This Ace location is super close to my house, its my go-to store for quick purchases.They greet you upon arrival and always assist you. Ive never had a bad experience in ten years shopping here.Plenty of parking, clean restrooms and super knowledgeable associates always willing to help.Great job Deltona Ace.

None of the employees wear a mask. Other than that, they are very friendly. The store is nice and organized. I really like the place and the people, I only work they took precautions. Its the only place I can get the food my dog will eat.

Love going to this local Ace. The bigger stores are overwhelming to find items or staff. Not at Ace Hardware. This is an older store that carries a good selection of products. Definitely recommend!

Manager claimed they dont accept online returns. The email I received from Ace claimed otherwise. I called Ace Hardware customer service and confirmed that all locations accept online returns. The representative also suggested that the manager at this location should contact customer service to get assistance with completing this return but the manager was clearly not interested in performing this task so I plan to visit another location. I dont recommend this store if you require anything beyond simply purchasing whatever they have on the shelves.

Been coming here since we bought our house in Deltona in 2009. Every time, not an exaggeration, every time I come, I always get greeted and helped. I am not the handiest of homeowners and they are kind enough to point me in the right direction and make sure I don’t completely screw something up. More people need to experience This Ace vs the big guys. I’m thankful to be so close. Keep up the great work guys!!!

I came to this hardware store and was looking for only 2 screws and 2 washers but it was for a vehicle repair so it was very important that I got the right ones and as soon as I was in the store I was greeted by Mike who was very cheerful and extremely helpful and he checked to make sure I got the right screws for the job by putting the screw I had in various thread finders to get me the proper threads for the screw I needed. In an age where people are so quick to catch attitude when asked for help, its very nice to meet someone like Mike who was very knowledgeable and very attentive and very pleasant to speak with, if you need anything from a hardware store, Mike is the one you want to go to thanks Mike for impressing me

LET YOUR NEIGHBORS KNOW!!! This Ace had no problems taking hundreds of dollars from me prior to Dorian. However, when I attempted to return a couple boxes of UNUSED plywood window clips they refused citing that they are not accepting returns on “hurricane supplies”. I try to support the smaller shops as much as possible but I can tell you that Lowes certainly did not (or ever) have any issues accepting my returns... This location certainly will not see another dime from my wallet. I guess it does pay to shop at the big box stores...

I would like to respond to the comment on hurricane supplies There were many signs posted throughout the store in regards to non-refundable on hurricane supplies and seasonal supplies Truly sad to see the DISLOYALTY to the family business because they don’t truly understand the difference between the big business and a FAMILY business

Very helpful, I did not know what to buy to do. Job and was walked through the full process and given to products I needed. Went home and did as instructed and it came out great.

Was looking for a specific spray paint at Lowes and couldnt find it. Went by this Ace and sure enough they had it and plenty in stock for a great price! The employees were polite but I havent needed their assistance with much yet except for checkout.

They were kind and helpful and I was in and out in a matter of minutes.

No matter how many times i come here the staff is always so friendly and willing to help. Theres always a sale or coupons available which is always great for saving money. They have certain things other stores do not carry which works and happy to have ace local!

My key broke in my door. I took the fragment to Ace hoping their key person would be able to make a new one out of it. I dont know his name, but I think hes a magician because he took my broken key and made a new one perfectly.

Excellent store! Employees went out of their way for me. I could not be more please. Purchased paint here and then had to get a color adjustment because of a miscommunication between my wife and I on the selection. The crew not only helped me get the right color corrected but also stayed after closing several minutes to finish it for me. I never get anything close to this customer service at the 2 big hardware box stores. Amazing! And super thankful! Way to go ACE!

Needed brass 3/8 flare x 3/8 npt for propane hose connection to burner. Grabbed two at 3.99 Excellent price and excellent service. The Craftsman vacuum was a plus.

I wanted to say THANK-YOU to your employees at this store, on 1/11/17 about 9:30am, as soon as I entered the store the lady behind the counter took the time to say HI to me even though she was waiting on another customer. I went looking around the store for *self support pegs* another employee asked me if he could help me? He took me right to the pegs, gave me the correct size and asked if I needed anything else? I told him I appreciated his help. By the way I stopped at Lowes before stopping at Ace but, never again. Thanks Ace of Deltona Elkcam Blvd
