I bought an item from them on eBay that they never shipped to me I called and talk to them several times giving them all my info and was informed that I would receive a phone call back from the guy who takes care of all the eBay listings and I have never heard back from them nor have they give me my money back

Im speechless. I have zero idea about their quality, but their customer service is sorely lacking. I waited over 2 weeks for a quote and my contractor reached out multiple times with no response. I reached out this morning to give them one more chance and no response. They are not the only game in town for European cabinets. Another company will be getting my business. I have been without a kitchen for almost 2 months and their lack of communication is appalling.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Not only that, it was the manager I was dealing with. Very rude and not willing to help at all. Walked away from me in the middle of asking questions. Stay away. Awful customer service from the main people in charge

They have the best prices and selection of wood mouldings, they showed me a catalog with over 500 different types of moulding !

If you need hardware for you cabinets or custom moulding this is the place! Great customer service

They knew what I needed and had it in stock.
