Ive been here about 5 times and there has been a problem every single time. first time, i stood in line for about 30 minutes even though i was the only one because they just didn’t acknowledge me. they have gotten my order wrong every single time i have gone, and i dont even order anything extra or customize my drinks. another time i went i asked for a mocha frappucino. they gave me a hot coffee. i brought it back and they gave me another hot drink. brought it back and they got me an iced coffee which was still not what i asked for. theyre also not super friendly customer service wise. i can see why the other starbucks down the road has a long line. probably to avoid going to this one.

This location is advertised as open but the doors are locked. Like most Starbucks during the pandemic hours must vary according to the employees desire to come in that day. Just another Starbucks location that has lost my business.

Most of the employees are very sweet people, dont know how Julia Boyd is still working there with how she likes to treat people but hey thats just life 🤷‍♂️

This use to be the best Starbucks in denton... its been under new management for a few months and now its trash. Where is the old management? I shouldnt have to wait 20 min on a mobile order that I ordered 15 min before arriving Ive never seen this store be this bad but I seem to be recieving more refunds than coffee as of lately

Everyone is funny, patient and kind. They keep it clean, never a bug in the display like other Starbucks. Bathrooms are tidy too. My drinks are always delicious. I always come to this one and this will be my main. West University all the way.

No drive through but consistently good service and product and fast.Very different than the kind of service you get at the Starbucks at Razor Ranch. (If you’ve been there, you likely have not had a typical Starbucks experience per the customer service)

I was doing homework last when the manager came up and made false accusations about something his employees said about me!? NONE of it was true and I left crying. I am never going back ever again and have never felt so hurt and uncomfortable.

By far my favorite Starbucks location. The baristas have been always been friendly. I have never gotten an I correct order, and the service is fast. Its also a nice atmosphere to grab a coffee and chat with a friend. I always feel relaxed after trip here (well, as relaxed as I can be after having caffeine).

I pass by here every day on my way to work and place an order here every Friday through the app. No matter what time I place the order, they always have it ready when I walk in, or very quickly if I order when I get there. Even when they are crowded with a line or have more online orders than they can count, the staff remains happy and working every time I’ve come in. It’s also a very clean location, and everyone is very friendly!

Waited for my drink for 30 minutes. No one acknowledged my wait or even said, Sorry for your wait. There were other customers lined up waiting for their drinks as well. Noticed that none of the cups were lined up for the customers inside the store while the Drive thru customers were getting their drinks. Everyone seemed to busy doing stuff, but it was very unorganized. Never had this horrible service at Starbucks anywhere. Worst service ever.

A good coffee store. Seating area is nice but could be used more efficiently to increase seating capacity. Coffee is well made and to the specification. Staff is friendly. Parking is available on-site. Overall, a good coffee store to have coffee and work.

I was in this Starbucks location last night, and I overheard who I thought to be the manager, Michael, intimidating and making a girl cry who was minding her own business studying. I don’t care what the situation is, nobody deserves to be treated like that. I will never be coming back to this location.

I come in here a lot, usually just for a few minutes before I run to work & its always clean w nice people etc, busy just another starbucks. However this morning the staff clearly noticed I was in hurry while waiting behind a woman buying a gift card or something and made my drink while I waited and had it ready the second I had paid. Just a little above and beyond thing I really appreciated.

I go here all the time. Peaceful, cozy spot if you dont mind sitting inside. Employees are excellent people who do care about what you need, and make small talk at the order counter if there arent many customers. I dont know who these other negative reviews met, but trust me, as a person whos gone here at least twice a week for two years, the employees are wonderful people. Quality of the drinks tends to match that of most other stores Ive been to, but their specialty drinks are particularly tasty from this one, in my experience.Go here.

Gets a 4. Parking is a PITA when parked up front and in truck and blocked in. No room to turn for fear of hitting a car or the light pole. Other than that its all good.

The staff are friendly and know me and my wife by name. They always have our drinks ready, exactly as we like them. However its a little out of the way and as far as good coffee goes Denton has a few amazing small shops.

I’ve been here off and on between about 15 times. The customer service is variable- sometimes good, sometimes terrible. Same goes for the drinks. Sometimes my order is right sometimes it’s not, sometimes the drink is right but I’d say most of the time not. Just now my drink was wrong and my pastry so stale it was hard on the outside and the barista taking my order didn’t order it right.

Its usually perfect. However my last visit, there were three different people behind the counter. No one was in line and they werent busy. But they ignored me for a good minute or two which was annoying.

This Starbucks has got to be the best ever for customer service. Whether I go inside the establishment or drive thru the employees ARE ALWAYS friendly. They can really turn a bad day into quite a pleasant one.

They were out of English breakfast tea at 8am, does not have a drive through, they got the size of my order wrong, failed to offer me a receipt, so I was left standing at the cashier for several minutes while the barista fiddled around in the back trying to make the tea so that finally when he gave it to me I could ask him for my receipt. When I went to put milk and honey in my tea, there was no honey at the little station and there was only half and half. No skim or 2%. In addition, the travel stoppers didnt fit into the lids. The management for this store really needs to get it together.
