This pharmacy is always slow despite having at least three people working. I do not get it
Slow as hell and very unprofessional. No need to make an appointment, it will not be kept.
Very slow service. Waited 20 min at pharmacy with nobody in line to wait on me. Got waited on and waited 15 min for them to tell me they cant fill my prescription. Horrible.
They discriminate here. I had 3 prescriptions sent here by my doctor. When I went they only gave me 1 which was the cheapest. After a follow up with my doctor, I found out I had 2 more scripts so I returned to walgreens. When I asked why they didnt give me all of my medications the first thing the pharmacist said was do u have insurance because all we see is Medicaid. I then presented my United Health insurance card. IT SHOULD NOT MATTER IF YOU HAVE MEDICAID, MEDICARE, OR WHATEVER YOU HAVE. I needed all my medication when I came the first time. My next move is letting the Better Business Bureau know about this.
I have an issue here at this location, pharmacy specifically. Every month I come here for my prescription and a new hassle is presented. Its almost like theyre bored with their job and decide to throw a little aggreviation my way. 2nd month here, my mistake for giving such a low rated Walgreens my time. The most valuable commodity on the planet is time stop wasting mine!
Pharmacy was really helpful, and actually had the items in stock. CVS wouldnt have had the full prescription until the end of the week! This was essential pain medication for a cancer patient!😩 However, price of 2 boxes of medicine at Walgreens.was much more than CVS quoted me for one box of the medicine. $23.00 FOR 1box of 5 EACH at CVS, verses 2 boxes of 5 each was $120.99 at Walgreens. That seems to be a huge mark up in price!😒
Always clean and a good experience
Its a Walgreens, you know what its like inside you coming around to look at all kinds of weird little things that same time theres all kinds of medications that fix problems even if you call it
Walgreens, 500 howland boulevardNot the greatest selection in the world, but this Walgreens met expectations. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cleveland store. Relatively clean bathroom. Convenient parking right outside the door.
Great customer service. I went to go pick up a photo print I ordered online. Two workers came to assist me. When I went to go check out, the manager and cashier made sure I had a 30% off coupon clipped to my Walgreens account. They were so nice and friendly. I walked out saying how awesome the experience was. Thanks so much!
A Walgreens is a passing the Store.
15 minutes and the pharmacy line only moved 2 cars. They need to be quicker and anticipate rush hours.
Pharmacy staff have a couple of rude, annoyed, arrogant people. The male there is especially so. Act like they are annoyed when you come up to them. The lady in photo center is pleasant and very helpful, and cashiers seem friendly. Store is neat and clean and well stocked usually.
Rude employees when calling in for information to the store this has been going on past year even i use to come pickup my prescription cashiers still have a rude attitude like they don’t want to be there. Unprofessional.
We use this pharmacy almost exclusively, due to it being a preferred pharmacy per our insurance and its proximity to our house. Regularly, they make errors in billing insurance, failing to bill insurance despite my thorough communication regarding our insurance. Most recently, I had several prescriptions that needed to be filled. I received a phone call from the pharmacist stating that my insurance was not active. I called my insurance company to attempt to resolve the issue. My insurance company assured me that my insurance was, indeed, active. I called the pharmacy back and relayed this information. The pharmacist attempted to re-input the insurance information, and informed me again that it was not active. I then called the insurance company, again. She assured me that there was not a problem on the insurances end, but contacted the pharmacy to attempt to clarify the issue. After contacting the pharmacy she requested that I call the pharmacy and ask them to try again. The tech I spoke to was incredibly rude. She continually interrupted me as I spoke; she told me that the issue was an issue with the insurance company and that the insurance company was lying to me and that all insurance companies are not truthful. I told her that I felt like I was not being heard, that I just wanted rectify the situation, that I felt like I was being chastised, and that I felt like I was in the middle of a game of telephone between the pharmacy and the insurance company. At that point she offered to let me speak to the pharmacist, which I did. He was just as rude as the tech. When I brought up the concerns that I had regarding how they were treating me, he simply replied, I dont know why you feel that way. Finally, I just requested the prescriptions to be filled as self-pay. Today, I called to follow-up with the insurance company. The reason the prescriptions were not able to be filled was because the first one was not covered by insurance; all of the others were. I am incredibly dismayed by the lack of competence and the customer service of this pharmacy.
This store treated me quite poorly. They kept staring at me as if I was going to steal something. They even gave me dirty looks. So when a white customer treated me like like I was gum under his shoe, they did nothing for me. I won’t return ever again.
Theyre always very kind and helpful.
