Terrible customer service was provided today, I bought online a STIHL Gas Pole Saw and was send a email that my order was ready for pickup, i went there when this employee told me that my order wasn’t ready until Sunday, i reply with “but the email says its ready for pickup” ( i show him the email) he procedure to told me that i was wrong and on the “paper” that he has was indeed on Sunday, i got a little annoying because i dont yet why it shows on the email that my order is ready when on his paper it was different. I believe he got annoyed to when he told me that if i was the one who print out the paper, i mean thats how you respond to a customer? I was about to go online a cancel my order just because of how i was treated, when he decided to go to my car and supposedly he told the technician to assemble my pole saw. It just unbelievable how now a days there’s no nice customer service and the sad part is he saw me struggling with my 3 kids and he just did not care about anything i was telling him, I would not come back to this store.

Wish they had there own credit card or i would never buy anything from Home Depot or Lowes there customer care is disgustings, when you enter Ace they are ready and willing to help you not hiding down isles where you have to go chasing after them .

I had a great experience here. Bought a leaf blower Nate and Jessica were great . Nate demo the machine and filled out the warranty for me . Jessica also helped me and was very nice . You don’t get that kind of personal service anywhere . Also they take care of the stray cats in the neighborhood. You know people they people there have a great heart. It is pretty cool that a cat walks by when you are shopping .

The staff is so nice, very friendly and absolutely knowledgeable about their products and stock levels. I purchased 2 30lb. Propane tanks and a water heater rod for my RV and had the propane tanks filled. They had the best price in town for the tanks and rod, certainly way cheaper than any of the RV suppliers around. A very pleasant experience all the way around.

I love this store. In the past 6 weeks, I cant even count how many times my husband and/or I have been here. I know its a funny comparison, but I always think of either Mayberry (Andy Griffith Show) or Stars Hollow (Gilmore Girls). The staff is so down-to-earth and friendly. Love love love it.

The store is great close to home got everything I usually need a pretty fair price I’ve been going there since the place was built the one really good addition to the store is the older guy with the white hair and glasses he walks with a limp . guy knows where everything is that in that store he knows how everything works if you have a problem real try to help you solve it very nice He has help me many times ! I just wish everybody coming and going out of the store would wear mask many people are already dead from the virus we don’t need anymore but overall I give it a five out of five I just wish you’d stay open later to.

Went after checking if they had an item using the ace hardware website. Drove 15 miles to get this particular item only to find out they had none. The store employee said they didnt have what I wanted. I explained that their website said that they did and I had driven out of my way to go to this store for that reason. The employee gave me nothing but a blank stair. No offer to help me find it at another store, nothing! I commented that they needed to be more accurate about inventory. Not a comment or acknowledgement then either. I would have at least appreciated an apology for my inconvenience!

As always, the workers are very nice and helpful. They will help you find anything you need and remind you of anything you may have forgotten.

I usually go to get crickets for my spider, and have shopped there freuqently over the past 8 years. I love the staff and have gotten to know them well. Always kind, always helpful. Never had a complaint. Its one of my favorite stores to visit.

Nice store. Went to get 3 house keys made and everyone of them didnt work! Thats a first. Didnt bother taking them back cause of the hassle. Went to Orange City ace store and got new ones cut and they all worked. Still I like the Deltona store,its well staffed and very organized considering how much product they have.

Well stocked with everything that the big box home improvement stores have except you get friendly helpful staff. There isn’t that much of a price difference from the big stores and it’s usually closer to where I’m working.I recently bought a standard hot water heater at this store that was $100 less than all the competition.

It makes such a difference to shop where the staff so consistently demonstrates a willingness to help. This is always my experience when I shop at this store (on Ft Smith Blvd) and the same for the store on Providence Blvd. I love this place! Not to mention that I find items here that should be stocked in the larger chain stores and usually cant. Dont know what Id do without my Ace Hardware. They always come through!!

Was able to get more help from a customer at another hardware store than all the employees at this ace. One employee walked away when I asked for help finding something and another was playing on his phone the whole time and couldn’t even be bothered to acknowledge assisting. Ace is the place with the least helpful hardware folks.

Ace is right around the corner from me and I just love this place. They are very convenient and they have always been very helpful for me. This time I needed a rod to put clothes on in a closet and a nice young lady helped me get the ends that you put on the wall so that you can put the rod on it for support so you can put your clothes on it. She helped me get everything together and a Gentleman took and put the pole in my car. I have a little car and I didnt know if it would fit but it did. Got it home, measured it, l sawed it and put it in the closet and put my clothes on It. The other one wasnt anchored in the ceiling very well so thats why I choose to do this kind of pole. So far so good and it works great. Everyone is always so helpful and kind and being right around the corner is great for me. Thank you everyone.

Yes the website says per the owner that they’re continuing with normal hours. I checked it before I drove there today. When I got to the store they had a hand written sign that says closed at five. I don’t mind that they closed at five but don’t say on the website that it’s normal business hours and then close at five. It might be a while till I come back and purchase something from this Ace Hardware

So I guess customer service is not a thing at this Ace. I have to say when you ask for the location of something and you get an audible “sigh” and then the guy trudges off to show you without so much as a word, it makes me think twice about ever coming back. This Ace could certainly learn from the other Ace locations in Deltona. Sorry but I won’t be coming back to this one.

The staff is friendly and answered all of my questions even suggesting low cost fixes that I could make to help my appliances work better.

I frequently shop at Ace I love their customer service! When going to another home supply store its hard to find someone who can actually be helpful and each employee only works separate sections.At ACE when I walk through the door there is always someone to offer their assistance, they are always knowledgable and helpful. They dont always have everything I need, but I do check Ace first and its because of their awesome customer service.

I dont know how this store has such a high rating. Everytime I go in there the staff is sitting around on their phones. When i find the part i need on my own i have to empty half the bin of the wrong parts hoping the correct one is there. Regular staff rarely knows what the parts i need are. There is a few older employees that do. This store really needs new management.

If I could leave a zero star I would. Their paint colors are off. Wasted money on 2 cans of paint which were the same color Once I painted walls, the paint was completely different. Manager was not helpful and would not correct it! I wont ever go back to this store. And I Do not reccomennd.

I asked for help in plumbing and the cashier paged someone who never came to help me. I just left and went to the providence store which is way better and has associate who actually knows what theyre doing.

Ace has managed to maintain the personal assistance most retailers have lost. I just bought my first home 3 years ago and try to do most improvements and repairs myself and I have yet to have a question they couldnt help me with; unlike Lowes or Home Depot who have employees who act like theyre bothered by questions and will lie and feed you bad information instead of admitting they dont know. They also have a propane and chlorine filling area which saves a ton.

Best in class for customer service and knowledge. Keep up the good work.

Great for small parts

Would have been a great experience if I wasnt overcharged by $44 I was charged for a Dremel accessory when I didnt even buy one. The young teenager must have punched in the wrong code number I thought it was funny that I was getting charged $88 for five brackets for the shelving. I brought it back and was credited the $42 but it sucks having to make two trips maybe the cashier should have double-checked his work when the amount was obviously suspiciously high. Just a thought...

Went for some plumbing stuff with alist from my husband and young man helped me find everything!
