We had a great experience with rockin p homes as first time home buys. They explained in detail everything we want to know. My air went out in my mobile home and miss sandy was on top of getting someone out there if I ever buy another home I will going right back there!!

We try to the best of our ability to help all customers. My response concerning LA Restore was that the program will not pay for the home until it is move in ready and passes inspection by them and the parish it is being located in. We are not allowed to let the home leave our lot until it is paid in full either by the customers choice of financial institution or another source of the customers choosing. LA Restore at this time does not do that.

I would not recommend this mobile home company to anyone. I have had the worst experience being a first home buyer. I have paid in full for my mobile home that came with a 5 year warranty (they say) anyway that doesnt cover anything. This is sad they do this to people watch who u buy your moblie homes from people because you may not be satisfied with the ones you think you can trust next time I will do my research alot better.

Does not work with LA restore, wanted me to forget about LA Restore and get a loan from a different bank...
