Ive rented from these folks for almost a year now. Time enough to get a good feel for who they are and how they do business.I am completely satisfied with every facet of this business and am pleased to be able to recommend them.

I am giving it 2 stars because although this place has great and safe storage area and pricing, their customer and manager service is horrible. One employee was really nice and helpful on the day I moved in. However, another employee was rude, short and cutting me off mid conversation, and was snide, when I called to ask why I couldnt access my online account and about why their system wasnt accepting my signed contract. The manager blamed me for not being able to long into my account, even though it was on their end to finish letting me into my account. And then he told me there is nothing he can do if I cant fix not being able to view my online account. Then he threatened to hang up on me, because there were other people waiting to be assisted, even though my current issue (not being able to view my online account fully) wasnt solved. He told me that I needed to get someone to help me use my computer, because statistically speaking he said everyone else can access their account. I told him I am not everyone else, I am me and could he help me figure this online access thing and why I cant view my full profile. He told me to click around and maybe that would solve my problem of not being able to view my whole account. He said I could pay in person (Im in quarantine), or by check and mail, or by phone, however I still need to be able to view my account and be able to pay online. I told him legally I have to be able to view past payments and upcoming charges too, I also need to be able to change my password and account information at anytime. after about 30min of him REFUSING to help me figure this online problem out, I finally told him to log into my account himself and tell me what he sees, and we were finally able to figure the solution out, but that was AFTER he mistreated me the WHOLE way through. I do not appreciate being treated this way, and as soon as I can I am moving out of this storage unit. And I will continue to tell all my friends about this horrible experience, because nobody deserves to be treated like the way they treated me.

Its been a very long time since Ive rented from anyone else in the Denton area. I began renting here several years ago and have been delighted with their service, pricing and facility ever since.Ive not felt the need to look elsewhere.

Not only are there cakes and candies the absolute most delicious around, but when you’re in a pinch they can deliver quickly!

Great place to rent but they told me to give a 10 days notice before I move out. I gave them a 10 days notice but they still charged me for the whole month. They gave me some bs excuse. Be really careful. Shady Business practices. I saw the same issues with others as well.

Went searching for a climate controlled storage room today and struck gold with David and Plan-It Storage. Incredibly nice and helpful, with an awesome smile! Everything is clean and well maintained. Fair price, too. Highly recommend them.

We had an amazing experience. Our stuff had to remain in storage for 2 years. They never raised our price (which was an amazing bargain for a climate controlled storage unit). It was always clean and pest free.

Love love love this place!! Im sad to say goodbye for storage but excited to say that this is a place I would come by just to hangout in the office with Joseph and David!! They are an amazing duo and great company. They love to help wherever they can and the personalities are incredible! When you need a place for storage for temporary or longtime this is the place to go hands down!! I have been customer at this storage facility going on 2 years. First, the two guys that run the place are outstanding. They are friendly, always willing to help, and go out of their way to make your time spent at the facility is as pleasant as possible, offering cold water and a golf cart ride if they see you walking through the facility. Secondly, Plan it storage is very clean, well lit and very secure. I used to think, whats the difference, they are all the same. That simply is not true. I would not go any where else for a self storage unit after my experience at plan it storage.

Unfortunate things happen in life and you have to make choices. I had to put everything we own in storage. I have all brand new furniture and I’m very picky. I have to say that this climate controlled storage is the cleanest I found in Denton. The staff are very helpful, and every time I go to check my unit it’s always super clean! Highly recommend!!!

I highly recommend this storage unit facility. Very clean, new looking, personnel are extremely helpful and courteous. Prices are best in town. I saved by coming to this facility that I was able to rent the next size up. I do not live close by but the atmosphere and amenities was worth the couple extra miles.

We were storage shopping all day. Couldn’t find a place who could let us keep our containers over night. Plan-It Storage not only gave us the good deal on the storage renting plus we were also allowed to keep our pods container over night. The staff is very professional and friendly. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Whats not to love. Im a clean freak, I admit it. Just wont patronize a business that is anything but super clean. This includes storage facility. Plan-it works for me on every count.

Has a homie feel to it. Storage is kept cool and safe with multiple locks on the interior and always has music so its not too quiet while you store stuff.

THE BEST in Denton. Ive tried others and have for a variety reasons have been dissipated. Not here. Good guys. Great place!

This is the absolute worst storage unit I have ever used. We notified them over a month before we moved out. Since we moved out 2 days passed our scheduled pay day, they charge us for an entire months rent. When asked about the additional fee - they expressed they dont do prorated rent. That was after they told us to come in and get a refund! The two working at the front desk remain stoned half the time and are rude and disgusting! Rats ate almost all of our linens and stored clothes and they all seemed to die in the unit stuck to the boxes. The place is unsanitary and the grade school idiots running the front desk arent quite sure how to run a profitable yet customer friendly business. Not sure who the owner is because tweedle dee and dumb wouldnt tell us so we could tell him his facility was an absolute disaster for our belongings. I would never recommend this place to anyone - even my worst enemy. I will be turning them into the better business bureau!!! Stay as far away as possible!!!

Rented one of the largest units that you can literally park a car in for 1/2 the price of everyone else when this place first opened because I needed storage space. Guys at the front office are super cool and always friendly. My daughter needed to store some stuff while she was moving so I asked if that would be ok and they said no problem. That really helped her out alot. I drove a semi into this place right up to my unit so there is plenty of space to get around. Everything is always really clean and well maintained. My storage has been completely empty for probably 3 months and I still pay for it every month because its such a nice place and a good deal I just cant let it go! As far as the review talking about the rats Im not sure what storage theyre reviewing but its certainly not Plan It Storage. Ive been renting there since they opened and Ive never seen anything even close to a rat.

SCAM!!! Do not rent here!!! These people are the worst. They over charge and refuse to refund you any credits. I was overcharged $840 then moved out and three months later i still have no refund of my money. The manager mr. Crockett tells me he forwarded it to corporate but that he doesnt have a phone number to reach his boss. These people are scam artists. Do not rent here. Also they sale special locks that they keep a key to. Scary.
