The rapid covid tests were a bliss. The gentleman in there is super helpful, very friendly and patient. Very much recommended!!!
THE WORST CVS PHARMACY’ period! The techs the pharmacist doesn’t care about patient wellbeing at all. It’s like they just work in a fast food. The pharmacy techs professional behavior is rude even if they speak Spanish like the client they did not speak to you in Spanish. If you call and ask for something they never gives you their name even when you can identify their voice because you talk in person with them early. So inhuman that I will change back to Publix or Walgreens. Hispanic community go to another pharmacy Don’t support this Howland Blvd pharmacy. If you or your concerns are not important your money either. @cvscorporation need to intervine.
Staff is very nice. Recently redid the interior and it looks decent however I recently switched my medication from Walgreens to the CVS location and they are definitely not as on top of filling your prescriptions as Walgreens is. It seems like there’s always an issue that needs to be taken care of rather than being able to do it online for a refill I always end up having to call into the store and speak with someone to get it corrected

Still a really bad place to fill a prescription.1. If you call first: The secret code to actually speak with a person in the pharmacy is 0000 etc. Continue to press 0 and it will connect. Do not allow the annoying answering machine to drone on until your Rx expires.2. If your doctor prescribes a controlled substance: expect to be met with reluctance, resistance, and a an uncomfortable feeling of guilt. It would seem the pharmacy is doing you a favor and you should be grateful. And remember, you may drop your prescription off, but it may not be filled. It may not be in stock, you may find it handed back with scribbles all over it. Its up to you to ascertain the details, or you may be left in limbo, upon which you will find yourself dealing with the answering machine again, only to have it hang up on you.Theres a good deal more, but basically be prepared for a humbling and harried experience, leaving the store vowing never to return.Keep your vow.Edit: 4 years later. I broke the vow for convenience. I now award the CVS 2 stars rather than 1. The pharmacists have become friendly and a bit more helpful or have been replaced altogetherGood luck!
Disappointed in service from this CVS location. I had surgery scheduled and 3 prescriptions to fill. The store informed me that 1 was not covered and I would have to pay full price (about $100 for 3 day supply). The other 2 were on hold. After scrambling to find and alternative (e.g. Walmart w/GoodRx - same drug for $11), when asking about hold on 2 the pharmacist says it was all a mistake because computer was down. All were covered and cost exactly $2.50. To add insult to injury, they claimed to have just received prescription and needed several hours to fill (after having for almost 3 days). Is this the level of competence you want on filling your prescription?
This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever used! I made an honest mistake and Because of it they wont fill certain prescriptions and I cant get them filled anywhere else Because of the new laws some of which I knew nothing about! Now, When I come to the CVS to pick up my daughters medication I am treated like trash, they are all very cold to me and whisper as Im standing in line right in front of me. About a week and a 1/2 ago I had a conversation with with one the main pharmacist. Im partially deaf!in my right ear, so there was HUGE MISUNDERSTANDING. She called me the other day, yelled and then hung up on me because it.My attorney is talking care of this! MY GOAL IS THAT NOONE GETS TREATED LIKE THIS EVER AGAIN!
I went to get a COVID test here. The text message I received said to go through the drive thru. The pharmacy technician wouldnt listen to what I had to say and kept trying to send me to the Providence location. Long story short, the third person I spoke to finally listened to me and acknowledged the text message I received stating I was in the correct location, but not before telling me to calm down and then THREATENED to call the cops on me, simply because I was showing frustration at not being listened to, getting brushed off, and sent to a different location. I wasnt even rude or aggressive or cursing anyone, I only kept repeating myself saying, youre not listening to me, just look at the text message, which no one would do. 2 stars and not 1 because the nurse apologized profusely for their behavior, let me know I was in the system, was in fact in the correct location, and was very professional explaining what, why, where, and how long the process would take. Had I listened to the pharmacy technicians, which I would describe as rude and unprofessional, I would have driven to the Providence location, had them probably send me back to the Howland location and missed my COVID testing appointment all together. I will not be returning to this location and do not recommend this location at all.
Out side is so dirty the walls are moldy, green and black and the pharmacy drive-thru is full of bugs and spider webs. Its scary reaching out with your arm to get your prescription or put your prescription in. Inside not so bad but the outside will make me go somewhere else. If they cant keep out side clean what is not clean on the inside that you cant see.... sorry Im going down the road to the other pharmacy. Staff says corporate doesnt have the money to clean up outside. Ive asked about the spider webs in the Drive-Thru many many times and thats what Im told.
Had a item on sale went to register they said the sale was over and no one took the sign down well I think that is not my fault they should grant me the sale price the lady was rude and would not grant me the price I told her to keep them and I will write a review on this experience they are very rude in this store

