I was visiting from California when I stopped here. Not surprisingly this location is no different than any other Starbucks in California and probably the country. High prices for mediocre coffee. The only good thing was that I was able to get my caffeine fix pretty quickly since it wasnt busy at the time.

This Starbucks was AWESOME! Such friendly baristas! Wonderful customer service! I was impressed - I used to be a Store Manager in Dallas so I know how much effort is being put in at this store. I’d come back anytime!

Giving 3 stars for the customer service. They were very friendly, but the coffee wasn’t great. I placed an online order for drive thru pick up. The line was pretty long so by the time I got up to the window, the whipped cream had melted. So I guess they made it very early, way before my pick up time. Also asked and paid for extra caramel drizzle, there maybe was a small hint of caramel. There were coffee grounds at the bottom of my cup. I called and was given the option to come back, although I was already home and couldn’t turn back around and sit in the line again.

Love my Starbucks, the crew here has excellent customer service and always has a smile for me 🤗

If I could give 0 I would couldnt get my order right twice in a row then tried handing me someone elses order

Very happy with this Starbucks. They had everything we wanted to order including the vegan, plant-based, breakfast sandwich(which was wonderful). The cashier/drive through employee was very nice and friendly and service was very fast.

Starbucks always has very polite and friendly service! They have absolutely amazing coffee choices that are high quality. I also go here since they can use almond milk or substitute sugar unlike your regular McDonalds or another restaurant.

Inconsistent hours. Open at 5:30 am? 6:30am? 8:30am?......... We dont know either. It would be super great if you could post changes to your operating hours on your Google map location so customers will know and can plan accordingly. Good talk.

Located right off of 75 close to Texoma Medical Center.... They have such good coffee.

They make watered down coffee Frappuccinos. Mine tasted like there was no coffee flavor after I asked them to go easy on the ice. Not the 1st. 2nd or 3rd time. Kroger rocks and Starbucks only stores can only do a drip and they even did that wrong with half and half when I asked for heavy cream. NO SWEET N LOW AND NO EQUAL, BAD MOVE. POISON US WITH STEVIA AND THE SUCRASLOS. DISGUSTINGLY GROCE.

I was given a gift card so I decided to stop in and use my gift card if not all of it I had the best ham and cheese croissant hot 🍫 chocolate I enjoyed my visit

Staff is always providing the best service, orders are usually on point, and the coffee is great, of course.

Quick service but only when they are open. This location is constantly changing their hours and it is never updated online or through the ap. It seems rare that they stay open until 8 as it is posted online. Today they closed at 1. Ordered through the ap before and they had closed so it forwarded my order to t a location over 30 minutes away. Was on my way to work so there was no time to go pick it up and both stores refused to refund me. Thankfully a CJ’s coffee has opened up next door now.

Apparently this location cares nothing aboul loyal customers.They close and open whenever they want.When you go to this location you never know if they are open or closed.So I decided to go to theyre competitor at least I know they will be open!!

Yummy Caramel Machiotto (iced) is refreshing.

They have a great staff always pleasant and going out of their way to make feel at home. They have yet to make my drink incorrectly big plus in book I will keep coming to this starbuck!!!!

The drive thru is usually fast, the staff is always courteous. Id love to give more stars but... the hours have been so inconsistent. I realize that COVID-19 has effected a lot of things but they have had a year to figure it out. Be forewarned. If it is after 12pm maybe it will be open? Maybe not?

Been to Starbucks 3 times and the last time asked for a regular large cup of coffee. I received a large cup of coffee with 1 inch of coffee grounds in the bottom of my cup. How does an expert coffee place do that. I dont go to Starbucks anymore.

The Carmel or Carmel crunch fraps are made not as sweet as normal the last 2 weeks. Not sure if its the Syrup. But as a guy who drives in from Durant everyday. I know my Fraps and this one needs some help! Great staff however.

Customer Service at this location has always been the best I have ever recieved from any venue, no matter which of their employees speaks to you. They are often extremely busy but the wait time is in no way their fault and they handle the rush exceptionally.

The hours are so inconsistent it is ridiculous 1 week will be posting everywhere they are closing at 8 and the next close at 6 or close at 2. Never know when they will be open anymore. Really dislike this Starbucks for this reason. Have not had this issue with any other Starbucks in the area.

Honestly, my drink wasnt great, BUT!! the girl taking my order was so incredibly helpful. It was a weird day and they kept not having what I wanted and she was giving me vegetarian suggestions, even though I didnt say I was one, though I guess by my order it was obvious, but it was awesome not to have to explain that and it just be ok and not have a bunch of stuff suggested that wld not be pleasant for me to eat. Anyway, she was awesome! Excellent customer service! Wish I wldve gotten her dang name!! White girl, dark hair?

I was very impressed with this Starbucks building and staff. This is a newer building design. It is more open and has a higher ceiling, which makes it feel more friendly and relaxing than other Starbucks locations. The staff was very kind and helpful even with my young children doing some of the things that young children do.

I love this place. Everyone is super friendly. Coffee is good. Love the location. Cant say enough good things about my home town Starbucks.

This is the best Starbucks! Drinks are always crafted perfectly, never rushed, and no matter how busy they are, customer service is friendly and fast. Shari and Trinity are always peppy and smiling. Grateful for this location!

Very disappointed. The staff were not what I have come to expect from Starbucks. There were only 4 other customers in the building and I had to wait for 20 minutes for a cup of plain coffee. Others were commenting that they had been waiting for a long time as well.

