Highly recommend J&S Audio for any event! I had a last minute urgent need for mics and speakers for a wedding and they were there on property within 10 minutes and got set up with in minutes! Excellent customer service!

JSAVs equipment, setup process, staff, etc. were all great. Where they really stood out was customer service. We had a highly unusual situation occur just before our event that was completely out of our control, and JSAV was in constant contact checking in and seeing how they could help out. We were not sure if we would need to postpone the event and they were very flexible and patient while we figured out how to proceed. Most impressively, they told us that if we had to reschedule to a day when they were unavailable due to these extenuating circumstances, they would not only offer us a full refund but they would also contact vendors on our behalf to make sure we found someone reputable to take their place. I was so impressed with JSAV and will definitely be contacting them in the future.
