id recommend them and would return for a future purchase.I just had my first service on my new M4 and it was a five star process from Nelson to Tom.

Israel made the buying process as simple and smooth as anyone could ask for. I’d recommend him to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle.He showed me how to use the various features, helped link my phone quickly and offered a hassle free experience that other dealers don’t. He even made sure that he is available if I have any questions after the fact.
This review is long overdue. If you want great service just ask for Wayne. His knowledge and compassion for the customer’s needs are out standing. He really takes the time to figure out your needs and goes above and beyond. I’m happy I stopped in.
Buying a car at BMW/Delray is a real treat. Serge, my knowledgeable sales person delivered my car to my home (as I am a caregiver and it is difficult for me to leave) and made several trips to my home to show me how to use my beautiful BMW and all its Hi-Tech features. He is kind and professional and a pleasure to work with.
Just bought a 2021 BMW X7 off of my own 6mo old lease- moving to Canada and the information that BMW gave us was not correct when we set up the lease and therefore we had to buy the car outright. Awful experience all around, their mistake cost me a lot of money but the worst part was how poorly I was treated when I came to buy out (cash).I spent over 4 hours waiting. And when I asked my technician if I could get the car detailed his response was “oh we don’t offer that service with lease buy outs, we’re not making any money off you” ! Not joking!Next was a pressure to sell them back the vehicle for less than what I was paying (because of vehicle shortages) when we literally just had a conversation about how much more the car was worth! I felt like I was being had and I didn’t trust their word. The disaster went on and on. We were also told that Title would be available within 24hrs- however when it came down to it - we will have to wait up to two weeks! We move North this week and now must leave the vehicle behind and have it shipped! They were well aware of our situation for a month leading up to this. Again- completely wrong information given to us which led to major nuisances without an apology. I can honestly say that this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I left a message for the general manager who never called me back....
I had the best experience with Serge! He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car that fit my wants and needs. The Finance team was amazing as well, the woman there is top notch. She knows what she’s talking about!! Got me the best deal and perfect warranty. I strongly recommend getting a BMW with them! I drove all the way from Downtown Miami.

If I could give the sales rep Robert Choate at Delray BMW 10 stars I would!!!! After Vista BMW coconut creek literally tried to rip me off I came to Robert at Delray BMW. Hes not pushy and was just extremely pleasant to deal with all around. He obviously wants to sell you a car but he also wants to make sure you are truly happy with your purchase and that your entire experience purchasing a vehicle from start to finish is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. He had me out of the dealer in under 3 hrs, which is unheard of. If youve ever purchased a car before, you know. I will buy any BMW from Robert from here on out. He got me the best deal physically possible on a brand new 2020 X5 sdrive40i m-sport. 110% satisfied!!!

Highly recommend. Everyone I met were very friendly and efficient. They did not waste a minute of my time and were very helpful with resolving / speeding issues I had. It was one of the easiest and pleasant car buying experience I had. I would certainly use this dealer in the future.
In general a good experience!The only thing is when i went in to the general mgr office to sign the papers and pay in full which i did, the mgr wasn’t a pleasant person, very serious and just giving papers to sign.i asked if he speak spanish he said yes but continue speaking English. How rude!Sales people very nice!I love my car!Thank you!
My service experience was only good. Communication could be improved. No one should have to wait on hold for 10 minutes to speak to their service advisor, and no one to should have to make multiple calls to find out the status of their vehicle. A new key was ordered, and two weeks after the service I still haven’t heard from the dealership on status of that key. I have had a far better service experiences with other manufacturer’s dealers than I have had with BMW.
