He went above and beyond to make my first experience renting a Uhaul van not only easy but memorable, as weird as that may sound, ask for Jonathan and you’ll completely understand!! You’ll walk out with a smile on your face!! Most definitely recommend using this location!!
Rob and Amber really stepped up to help this Navy vet and his family during a major self move from Euless to Denton. They were friendly, accommodating and did whatever they could to take away some the pain from such a big move. I will be sure to always go to Uhaul for any future moving needs, especially when they have folks like Rob and Amber going above and beyond!

I reserved a 15 ft truck online, and completed the online check in that morning. When I got to the location, I waited an hour to receive the truck. There was a different customer who walked in and out without a reservation and received his truck in the matter of 10 minutes. This business is backwards

I can not say enough about how great my experience was here. I went in a few days early to verify my online reservation and asked a bunch of “new guy” questions. They patiently answered and made some great suggestions. I showed up at my scheduled time and was in and out in about 15 minutes. Got home and was worried I needed something bigger and they went out of their way to find me another. Just great, great service. Highly recommend!

Ive used U-Haul for years and this is the first time Ive had a negative experience with them. Ill definitely never use this location or any other U-Haul again do to their borderline extortion and lack of communication.Ill glady pay a premium to their competitors.
I just called leo and explained how poorly the second party uhaul dealer. He said have me number to call. They said they would be able to refund me completely. All calls are recorded and monitored. Everyone was rude. The number leo gave me only directed me to someone not who who he said it was. Then she transferred me again...wrong person....over hour and half of wait.The truck was off the full level.Bus Barns;It was muddy and dirty. Like someone dropped a soda and it exploded everywhere.. also most of them come with a dolly as long as you don’t break the tag. You won’t be charge. No dolly and he said he had none. The tank gas was off. We didn’t wear a mask the entire time even tho I asked him to put one on. My asthmatic and can’t get sick and my mother who was 60yrs of age. He never stood 6ft part. I never received any confirmation numbers, texts, emails, or etc. I called the next day to ask where again was the drop off location. He told me he didn’t know. Hours later he send me the pick up and drop off paper and texted it to my email. His mane was Jack at Bud Barns. The whole place was sketchy and muddy. He charged my card serval times and taking photos of my ID and card. We made an online reservation and paid for it online and he said I didn’t . Then charged me again. No one wants to help me but send me around from person to person. I signed in online etcVery very sketchy place. Now I’ve been online talking since 430 trying to explain what happened and no on it’s getting back to meNEVER EVER WILL I RENT FROM UHAUL AGAIN. Ripped me off, overcharged me, rude customer service. Technically lies...I was informed I be refunded completely for all mistakes!!Also give uhaul cash if you ever go through them again !!!SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had bought a hitch for my truck cause I didn’t have one I rented a trailer. I couldn’t use my truck due to the tail lamp not working so didn’t use the truck, so tried I to return the hitch and they said it was to used.

Just moved our daughter from Kansas. Got done early and were so glad. Went to take the U-Haul trailer back (also early - Saturday rather Monday). All is happy!The place we planned to return the trailer to closed 20 minutes before we got there. We took it to the main U-Haul hub in our area instead, happened to be in a different town. But we’re think all is good. In a short time we get a $200 charge to our credit card. WOW!!We made phone calls. Found out we were charged a wrong destination fee. We were willing to go back and pick up the trailer and turn it in Monday as planned, but we told they had already processed the credit card transaction and the account was closed. That sounds lame to me. I have had refunds credited to my account too many times to believe nothing could be done.By the way - nowhere on the contract we signed does it say there is a $200 wrong destination fee. It does say there is a $20 convenience fee if you turn it in a day late.My word of advice is - Don’t select a return destination for your U-Haul rental. We didn’t on our previous rentals and just took it to the most convenient location and all was good.
Made 2 attempts I get the hitch installed at Lewisville Uhaul. First attempt the wrong part was ordered. Second attempt the installer had quit and they didn’t notify me that they didn’t have anyone so they called the Denton facility and scheduled me for 8am the following day. The next day I went to get the install and was told 4-5 hrs on a 90 minute install job, reason was because they’re short handed. I requested a refund and will advise taking your business elsewhere!

