I love every time i come into this store i feel welcomed. i only come to this location. Zarina who is absolutely amazing and always patient with my autistic child. i recently came in to add a line and she had customers but she was able to multitask and get everyone in and out with having them wait for a log time. i will only come to this location. Thank you thank you!

Came in 15 minuets before close on 10-14-21. Something was going on with my iPhone and the employees here were trying to help me figure it out. Due to the fact that this was time consuming they were very helpful. Had a very rude customer come in and get angry because they couldn’t process cash so late which makes sense given that they are the only store in the plaza open till late. Customer decided to get rowdy causing the manager to have to call the police because he went behind the counter which if i were. In that position i would of defended my self. The two employees working handled the situation to their best ability and I’m very glad no one got hurt because times are very scary now a days. I will continue to come back here o this location from now on because of they way the employees are. Can’t make everyone happy. Thank you cricket !

Zarina Ramos is very helpful and attentive! She had helped me on multiple occasions on fixing my phone and getting a new one. She has a very kind personality and is always working hard. Will be returning again when new troubles arise :)

Great service !! walked in, needed help with my phone the lady up front took care of me was super nice offered me deals, i walked in and walked out within 15 mins !! amazing !!

This place is run by two incompetent employees. I walked in 10 min. to 8pm and was told that I could only pay with a card and not cash. This was all due to them closing the till and counting out the register early to leave the store as soon as possible. They store hours are until 8pm but they could care less whether or not you pay your bill (I have a 5 member family plan). If I were to pay with a card, why would I need to go to the store instead of paying online? 🤦‍♂️🙄 What a horrible experience. All they could do is argue and threaten to call the cops instead of helping a customer simply pay their bill. Total lack of professionalism.

Zarina Was very helpful and is always calm with my wild child. What I couldn’t do in two days she took care of in less then 20 minutes..

Went in today to see what was going on with my phone and I can honestly say this is the first cricket I have been to that Zarina was patient with my 1 yr. I will be coming back here from now on!

I am so happy with the service I received yesterday I was porting over from metro and had gone to another cricket store. But they didnt fully fast my phone working. I came here to deltona and the store manager Zarina Ramos was so amazing not only did she get my phone working but she was so nice and pleasant to talk to. She knew that I wasnt happy with what happened but worked hard to fix it. She deserves a raise keep up the great work definitely wont be going to another cricket store will only return to deltona thank you cricket for hiring this beautiful young lady.

This store was not open during posted hours. Door locked. Someone walking around inside could see I was a customer but didnt seem to care. I left and went to the Orange City store who gave me professional friendly service. I love my new Stylo 5. Thanks Orange City Cricket staff.

Would DEFINATLY NOT recommend this location(1240 Providence Blvd in Deltona )the manager was VERY unproffesional,I have been for with Cricket years and NEVER once had a problem.I would RECOMMEND 2713 South Woodland Blvd DeLand Fl,32720 they are ALOT more professional & they care about their customers & make sure if we have a problem they wont stop until they can make you happy.

They lied to me and said I needed to pay 25 upgrade fee to use my s9+. Ipoped my sim and went. Boom updated my account free. Horrible service and liars.
