I came in for Ear cleaning and had a wonderful experience. It was fast easy and simple Mr. Yero was delightful and made sure i enjoyed my appointment 10/10 will recommend.

Stop looking for an audiologist, and make an appointment! First, great caring people! Very professional, and fun. I had the best time getting a hearing test and hearings aids fitted. All my questions were answered, and Mr. Yero made sure I was comfortable with everything before I left the office. He even set up the app on my phone! His assistant and his wife are just as caring and professional as he is. Definitely recommend.

After today 7-6-21 I will not be returning for anymore follow up visits. Mr Yero I strongly recommend that you listen to your patients. Your computer has never felt the pain of an ear infection. I have.You were more concerned about the computer statistics than my ear infection in my left ear. I believe Nations Hearing should not pay for this visit, you did NOTHING. for me but disrespect my opinion on my ear infection. I will never return to your office to hear my statistics from your computer. Such a very disappointing visit for NOTHING. I will not be back, bye bye!

Literally walked out of my appointment today. Id give this doctor zero stars if I could. Staff doesnt wear masks or implement any Covid safety protocols. He was also more interested in arguing with me about his Covid beliefs, how I didnt need to mask and that I couldnt catch Covid again than perform the evaluation I was there to get. Ill take my healthcare advice from my specialists including my immunologist and not a HEARING doctor on Covid safety protocols. If you arent concerned about your health or safety than this is the office for you.

Service is great but at this point I would give them an F in the insurance department! They didn’t verify how much BCBS pays for hearing aides before they set up our payment plan and after over a year later a claim has never been filed. We get nothing but the runaround from them about this! Not a way to run a business!

Fantastic place. Took my dad here for a hearing test after taking him to Miracle Ear. They performed a very detailed hearing test. Provided background on a quality hearing aid. I would definitely recommend! ☺️

I have severe hearing loss. I had tried the other national brand and some mail order hearing aids, but those devices did not help much. so, I researched hearing aid companies and the products they offered and decided to try Lifetime Hearing in Denton.Vincent took his time with me and offered a suggestion of Resound hearing aids. Ive had my Resound hearing aids for about a month now and am quite pleased. Also, have had two follow-up visits and each visit Vincent was able to improve the settings.I normally dont leave reviews but in the case of Lifetime Hearing I think it is well deserved.

I loved it! It was a very thorough examination and things were explained to me very well. I appreciated that all of my questions were met with thoughtful answers.

They took the time to make sure I understood everything. Made sure I was comfortable during the testing. I knew I wasnt hearing as good as normal but; I didnt realize how much I couldnt hear before my fitting.

I took my Mom because she was having some problems with her hearing aides purchased in another state. Michelle and Vinny were both very nice to work with. Vinny explained things so patiently and worked with Mom to adjust her hearing aides and help her understand how to better manage them. We left with Mom hearing much better and understanding how to better troubleshoot on her own. We will be back every 3 months for a check up. Highly recommend.

Had a problem with my hearing aids, I was riding the bus with students from the local school district, I saw a sign stating,lifetime hearing aids. I called, stopped by and my aids were checked,and repaired. As a veteran I was given special treatment with a convenient Saturday morning appointment. Lifetime provided comprehensive hearing test and corrected the deficiency in my left aid. The over service was very professional,and it all started with the enthusiasm at the front desk. Completely Life-Changing! I knew I had some hearing loss and I let it go for awhile before taking any action on it before it got pretty severe. My hearing loss is partially due to playing music in front of very LOUD amps. The new technology that allows bluetooth capability with the aids fits my lifestyle tremendously. Music tones are now crystal clear, like they used to be. Also, since I work from home and I am constantly on the phone with other people, now I have my own headset in my head, in stereo! With nothing hanging over my ear or my face. Lifetime hearing was great to work with, very informative and made a great recommendation for my Phonak Marvel-70 units.