Ive used this location twice for storage and most recently (earlier this week) to rent a truck and tow dolly for my move to San Antonio and I have always had a great experience. Once my debit card had fraud and had to be cancelled and I forgot to update U-haul with my new card number, they called me and were very friendly and got my new card set up and waived the fee. Most recently, Katie, helped process my move out and I cant say enough good things about her. She was very friendly helpful and professional. Her help and beautiful smile turned what was a very long day (loading/moving/packing) into a great day!
I rented a truck via the Uhaul website. It took less than ten minutes for me to drive off with the truck after arriving and less than 5 after dropping the truck off. Great experience for me. The staff were top notch!
The staff its friendly and accommodating. The property is secure and clean. They will allow storage of motorcycles inside the climate controlled units provided all fuel is drained from the machine. Overall a great facility with 24 hour access for a few extra bucks.
I would have liked to have sent this when they asked to rate the experience but didnt have enough space. It asks you questions that refer to the cleanliness, the staff and the security. I can answer positively to all that, but...You need to be asking these questions:Were you satisfied with the extra fees that were added to your rent without your approval or knowledge? In this case, an insurance cost that you never requested.Answer: NoDid you appreciate having the monthly bill jacked up shortly after signing a contract, increasing your monthly costs, again without any warning?Answer: NoDo you like the way were handling disengagement from a contract, i.e. screwing you out of yet another outlandish month because we dont offer to prorate when you want to leave and even though youre two days into the next cycle, were going to, instead, charge you more money with a late fee from which you cannot back out from even though you could care less about keeping your stuff stored here? (And by the way, we were on Auto Pay. The last two months they claimed that we didnt pay, added on a late fee, and then ran the card and charged us the extra $15)Answer: I wish I never used your storage facility.In short, you ripped us off going in, during and on our way out. Its atrocious! Your policy is corrupt and I/we will never come back or recommend U-haul storage to anyone.There should be an extra low on your rating selection below poor. The people who work there are great, but your business model is unbearable.We had a $60/mo unit which they turned into almost $90 a month and there is no grace for leaving. Horrible.
I rented from here two years ago and had a great experience. Very friendly staff at the time. However, went there a few days ago and had to deal with one of the most frustrating people. Perhaps he had a bad day? Maybe it was just the one guy? Im not sure but it sure left a bad taste in my mouth. Everything he had to do seemed like a chore for him. Hopefully the service is usually more like what I received two years ago.
Watch your debit card with these people. They tried to charge me 3 separate times for the truck I rented, then twice for the car tow I rented. I turned the equipment in yesterday a day early and now I wake up and there is ANOTHER charge for an extra day?This company is broken. I will never risk my card with them again.
They are terrible. No one has a clue what they are doing. I called 6 different stores each pointing me to each other all saying the same thing and no one has anything available... once I do find one (this one) I had made a reservation over the phone (actually 2 because they are so incompetent) and I checked in 3 times online where it asked me to (because the employees and corporate dont agree on things) so after waiting almost an hour I had priorities to do elsewhere which uhaul ruined and I ended up losing $200 because dispite the fact they told me its impossible to check in online for a trailer. The corporate people over the phone and their website say otherwise... I will never use their service again. Spare yourself the time and money. EDIT: My fiance tried to go handle the whole transaction separately just in case I may have done something wrong... in addition to their condescension they lied to her about a debit transaction requiring a $60 deposit whereas before that information was never brought up... they are immature, unprofessional, passive aggressive and it is unbelievable that they hold a job there. I truly hope they dont represent the entire company as for in the past I have had great experiences with the company, however not these locations or within the last year.
Great staff! Ive used them twice and quite pleased with the hospitality. The vans are also well kept so Ive have no issues at all.
I have used the place for several trailer rentals for cars and such and they have always been professional and friendly. Its funny where other people have rated them low for stupid things like they have to pay their own toll or the hours of operation. Great location great people
Terrible experience. What is the purpose of completing express check in if after you spent time doing it before arriving to pick your rental the employees at the counter tells you that you still need to do the two hours line anyways. Next time will go to another place. What a joke!

I went to this location to rent a trailer. Everything went smoothly and customer service was excellent. My only complaint was how unbearably hot is was inside the actual store. While I only had to spend a few minutes there, the employees had to work in those sweltering conditions and I would hate for anyone to work in those conditions. Especially in 100 degree plus weather.
I have used this uhaul location’s services many times over the years. Workers were always professional, prompt, and ready to answer questions.
Nice place, nice folks, nice trucks, a high standard of standardness. Read the rules, refill your truck before you return it, you wont have any problems. Ive done business here 4 or 5 times the last year, never had a problem.

