The first thing I noticed when I arrived at the dealership was how clean and updated the building and surrounding area is. I was greeted right away and had a very pleasant experience working with Dan Hall in the used vehicle department. He was extremely courteous, transparent, and was able to beat the pre-approved interest rate I had gotten from my own bank. Once I had selected a vehicle, Jeremy Martin (finance guy) layed out all of my options regarding extended warranty and length of loan, and was very thorough in explaining my choices. The whole process was quick and painless. Overall I am very pleased with my experience here, and several days later I have no second thoughts about my decision.

Bought a used vehicle there about a month ago. The salesman who called himself Jazz was very friendly and promised lots of things that he failed to deliver. After a month of trying to contact him, I got with management who made a good effort to satisfy the promises but didnt come through on everything. The truck still smells like someone died in it and decomposed for some time, even though they really tried to get the smell out.

Dont do business with this dealership! I bought my 3rd car from them recently and had a major issue with the car not having a spare or jack and was treated horribly. They provided no help, only excuses. Then ultimately a real answer of Im screwed 🙃 May the odds ever be in your favor.

Thanks to Dan hall and Brandon I was able to get my 2019 armada and I love it !! They worked with us very well and mr Dan was playing with our one year old and making him laugh because no kids want to sit at a dealership but mr Dan was very patient with us and worked with us for 2 days doing everything he could to get us in this new car !!

Dont waste your time. I saw a truck on their site, called on a Saturday to ask about it and was told it was a fresh trade in and was being reconditioned. Received a call on Monday morning from a sales person asking if I was still interested in the truck. I was told it was available and on the lot so I made an appointment for 1:00. I drove 45 minutes to get to the dealership only to be told that the truck was sold two days ago only to receive a halfhearted apology. Then they want to know if Id like to look at any other vehicles. Sounds like the old bait and switch to me. Very disappointed and a total waste of time. Giving one star because zero is not an option.
