By far one of the best car dealerships around. The service department is second to none. Make sure to ask for Kathleen to be your service advisor - she works miracles getting the car in and done quickly and efficiently while making the whole experience from start to finish really enjoyable!
I didnt have any problems with them until now... took my car a couple of weeks ago to have my battery replaced (that cost me over $200)... then my car starting having trouble starting... I took it back there again only for the peon Glenn to tell me I have to spend another $900 to have the problem fixed... if you guys are going to rip off your customers like this, then Id rather just buy a European car and pay that same amount of money
Had a tire blow out on our new car. They took us right in and replaced it within an hour. Their staff is very professional and courteous and I would recommend them to everyone.

Delray Honda does not offer loaner cars except on very rare occasions. I was fine with this as they had a really nice older gentleman who would drive you to close by places, like LA Fitness to pass the wait time while your car was being serviced. They stopped this during COVID which was understandable. Most businesses have now returned to normal operations. However I was told that Delray Honda was not bringing this back. So now it’s no loaner and no courtesy driver even though the reason for suspending this no longer exists. Unfortunately, and notably, this speaks poorly of their ethics using COVID as an excuse to cut service and costs. I’ve made it a practice to change the companies I do business with who are still using COVID as an excuse to avoid providing services. I have to have my cars oil changed so I’m doing my last service at Delray Honda tomorrow until or if they return to pre Covid service levels. We all want our lives to return to normal and I hope others will read this and adopt the same policy when choosing whom they do business with. The Covid excuse is no longer valid. Vote down the companies that are doing this by using companies that are not exploiting Covid to cut costs.

After a chain of events that made me not want to come in to see the car I was interested in, Sabrina called and reassured me that I will be taken care of no matter what it takes. She switched the salesperson to someone that was awesome and answered all my questions without hesitation and made me feel like a valued customer. If it wasn’t for Sabrina calling me, I wouldn’t have came in and purchased a car. Thank you again to the amazing customer service and taking care of me like one of your own! I can’t select 6 stars so 5 will do.
