I’ve had hearing issues for yrs. I tried hearing aids from Costco for a short time but they didn’t work. I decided to give Dr Taylor a try to see if she could help me.. I have hearing issues that are opposite most normal hearing problems. She did a comprehensive hearing test to determine what would work best for me. I had impressions of my ear canals done and hearing aids special made to fit my ears properly. After wearing them for two weeks, I feel like my hearing world has completely changed. I can hear in all situations now. I highly recommend colorful hearing to meet your needs and to take excellent care with your hearing issues.

I went to see Dr Taylor for hearing aids . As far as what is good about her is if you wish to have behind the ear hearing aid she’s probably good at that it’s a simple procedure doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure it out. A simple audiology test input data take a mold of your earand send out to be made. You don’t have to be a doctor to do this her doctorate isn’t For audiology but it serves a good purpose for to deceive the general public that she’s a Doctor of audiology. With that being said she does all right for the people that wanna have a behind the ear type of hearing aid. I didn’t, I wanted it in the canal and she couldn’t provide me with a successful fit and basically gave up. I did find another establishment that worked out great.there hidden and work fantastic. Watch this industry . Do your research don’t do as I did. I felt because she implied she was a Doctor of audiology that she was more qualified that’s not the case but it fooled me she did work with me I will admit that but with the people doing the Manufacturing of the hearing aids nothing was ever consistent and when one would go ahead and fit just right she sent it back and it come back to where it didn’t fit right really poor as far as quality of assembly. Good luck out there finding a qualified person that knows all types of hearing aids just not one type.

An unqualified recommendation. After using another facility I found Colorful Hearing and it made all the difference in the world On my first visit Dr Taylor spotted a problem that needed to be referred to an ear specialist. There was too much difference between the hearing of my 2 ears. She is very good to work making fine adjustments as needed and the atmosphere is very pleasant

Dr. Taylor and Michael are amazing. I have several aspects of my life to share.1. I have a special needs daughter who was becoming more frustrated because of my hearing loss and her inability to verbalize her needs. After having the hearing aids for two weeks she has been less stressed because I could hear what she was asking for. I could understand her needs without asking multiple times.2. I work in healthcare. Employees and patients were both in awe at the ability I had to clearly hear them and fulfill their needs.3. I have been able to enjoy the small things like hearing wind blow, birds chirp, and all the things I have been missing in nature.4. I thought I was just stuck with Tinnitus. I was able to see through the program provided in my hearing aids that I have an alternative. I have found my episodes of tinnitus have lessened and that when I do have an episode I have a tool to use to reduce the effects and the length of each episode. I never imagined I could retrain my brain to gain control over this condition.My life has truly been more fulfilled because I was able to seek help, look past the stigma of hearing aids, and I was able to see the truly beautiful part of having a part of my life back that I thought I never would.Thank you so much to Dr. Taylor, Michael, and colorful hearing. I am somewhere over the rainbow because you taught me to know there was a better way. There is a better way. I absolutely enjoyed the visit this week and would recommend Colorful Hearing to anyone in the area. Mr. Mische was so friendly and a joy to speak with during my wait. Mrs. Taylor was informative and ensured she walked me through every step of the process and ensured my comftorability prior to proceeding to each test. I highly recommend Colorful Hearing.

My sister and I are Deaf and have been going to Colorful Hearing for a little over a year, now. The audiologist, Dr. Taylor, is more attentive and caring than all other audiologists I had ever seen - combined. The staff members are very pleasant and personable, too. The wait has never been too long and my experience using Resound hearing aids has generally been very positive. During the COVID-19 pandemic, most services are performed in the parking lot for safety measures, which makes me (basically a certified germaphobe) feel more comfortable.

Never in my life did I think I was hearing impaired. I went to Dr. Taylor, she was friendly & kind, helped and answered my questions, walked me through what my ears can & cannot do & explained that I did need hearing aids. Since Ive had my hearing aids, I seriously feel like a new person. Life is so different now... I can hear the leaves on the trees blowing in the wind & birds chirping! I am extremely grateful for Dr. Taylor & all her love & kindness, I would strongly recommend everyone going to see her. Even just for a hearing checkup. She is amazing!!

What an amazing establishment this is. I have had hearing issues and tinnitus since I was a young child, and while Ive been to several hearing doctors and ENTs, they have all told me that there was nothing they could do, and Id have to learn to deal with it. Walking into the office, I was so scared they would say the same thing, and that nothing could be done. Dr. Taylor did not take this approach. She genuinely listened to all of my concerns (and frights) and everything she did was personalized to my experiences. She was so thoughtful at every turn, I cant imagine a better experience with an audiologist. And now I can truly hear as well as understand! My husband keeps commenting on how much easier conversations are, and even coworkers have noticed a difference. This is truly life changing. Dr. Rebecca and Michael are wonderful people, Im so glad I found this office. Theyve helped me gain a part of my life I didnt even realize was gone (did you know refrigerators hum? Its true!). Its a decent distance from my house but its worth it; dont let distance stop you! I would recommend them to anyone who has hearing issues, they will find a way to help you even if others cant.

Amazing place! I am 20 and havent used a hearing aid since I was maybe 13 and with the time gap I had forgotten a lot of what I once understood about my hearing loss. The doctor helped me comprehend so much more than I have ever known about my hearing loss. The front desk is also very kind and very interested in your well being. Do not hesitate to go here. The experience is smooth, easy, and beyond helpful. Now I hear better than ever ☺️

This is an amazing place! Dr Taylor is wonderful . She was extremely thorough in her testing and completely explained my hearing loss and its ramifications . When my hearing aids arrived, she really took her time to adjust them properly . Talk about life changing...I had no idea what I was missing. Dont waste your money on cheapo hearing aids! There is no substitute for quality hearing aids fitted and adjusted by a professional. I have visited several audiologists and I think by far this is the best place in North Texas.

Dr Taylor has taken such good care of my grandmother. It was amazing the first conversation I had with my Grandma right after she got her new hearing aids and had them fitted.My grandma said. You dont have to shout . . . I can hear you just fine.And I like that Dr. Taylor answers questions not just about your hearing, but also about operating all the nifty new gadgets that help you use your hearing aids in different environments. I got to sit and watch a whole season of Brother Cadfile with my grandma, and she was totally engaged this time, because we could connect her hearing aids straight to the TV. She wasnt pretending to pay attention, like she normally did with her previous hearing aids.Dr. Taylor is the BEST!!!!!!!!
