The staff that day were great but when trying to get in contact with them to pay was bad. My stuff has probably been cleaned out and dumped by now. (The online payment method wouldn’t work it said my account doesn’t exist that’s why I tried calling)Called them so many times for no answer so I just gave up. Nothing I can do when I’m in an entirely different state. All my items are gone because no one answered. called them for 2 months straight to get a automatic text message response saying they will clean it out if not paid while I’m trying to call them. Sad.thanks for giving me hope and crushing it and my memories and items along with it.

I rented a small space after I transitioned out of the military and not only do they offer a military discount, but the manager is also a veteran. Life Storage is incredibly well taken care of and inexpensive for the quality of service and space you receive. If I ever need to store anything, I will be coming back here. I had no issues for the two months I was there. All around a wonderful experience.

I went in to Life Storage in Denham to get some information on prices. Fred and Wayne were very helpful. I’ve looked at several places and this place is the most impressive. I am getting ready to stage my house for sale and will definitely be getting a storage at life storage with these guys. Very professional and informative!!

I went in just to get prices. My boyfriend ended up renting with them because it was only like $39.00 for the first month. That’s cheaper than anywhere and this place is brand new and so clean. Manager was very helpful too. Will recommend.

I said the only problem with this facility is it limits the amount of people that can interact with the second and third floor at a certain time. When I went the facility was very clean. I will say that the carts that they let you borrow are convenient.

Never thought about storage till i needed it for my parents. i didnt know it was month to month i always figured it was a 6 month or year lease. shocked because it took less than 5 min for the paperwork. new building, state of the art.very impressed for a first timer.