First and last visit to this store. I am a couponer and was profiled from the moment that I walked through the door. As crazy as it sounds, I abide by all rules and even crazier, I expect they do as well. This was not the case with this store, its manager; Mr. Martinez and the employees.Apparently they dont care to follow the corporate guidelines that Im required as a paying customer to follow. I was checking out and the manager refused to honor more than 3 of the Catalina coupons that THEY ISSUE. The Catalina AS WELL AS THE CORPORATE POLICY clearly state as long as the number of coupons doesnt exceed the number of items in the transaction there is no limit. I politely explained this to Mr. Martinez, he stated that it was a new corporate policy thats not been released to the public yet. I decided to call corporate for confirmation of what was clearly BS. Sure enough, when he realized that I was calling corporate the story changed to his loss prevention told him not to take more than 3, NOT corporate. I remained on the phone with corporate and without asking he cancelled my entire transaction and said to redo it. I asked Mr Martinez why Im expected as a customer to follow corporate guidelines but he as a managerial representative is not. Corporate clarified no policy changes, as expected but Mr Martinez said that it didnt matter what corporate said hes only taking 3. No problem, feel free to restock a cartful of items some of which were refrigerated and will have to be thrown away due to state guidelines. I bought the items that issued another Catalina and gave bonus points. I spent $2 and change and gained a $5 register reward and over $10 in points so you tell me who REALLY lost out due to their PETTY behavior ...DEFINITELY DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES RECOMMEND THIS STORE.
I have never once been here with out some kind of issue. Today I went to get a prescription filled for my 7 month daughter. The pharmacy is always slow, whatever. But today I was also getting some over the counter meds and some sorbet for her. This woman who was obviously on drugs was in front of me at the counter. She was buying a ton of candy. The woman ringing her out informed her if she bought more shed get an additional sale. Now dont get me wrong I get upselling but come on. You had a line of people and your upselling a drug addict candy.Sense the woman went back to shop in the store I asked if she could go ahead and ring me up. Nope she said she was going to wait till the other woman was done shopping. Mind you my 7 month old is home screaming with an ear infection. So I left my stuff on the counter and went to CVS. Ill be switching to Publix or Walmart for all my families prescription needs from now on.
I just read the prior reviews. Im afraid the reviews are pretty accurate. I pick up scripts 3 or 4 times a month. Most of them are on auto-fill. One of the meds, on auto-fill was continually out of stock. I would go to pick it up and I was told there has been a delay and it would be 3 days before they could fill it. I asked them what am I supposed to do. My husband takes this med 2 times a day and is completely out. I was told to try another store. I always managed to get it from one of the Walgreens in the area. This went on for about 4 months. I decided to find out exactly what the problem was. I asked the pharmacy clerk to ask the pharmcist for the reason this script was delayed month after month. I was told that my husband was the only taking this medication and for that reason it was overlooked when they ordered. I was even told to call the pharmacy.in advance to remind them to remember to order it. Its not my job to remind them. If they cant take care of processing auto-fills then they shouldnt offer them. Ive been shopping in this store for a year and every time theres a new person in the pharmacy and same go for the cashier up front.
Right on time service, great employees and have any and everything you need.
The employees of the store are very nice. How ever I find the pharmacy employees to be incompetent. I brought in a handwritten prescription for a medication I use as needed for a condition that can be dangerous and can be fatal if I continue to seize and stop breathing and they feel they need to call the doctor for confirmation the medication is used for that purpose. It is a widely used medication for emergency treatment for people that have seizure disorders. They were also late to fill my daily medication and I ended up missing a dose. They also failed to put forth effort to contact my doctor to get a generic medication approved instead of the brand name. I am epileptic and have an 8 week old baby at home. I am extremely upset with this service. The front of the store employees are great but I do not suggest the pharmacy.
Very annoyed trying to get my fedex packages at this location. Showed up to pick up 2 packages. Had my emaio which showed 2 packages. Was told by associate that there was only 1 package, that email was wrong, so picked that one up... 2 weeks later I find out it was indeed 2, but they returned to fedex. FedEx is returning to sender, now Ive got to wait another week to get a time sensitive package I needed no later than 8 days ago.
I have never had issues getting a prescription filled until I started using this Walgreens. If I could rate it a zero, I would!
Walgreens so cheap you cant they dont even have the machine that allow you to do a free blood pressure check off to CVS I go from here on out.
Good pharmacy store
Not very helpful had coupon for cigarettes and they wouldnt take it
Pharmacy tech at the drive thru is not competent and should not be allowed to interact with humans whatsoever.
Impossible to get service here.
Awesome store had anything you need just a Lil to pricey in my eyes
