I am so upset that I’ve given this vision center my business! I made an appointment around December, saw the doctor and got prescribed eye glasses, the doctor was great but the technicians in the office were terrible. One of the women complained about customers as she serviced me and also about her coworker. Apparently only 2 technicians work there and it shows! I was fitted and received my glasses, however one of the lenses popped out of my glasses within a month. I’ve called to ask if my eye prescription can be sent to me to have my services rendered elsewhere and the same older woman told me no. I’ve tried to call multiple times to speak to someone about getting another pair or lenses and either take my number down and never call back! I generally never make reviews because i try to be understanding since I’m sure they’re busy, however as someone who works in a customer service related field myself I’m absolutely disgusted.

I recently had a prescription eye exam. The Doctor was very informative and kind. It was a great experience.

We are visiting from Houston, and my daughter broke her glasses. We came here, after having had a bad experience and Americas Best, to find a frame that fit her lenses. The lady working was absolutely amazing. She didnt hesitate to help and found a frame that fit. Could have had a better experience.