Very rude peaple at this pharmacy!! My wife called just to ask if they had some type of medication and they refused to give out that information in a very rude tone. We call other CVS pharmacies and they gave us the information with no problem. Very dirty place by the way!!
Booked an appointment and they informed me that they would give me a call instructing me to enter the covid testing area. I hadnt gotten the call 10 mins past the appointment time. I called them and they said I was late and had to reschedule as they had a situation. They did not let me take my test on that day even though there were no other patients waiting. The lady who spoke on the phone Tiffany was extremely rude and did not find an alternative to accommodate me even though I had an appointment scheduled. Their customer service was really bad and I was thoroughly disappointed.

Pharmacy girl Lareb is her name.RUDE, SO RUDE. they just opened and I was the second car. She said I could come back tomorrow and I couldnt hear her due to her speaker being broke so she said it wasnt her problem. Not the first time this has happened here but will be the last. Hope people read these and go to Walgreens.
Be careful using this pharmacy. They are incapable of doing basic math. They are going to hurt someone. They keep shorting my kids medication. a very important medication that helps him breath. Pharmacy woman Lareb is very rude. Lareb gave us a 4 day supply of my kids medication and told me that will last us 12 days. front of box says 24 x 3ml vials. lareb argued with me that there are 72 vials per box. when in fact there are 24 vials of 3ml solution. I had to open box infront of her to prove there are only 24 doses. she still argued that this will last us 12 days. And she told us if we didnt like it we could find another pharmacy. if the rx is 1 vial 6x a day, and you give me a box with 24 vials that is not going to last us 12 days. we will be contacting corporate.
Every month there’s always an issue with getting my scripts! Time changes, can’t pick up with my out of state ID, doesn’t have in stock. Every month I’m just waiting for another excuse or another disappointment from this store. Never can be easy and just pick and be on my marry way. Nope, just gotta have another reason to be let down, it’s to the point where I’m just waiting for another reason to be like oh, that’s not shocking anymore. ☹️ And they seem to enjoy it, getting joy from my aggravation.
The manager Diana is very disrespectful...I asked one of the co-workers if she could help me find a creme and she said it was her second day there so I would have to go ask up front. I asked the lady at the register up front (Diana) if there was someone at the floor that could help me and she came to help but looked upset that she had to leave the register (noone was at the checkout though) then when I went to check out Diana was sarcastic, rude and upset that I was going to use coupons. I only had five items... I had sent a few coupons from cvs app to the card and they didn’t appear on the register so she rudely said “I just told you that your coupons are not in your card” Then I had a manufacturer’s coupon from the cvs app that wasn’t going through and she said “oh well its not taking the coupon” in a rude manner. She then got angry that she had to rescan my card a second time. She then shook her head and said to the man behind me sarcastically and shaking ber head “I guess I’ll be with you as SOON as POSSIBLE!” She raised her voice at me so I calmly said you know what I am leaving now and will be going to another cvs where people are not rude and moody so she took the four toothpaste boxes and threw them in the basket. This whole experience left me shaken up because she was rude, moody and inaptient. I left and called corporate. I treat everyone with kindness and I expect the same. Poor customer service. Will not return there.

The store is a mess, Diane is as rude as they come, the employees have the personality of a door knob. Just avoid this place at all costs. The fact that some employees don’t even wear their masks correctly is beyond me.

Everyone in that pharmacy has lied to my wife and i about when our sons much needed medication will be in! We have tried for 2 weeks to get 3 perceptions filled and they would only fill 2. Because of the type of meds he is on we cannot just bounce around to other places so freely....i understand times are tough for everyone begind the counter but they have lied to us several times just so they did not have to deal with us! Unacceptable! I hope they see this review and fire anyone and everyone back there so they can bring in more knowledge and friendly associates! Beyond frustrated
The pharmacist lady was super nice and respectful. She helped me save money with a coupon even. They were all very fast at getting my medication together and they all were working very hard back there.

