Did not have a good experience with guy. If I can rate this place a -5 I would. I explained to him that my daughter was going to college and need a reliable car and safe car to drive three hours away. Never in my life have I had to go to the DMV to pay an additional fee to get my license plate after purchasing a car from a dealership.!! He said he never said anything about he was included in the fee. Which was a lie. He assured me the car that we paid cash for was working properly and was in tip top shape well that was a big fat lie. I’ve had to put the car in the shop twice and haven’t even had it for three months. Called him he tells me that his mechanic Sick. Now I’m finding out that the transmission is going out . Did I say I haven’t had the car for three whole months. That may have been another lie to. The things he said he was going to fix in the car was not fix. This a lesson learned. I can’t put my daughter on the highway with a car running like that. I hope that his children don’t run across someone as dishonest as him.

Had a pretty good experience, bought a Nissan in great condition with low miles . Got it home something was off with the horn, call back and the guy told me to come in tomorrow and hell have a look at it. He got in the car himself and fixed the issue. Great stuff. Would suggest to other for sure.

The following is an open letter to liberty auto sales in Denham Springs, LouisianaAfter going over at least a dozen photos of a very sweet and shiny Toyota tundra with low miles one owner we decide to embark on a journey to go test drive this beast. I summons two of my most trusted crewmembers Jacob and Chris and we head out. Little did this “use car salesman“ no Who was about to show up at his place of business LOLI’ll let me explain/Jacob is probably the most well-versed person in Southeast Louisiana on mechanics, automotive systems and vehicles in general. This young lad can spot trouble in a vehicle a mile away.Chris, I wouldn’t call him a mechanic and I wouldn’t call him an automotive guy but he sure has a niche for spotting a person that has bad intentions or a trick up their sleeve. He was my first pick when I initially thought of what and who I would bring to do this test drive. Chris has a impeccable judgment on personal character and also can spot a shyster a mile away.Myself-Well I would not call myself an expert at mechanics but I know enough to make a decent decision whether I should run or purchase. In addition the gentleman knew that I was a bit visually impaired but failed to realize that visual impaired people having extreme keen sense of smell and hearing. Although my vision has drastically improved in the past few months I can hear a pin drop from across the room and probably have a better sense of smell than a bloodhound. All that to say this-We show up at the dealership which did not look anything like the place in the pictures. Red flags pop up all over the place in my mind I quickly realize the pictures of this Toyota tundra will probably taking at another location. But out of curiosity I still proceeded to greet the gentleman we will call him “Kevin“ for the sake of this conversation. We shake hands a little small talk grab the keys and shuffle over to the tundra. He insisted that he attends the test drive with us “which was a reasonable request on his part. Jacob grab the keys and slides behind the steering wheel of this beast and turns the key and the large V8 roars to life as expected. We all hop in fasteners seatbelts and off we go. First red light I see Jacob having to stand on the brakes to get the truck to come to a stop. I notice Jacob gives me a glance. I know there’s glance because we have worked thousands of hours together. I look back at Chris I could see the look in his eyes. We all knew immediately that we could smell mold in mildew. Little did this gentleman know he had three of the most highly trained expert on mold and mildew remediation sitting right next to him. We have smelled the smell before thousands of times there was no mistaken on our part. Jacob quickly gives me a loan loud sniff I almost could not contain my laughter. Jacob quickly does a U-turn and heads back to the dealership the gentleman seems confused at this point. We park half out of this flooded truck and immediately start showing the guy all the flood signs he has no excuses just hangs his head into feet!They take away from our experience when buying a used vehicle is always under any circumstance assume the worst. Always have other people with you that you can trust. And as always follow that gut instinct. It’s never too late to run from a deal it’s always better to be safe than sorry. As for Jacob and Chris job well done!!

When I was driving by I noticed they they had a Toyota Camry on the lot that I liked for a good price. I went on the next day I was off and after a little friendly negotiation I bought it. Scott was very easy to deal with and I love my Camry.
