We are always working with the Parts Dept and find a great selection of available items for older and newer homes. Prices are great and Pete really knows a lot about parts and homes. Even when we need a special order It is so easy. It is always a pleasure to do business with Southern Heritage.

Do not do business with Southern Heritage!!! We have had nothing but issues since purchasing our home. We put down a deposit to hold the house we wanted back in February. In March, we finally purchase the home and put down our down payment. At that time we were supposed to get our deposit back, but we were told that Tiffany who handles the finances was out sick. Since then I have gone to Southern Heritage multiple times to try to get my deposit back, only to be told the same thing, that Tiffany was either out sick or would be in later. Ive yet to receive my deposit back. We are still waiting on a AC unit; dont know if its been ordered or not, as well as the skirting. I just went up there only to be told that Chris, our salesperson, no longer works there and they have no way to call Tiffany. I had to leave another message. Now we will more than likely have to come out of more money to get the things we need, and to get an attorney to help us fight this!! Stay far away from Southern Heritage!!!Also was told Im not the only person that is dealing with this!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE This place is legit the worst company...months later I finally got a home, the lady that handles financial NEVER calls you back she wants to be sent “emails” it’s been 3 weeks and she still doesn’t reply, terrible terrible, ended up moving in an apartment and just selling the home because it took so long. THE...WORST

This company is great! They went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with our new home. Chris was always friendly, supportive and willing to help in any way he could. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home.

The salesman flat blank told me they dont work with restore Louisiana and told me Id have a hard time finding somebody that would. Actually I went around and found 5 dealers today that would be happy to take my money from restore Louisiana. He lost a sale Im buying one not far from them.

The lady that was there when I went was very nice and friendly and very helpful. They had what I was trying to find and it wasnt expensive.

Very welcome we seen some beautiful houses.

My friend bought one from them and might I say they indeed are terrible, they don’t care about the customers and NEVER return calls, they indeed suck and will probly have a better business buero complaint if they don’t straighten up
