I have an older model Fiesta BBQ grill. When a windstorm blew it over, one of the handle end caps was broken. I used online chat and the rep directed me to the correct pages to find a replacement. Even though the actual model has been discontinued, they had many parts that were the same. I was assured that if the end caps didnt fit, they could be returned. Happily, they DID fit and I can open and close my grill without oven mitts.

Probably one of the worse on line purchases I ever experienced. I ordered a grease pan for a Stok Grill, the 2 rails underneath the pan were severely bent as can be seen in the first photo. A smaller tray (not included) that actually catches the grease that flows through the hole would not slide onto the damaged part. This company claims to be a small local company, they stated this when asking for a review of how well did they do prior to receiving this damaged part. Why would a small local company use a foreign overseas call center for customer service? After many calls to their remote off-site customer service over 5 days, I was told they would not ship a replacement part until they received the damaged part back. This initial part was picked and shipped damage because it was very well packed and no outer damage could be seen on the box it was shipped in. This damaged bent section is very rigid metal and would take a lot of force to bend it. To make an even longer story short, the replacement part was also received bent. See the 2nd photo. I spoke to the supervisor, she refused to provide me an email address to send her a photo to discuss the replacement part. This is the same person who would not return calls over several days. She stated that they would not replace the 2nd replacement part, but I could return it for a refund at my own expense. She claimed to have personally inspected the replacement part. Once again this replacement part was well packaged and had no outer box damage. I am going to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau asking for both an undamaged part and a partial refund for all of the aggravation they put me through.

Part NEX1407634 Sear Burner 18000 BTUUsed it to replace original part on 13 year old Costco Kirkland Signature Series Model 720-0193. The grill, while older, is full 304 SS and doesnt look its age. Didnt want or need to replace yet and should be able to get another decade out of it. Wasnt advertised as direct replacement but was spot on as far as size goes. Price was fair. UPS shipping was good. Packaging was great. Had to slightly modify part where valve meets burner end as original had no spider web protection and was cut slightly (1/2 inch or so on the left side) to allow a fit around the rotisserie electrical valve post. Perhaps there is a model somewhere that doesnt require a cut but it was easy to do with a cutting wheel on an angle grinder. Overall very happy with part quality, fit and finish. Look out steaks. Youre about to get seared.

In 2020, I ordered replacement burners for my KitchenAid grill. It wasnt until May of 2021 when I had a chance to replace them. I installed them and they lit but were constantly puffing off and on. When I compared the burners side-by-side I could immediately see a difference. I contacted the company first with a phone call then emails then many more phone calls, website support chats etc. I asked for, on multiple occasions, a call back, which I never received. I also sent multiple photos. They did confirm the Model number of my grill matched their replacement part for the burners. Given it was over a year since my order, I didnt expect a full refund. I did more research and found a similar model grill on their website and the burner looks like a perfect match. I asked for them to review this for me but theyve not completed the review and continue to ask for more information. I have run out of patience after a month of follow ups.See the photos below. My premise is the part number listed on their website for my model grill is incorrect so was shipped the wrong part.Part 2: 6/16/2020I foolishly ordered a part based on their website photo which matched the old burner from my old grill. And what did I get? I got that same part as I did last year which has a different part number (but the same physical part). So I called support. I demanded to speak to a supervisor or manager but they told me they were in a meeting. They also told they would definitely call me back after their lunch time (MST). They did not. Ive sent my 9th email and requested a refund including return shipping.I do now have a solution for folks who need these burners for this model: Go to Home Depots website and use this #: Model #20002439A0. Its 75% cheaper too boot! Yes, its stainless too.

Fast ship and both grill grids fit our old grill. The 40701 cooking grid has been discontinued everywhere. It seems item# MCM505060110 will fit. The corners are rounded instead of square. I run, okay, walk with expediency, and I get there so fast, the UPS guy has not made it to his truck and we wave at each other. My order is delivered. What type of sorcery is used that gets a package delivered during a pandemic in two days, not business days, but two days. Have I mentioned A-MA-ZING?!?! Purchased two Capital Grill Radiant Trays (10545-04) for $129.99 each from the website. I didnt know if they were going to be OEM or thinner replacements. I only know that the company that serviced my grill wanted $225 each!When I received the radiant trays they fit perfectly and were in great condition - even thicker stainless steel than the original. Shipping was $9.99 and it arrived in one week. This was a no brainer and I wouldnt hesitate to buy from them again.
