Their was no decision made that day about my purchase of the 2010 370Z.Upon calling back two days later it was quite odd and i was surprised that i was told that with the amount of money i had to put down they probably wouldnt even look into my application. Don’t waste your time or money with this place. Their “word” is absolutely meaningless, I put 1000 dollars down to hold a vehicle and waited over a week to get sent the paperwork. Just to be told they sold the vehicle to someone else.Took them another week to even send me a refund, two weeks wasted trusting these people.

I wouldnt trust anything that came out of anyones mouth at Marciano Auto Group. Frank Marciano is the epitome of the disreputable used car salesman. The problem with the market for used cars is that the sellers usually know a lot more about the car then the buyers. First, the sellers have spent more time with the car. Second, they are probably professionals in the car business and the buyer is probably not. Third, used cars vary a great deal since their condition depends on how they were treated, and the buyer knows nothing of this.So used car salesmen are in a position to take advantage of an ignorant buyer in order to get money.

Not a bad Sales Experience. Justin was always there to help and answer any time of day and week. However, once the sale was completed the response time to my messages were took longer and sometimes without a response. The a/c it was discovered was not working and it was evident that it was not working before the sale was completed because I did bring the issue of it into question when test driving it, but was told that it was not cooling because of the Florida heat. I recently move to FL and took their word for it.After buying it I discovered that after running the a/c for 20 mins. the blower would stop. When I brought it to Maricanos attention, they first assured me that they Would do right by me and had me take it to an auto shop that they work with. The auto shop confirmed that the a/c had a problem. When Marciano was informed about the a/c and that there was a problem, I was reminded by them that I bought the car As Is and that I should only call them during business hours.I know that Marciano is not legally obligated to repair the a/c but it was evident that there was an issue with it and the salesperson brushed off. Even when I drove the unit off of their lot after buying, I did again bring the a/c to their attention and their onsite technician did something and said it was good to go.In conclusion, Marciano Auto Group is like any other car dealer and will work with you in all ways to get you confident to buy from them. However, when it comes to Doing the Right Thing, they will as with all dealership, do the right thing that does not cost them any money and only do what is their legal obligation. So, they Dont Have Your Back.The recent response is incorrect in that I was not offered a warranty. The a/c was not working properly before I purchased it. When I collected the vehicle I asked to them to check the a/c because it was not cooling and they topped Up the Freon, which means there was a leak because the a/c is a closed system and if you have to top up the Freon, it means there is a leak.Also, in a previous review Marciano repaired the transmission of a customers vehicle after they purchased it, so it seems that they will arrange to repair, but did not offer to repair mine even though it is evident that the a/c was not working before I purchased the vehicle.

This dealership is fantastic. I got a great deal on my truck. Caroline is super friendly and very professional. See her specifically to not only get a great deal but have a wonderful all around experience.

I bought an f150 from them. I’m a single mom who knows nothing about trucks. I called them after seeing it online and they held my hand throughout the whole process. 4.6 out of 5 stars? Who are they paying off? Purchased a vehicle with them. Have made payments on time for over a year. First time i was late by TWO DAYS, they called and were extremely rude and disrespectful. Recently got into a fender bender and I started getting the same disrespectful calls because I didnt immediately inform them. Do they need to know when I fill the car up and get it washed? Complete joke and the lack of professionalism is sickening. If this family owned shop cant handle the stress of running a business they shouldnt be in business.

This was the first place I looked at. From the beginning my Fiance and I could already tell that we would be in good hands and ofcourse we still wanted to see other selections and places to make sure we cover all bases. Once we did we returned back here because no other place could match the quality of service they provided us from the minute we opened their doors.I highly recommend this business and will be bringing some of my own family here soon too. Frank took his time explaining and did not rush us one bit. I dont think Ive ever felt non rushed buying a car. It was great! On top of that you could tell they really love what they do and really care about their customers and cars. Staff was friendly car was cheap and in decent condition however during the purchase we noticed some warning lights involving the brakes on the car, they took the car in and “fixed” the issue several days later the same issue, we took it back waited nearly a month just to get the car back with the same overlying issue. Cool we didn’t have to pay for any of that but we bought a car with an issue unresolved and wasted time to have the hold it basically.

I was having so much trouble finding a vehicle due to my credit situation. Frankie the owner called me personally and gaurenteed he could get me into a vehicle. The level of service he and his staff provided was top notch, they treat you like family and get you a great deal and vehicle. The process was painless and he is very thorough. They have a Tahoe posted on offer up, I simply messaged and asked if it had 4WD as that is a requirement I am looking for in a new vehicle, it did not so I let them know what other trucks I would be interested in if they had them on the lot. The response I received at 2 am was sounds like you have bad credit and more worried about 4WD than getting a solid investment Very disrespectful and unprofessional. Clearly they dont care what the customer wants and feel they have the right to criticize and judge my credit score before even finding out one financial thing about me. Would never buy a vehicle from them even if it was my last option.