The drive thru has been a spider haven for atleast the last seven years. I picked up at 7:30pm and there are spider eggs, spiders, webs on literally everything. I was screaming trying to put the script in the machine to send and had to kill several spiders that were blocking it. It is an arachnaphobics nightmare. Please have someone spray and pressure wash the outside drive thru area. There was a spider in my hair when I got home...
This is by far the worst CVS, I have visited. Pharmacy gives you the run around. The medication is never ready at the promise time. You have to constantly give them your insurance info because there computer crashes, and allegedly your insurance information gets wiped out the system. At least that is what I was told by pharmacy staff. I will not be going to this location again.
This store in Deltona on Howland needs major instruction on work flow and follow through! Their customer service is only as good as the work that is done properly. Following protocol, we tried to give constructive criticism but to no avail. We can advocate for ourselves, but what about those who cannot or don’t??! We are switching pharmacies out of need and frustration. Buyer beware!
The minute clinic and pharmacy here are great. I used the clinics pre-travel services for my trip to Africa and got all my major vaccines (except yellow fever). I just cringe at the prices in this store. A small hand soap shouldnt be $3.50. But hey, dollar tree is accross the street.

The nurse practitioner, Nicole, in the Minute Clinic, is very nice. I received my diagnosis & Rx & note for work.This clinic charges only $129 compared to $209 at Centra Care.
They have a large staff with one person working the drive thru. One mote girl came over and helped me but all in all, they keep working and mostly ignore the customers. They need to realize they are gainfully employed because of the customers they have. It is rude of them to look at us then ignore us.
Sonya that answer the pharmacy phone is horrible! I have called four times waited on hold 5 minutes each. When she answers she says to hold she doesnt let you get one word in. She doesnt say her name or let you speak. I finally just got her to wait a second before she put me on hold again and got her name. She said she is by herself thats why she cant wait two seconds before she puts you on hold. Thats no way to treat a customer! Im pissed and will be calling her manager in the am.

I have had two different very negative experiences with this store. In all these years being an CVS customer since CVS exists. Puerto Rico, Orlando Fl, and now Deltona Fl. This is the most unprofessional employees I have encountered working behind the Pharmaceutical counter. A female person in which I have her name written down ashamed me at the counter just because I didnt understand the use of a in store coupon that I wanted to use. In front of a full line of other customers! It got worst when I reported the incident to the store manager and he gave me a piece of paper with a number to call. That number didnt work . She is still there with her awful attitude working unprofessional. Deltona store farmacy employees are the awful thinking to take my business elsewhere
The cashier, who I think was the only employee in the store, was quite friendly. Hes seems like the dependable type who does the right thing whether someone is watching or not.
I pulled up to the pick up window to drop off my daughters script, they all just stared at me waiting for someone else to help us. The male who came to the window had no idea what he was doing and just walked away from the window while I was speaking. He had to ask my daughters birthday and what I wanted 4 times. Absolutely ridiculous.

Just like others had a valid legal prescription they would not fill it because they wanted to verify with the doctor before. As a pharmacy they are the worst as a store for other things they are ok.

The worst pharmacy. Unfortunately this is the closest one near by. Every time I go there is always more than 2 cars in the drive thru pharmacy. And every time I drop the meds off they say it will be ready in an hour but its never ready.
Never a long wait & good service too
Unfortunately I have to use CVS because of my insurance. This pharmacy is absolutely the most unorganized and mistake prone, I have ever dealt with. They for one are much too busy for the amount of personnel they staff here. If my Dr. faxes prescriptions to them, most times they disappear into thin air. They have put the wrong medicine in the bottle, they have put the wrong doctor on the bottle as the prescribing physician. One day I have insurance, and another day, they cant verify I do. I dread going there, because about 90% of the time there will be some problem that will delay, and frustrate me, or it will be a lengthy wait just to get waited on so I can be frustrated. Dont know if its a problem just with this store, or CVS in general.