I’m a frequent visitor of Starbucks but after today’s visit I will not be returning to this location. I placed a mobile order as usual and when I got there my order was not correct. I brought up the issue to the woman who gave me my items which then told me there was nothing that they could do. If you make my order wrong then it should be fixed. Instead of that happening I paid for items that I didn’t even eat or drink because it wasn’t correct.

Been a good place to do homework and enjoy a fresh drink but today I had observed that employees off the clock going behind the counter and into the kitchen not in uniform and no hair net/hat as well. Just made me wonder if this business really follows food handling protocols?

Stopped by to purchase a cup for my wife and a tall white chocolate mocha. The coffee here is always great here. My wife goes to this location all the time.

Horrible, $5.36 for a fake ham and egg, cheese tasted spoiled, ham must have come out of a trash dumpster, and the egg I think is a rubber dog treat, beware of this sandwich, if this is an example of there food quality I am sure the rest is no better!

This particular Starbucks was great! Super clean and quiet. This place my first Starbucks to have a draft cold brew coffee, I would highly recommend. Overall this was a great Starbucks. I hope to visit again.

This new Starbucks is amazing! I love how big the parking lot is at this building. It is also easy to get to since it is right of HW 75. The employees were really friendly and got our order done in a timely manner. Will be back for sure!

This is one of the biggest Starbucks Ive been to, plenty of room for lots of people with a variety of styles of comfort whether youre doing work on your computer and need a table or if youre with friends you can sit at the bar or the couches throughout. Great friendly service and they make your drink without error. Also if you just happen to be on a roadtrip and this is along your way, this would be a good place to stop, conveniently located close to the highway, gas station and hotel.

Always Wonderful. Employees were kind, friendly always a treat for my Soul. Coffee, hazelnut, whip cream sugar & of course dont forget to try nutmeg on top.... whole new added enjoyment... My Only disappointment is that it wasnt the 6th Street & Congress location in Austin, Texas

I went to this Starbucks on a Saturday at around lunch time. It is a convenient location and they have fast and friendly service there. I would recommend!

I waited in line for about 20 minutes, got to the window just to find out they lost my order !! Employees were rude about it, didn’t even say they were sorry, and my drinks were not good at all. Drove about 20 minutes just to get coffee that was made poorly.

Love this location!! The staff are always in a great mood and my orders are always ready for me when I get there. I would gladly drive out of my way just for the service I receive at this location. 😍

I love this location. It is easy to get in and out of as opposed to a lot of Starbucks locations. The staff is great and I have never had a problem with an order since they opened.

Went to Starbucks 11/08/2020 around 6:45pm and the line was not very long however the waiting period after ordering is what took so long. While ordering the girl taking the order kept forgetting what we were ordering and then once we received our drinks they were way over filled that they were spilling everywhere once we left the second lane. The service really wasn’t worth the $25 we spent on 4 drinks. The least we could have gotten were some napkins seeing that they didn’t bother wiping down the excess on the cups when they handed over the drink holder and maybe a coffee stir stick to not have had them spill on me when I was holding them.

Friendly staff, mediocre coffee honestly. I ordered a chai tea latte and it tasted like warm cinnamon-flavored water. The muffin was good, and the barista was super friendly, but hole-in-the-wall coffee shops are way better than Starbucks these days when it comes to coffee quality and taste. I went through drive through, so dont know about the atmosphere.

Wasnt happy this time on the buy 1 an free1 should be able to scan more if your coming to get 2 different orders for me an others that couldnt do theirselves

I come and get my coffee here just about every weekend. The service is always fast, the folks are always friendly, and the coffee is always fantastic. This is a great Starbucks store.

Great friendly staff. Place was clean and the drive-thru is set in a nice place to not mess with the customer going into the building to order. I love the outdoor seating and the opened space both inside and outside the building.

Just in there trying to get drinks and they couldn’t process any form of payment other than cash...they told me unless I can pay cash I can’t get my drinks b/c their system is not processing but it’s not their fault it’s the WiFi...I’ll never be back to this location. If you can’t process payment you should still provide for your customers period. NEVER GOING BACK!!

Its new, people are still learning. Though I have been to much friendlier Starbucks and coffee joints. Its very inviting inside. Plenty of seats, A large selection of goodies, pastries, sandwiches, and such was available late afternoon. I asked a question and the cashier looked very dumbfounded by it. So unless it is on the menu and on the keyboard of the register, it apparently doesnt happen here. Not a bad experience, not a great experience, just mediocre. Ill go back if I need a general meeting place, I wont go out of my way to stop.

Coffees were made fine ... but inside really needed cleaned up . All the tables needed wiped off, floors needed sweeping. Even the service counter was sticky.It wasnt busy there were a couple cars in drive thru and just us inside. 4 employees we saw all just joking around.

I havent had anything that wasnt good here! I deducted a star bc the app can be VERY deceptive. I had a notification that today was a day where if you buy any item, you get a free drink. I pulled up, and the lady said, Oh, no honey. That means you have to pay through the app. I spent 7 dollars on a sandwich, and I didnt even get to have a drink. Im so sorry that I dont want to give away my credit card number. The notification said NOTHING abt paying through the app. Besides that, the drinks are very good.

Im on a mission to eat at and review every restaurant in Sherman and Denison. Im aware this could take years. I drove by this place on my way to work yesterday and saw they were already open! I also noticed only three people in line. Better enjoy it while you can. I tried the peppermint hot frappe and sugar plum Danish. Both were amazing. The ladies at the drive thru were nice and helpful. I probably spent less than five minutes in line. I recommend visiting before the line reaches into the Hilton Garden parking lot.

Great coffee

Cozy, and intimate atmosphere great for a date night coffee or just a college student studying. Not to mention the coffees and teas are fantastic.