If I could give no stars I would.EXTREAMLY RUDE, UN PROFESSIONAL, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called to rent a truck and asked about a flat rate instead of pay by the mile. The guy I was talking to told me they didnt have that, I had to pay by the mile. I have moved several times and never had to do that. He continued to argue with me and talking over me, telling me I was wrong and it was not a U-Haul company I used in the past, I told him I always use U-Haul and he told me I was lying. As I was asking to speak with someone else he hung up on me.. I hope no one else has this experience.
Rented equipment from this store and did not have a problem with the equipment. I did have a problem with the extra charges I received. Uhaul puts a hold on funds in your account until you have returned the equipment. I had 58.96 and 34.04 put on hold. After I returned the equipment I was charged 198.96 which was the total for my rental plus mileage. The hold for the 58.96 dropped but the 34.04 did not drop and I had a new charge of 108.10 plus the 198.96 for a total of 341.10. I called to see why the 108.10 was charged and when the holds would be off my account. They could not find the charge for the 108.10 and could not tell me why it was charged. They also told me that it was my banks job to remove the holds and that they could not help me. I asked if my bank had to release the holds why the 58.96 was released but the other amounts stayed, they had no answer for me. I called my bank and asked them what the process was and they informed me that they can in no way release an authorized hold put on by uhaul and that uhaul would have to take care of the hold. Cutting to the chase Darren and Mckenzie the two employees that I talked to have no idea what they are doing. I will not be going back and would not recommend to anyone.

Came to this location after having the reservation transfered. We worked with a young blonde woman. She was extremely rude and condescending I am gonna assume she had a bad day but she was unprossional to customers and her coworkers giving a lot of attitude. I recommend going elsewhere.
Typical U-haul rental and storage facility. Offer moving supplies, minor mechanic fixes (tow hitches, etc...), storage, propane refills, vehicle rentals.
This is by far the worst uhaul ever, the workers are so rude and unprofessional and if you’re looking to get scammed and get a billed hundreds of dollars then this is the place to go! If I could give them no stars I would, they are crooks and thief’s and I hope they get caught eventually with all the scams they put on people.

The worst customer service I have ever had. Some girl called me yesterday and said, Where is the truck that was supposed to be turned into us by 10:50am. I told her, maam, I turned it in last night at another UHAUL closer to my location. Her response was, Well, there is a family and they needed it and you will be charged an additional fees and a misdeliver, thanks a lot. As I started to respond, she hung up on me. What a complete mean and horrible experience. It was our first time moving by ourselves as a family and this completely destroyed my experience with UHAUL!!!! Seriously, I will never go there and advise anybody to not go there again.
Warning: retards working here. I rented a van here in Feb 2015. My friend was with me at the time and had the foresight to ask about toll road policy. We were told by the employee that Uhaul absorbs that cost, so there was no need to worry. If I had been told differently, I would have avoided toll roads, no problem.Fast forward to May 2016, I get a letter asking for the 58 cents and 80 cents for the two tolls, plus a $5 admin fee. Are you f***ing kidding me? The admin fee is more than the damn tolls?? Let alone that it took this incompetent company over a year to let me know???I paid it to simply be done with it, but Uhaul has completely lost my business. This isnt the first time that an incompetent employee has cost me time and convenience. Prior was many years ago and this idiot was trying to explain to me why I couldnt tow a tiny trailer with a small motorcycle on it with the old Chrysler I had at the time, with a huge V8, whilst he cited he wasnt comfortable with the physics of it. As if he would have known anything about that. F**k Uhaul. Theres too many other options out there.

Whatever you do, dont rent a UBOX from them!!! I had to call the VP at corporate in Arizona in order to get my box shipped. They sat on it for three weeks before shipping because no one knew what to do. TRAGIC!! The VP stated that clearly training was in order. I am so glad I dont have to deal with them EVER again!! The worse part about it, when my box arrived at the location I moved to, they didnt know what to do either. UHAUL should get out of the UBOX business and stick to what they are decent at...truck rentals. The UBOX was not nearly as large as we needed, but the cheapest. I will deal with an established company that understands the shipping container business.

Worst experience Ive ever had the employees ignore the customers for 20 minutes straight playing on the phone smoking cigarettes in their car and refusing to do their job there was 40 people inside waiting for assistance and everybody was outside messing around playing phone games I feel every one of them should be drug tested and fired, if you go to this place plan to spend at least 2 hours waiting
