We moved our belongings from another outdoor facility to an indoor unit at Simply Storage because, after only 2 months, our belongings were being covered in mouse droppings. I cleaned what I could and threw away rest. We used Simply Storage for almost 2 years until we recently bought a house. The facility and grounds were ALWAYS clean and well maintained. I never once worried about the condition of our items, and the location is convenient. I would highly recommend this facility!

I store with the facility in Louisiana. The staff is always accommodating, kind, and courteous. The facility is well lit and very secure. We have a climate controlled unit which has never been too hot or humid so our belongings have never been exposed to too much moisture. I’ve never seen any evidence of pests or rodents on the property. All-in-all, I highly recommend this facility to everyone.

The facility is always clean and well maintained. I had my units from before the August 2017 flood and was thrilled when I learned they were high and dry and all of my possessions were safe. We rented a 10X30 unit for 6 months because of the flood in August. We felt so blessed to have a unit so clean and with climate control. We had nothing but amazing customer service. The workers there are friendly and very helpful. It meant a lot to us after the anxiety of the flood. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a clean and safe facility for your storage needs. I emailed several storage facilities for information, the only facility that responded quickly was SIMPLY STORAGE.The two woman that operates that facility was Knowledgeable and very friendly. We have rented a unit here for almost 4 years since moving to the area & only had a few issues but they were corrected after contacting the coporate office. Temperature was not cool enough during the summer for climate controlled & broken doors for a few weeks. Since I contacted the corporate office we have had no other issues.
